“Emotive keys” in the works of St. Kirill Turkovsky
No full textThe author shows how emotive means when falling into the sphere of Christian iconology, are transformed into tools for the spiritual change of a person. One such tool is represented by emotive keys. Autor vychází z oficiální dokumentace Evropské komise a informací z webových stránek institucí podporujících podnikání. Práce by měla poskytnout reálný pohled na podporu podnikání a její využití.The work is focused on support of small-sized and medium-sized enterprises, through finance support form structural funds of European Union, state budget and support from private institutions. Author gains information from official documentation of European Union and sites of institutions which supports business. The work have to give us a real image of support of business and use of it

Research of a possibility of resonator diagnostics of thin filamentary objects in a low part of the terahertz frequency band
No full textThe method of excitement of the open resonator by the narrow slot on a reflector formed by the waveguide with the highest modes transmitted was experimentally approved. The spectra of such resonator in the range of the frequencies of 85 GHz - 110 GHz were received. It is shown that modes with azimuthal variations of the fleld were most effectively exited. Transformations of spectra by thin dielectric cylinders were researched. A number of parameters of the open resonator, effective in schemes of resonator diagnostics of fllamentary objects with small own losses were found
Vibro-acoustic products from re-cycled raw materials using a cold extrusion process. A continuous cold extrusion process has been developed to tailor a porous structure from polymeric waste, so that the final material possesses particular vibro-acoustic properties.
No full textA cold extrusion process has been developed to tailor a porous structure from polymeric waste. The use of an extruder to manufacture acoustic materials from recycled waste is a novel idea and the author is not aware of any similar attempts. The extruder conveys and mixes the particulates with a reacting binder. The end result is the continuous production of bound particulates through which a controlled amount of carbon dioxide gas that is evolved during the reaction is used to give the desired acoustic properties. The cold extrusion process is a low energy consuming process that reprocesses the post manufacturing waste into new vibro-acoustic products that can be used to meet the growing public expectations for a quieter environment. The acoustical properties of the developed products are modelled using Pade approximation and Johnson-Champoux-Allard models.
Applications for the developed products are widespread and include acoustic underlay, insulation and panels in buildings, noise barriers for motorways and railway tracks, acoustic insulation in commercial appliances and transport vehicles
Gender specifics of female entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic and Russia
No full textThis bachelor thesis is focused on the female entrepreneurship phenomenon in two business environments. Female entrepreneurs from two different countries with relatively new market economies are compared according to their personal interviews. The author describes their experience, motivation for starting a business and difficulties they face. Their decision-making and leadership styles, the way how they define success are also examined. Cross-culturally, the majority of women entrepreneurs has the same motivation for starting a business and also tends to have the same problems trying to develop their business. Western models of entrepreneurship are also examined if can be utilized in the post-socialist countries. In conclusion all the results of the study are summarized, new possible directions for research on female entrepreneurship are put forward. Finally, improvement proposals for government entrepreneurship policies and business climate are presented

Influence of ultrasonic treatment on electromagnetic characteristics of composites based on multiwall carbon nanotubes at wide range of frequencies (100 Hz - 258 GHz)
No full textIn the present paper, we investigated microwave properties of polymer composites based on multiwall carbon nanotubes. The multiwall carbon nanotubes used in the composite were about 9.4 nm and 18.4 nm in diameter. The results show that the ultrasonic treatment modifies the dielectric properties of the composite. The dependence of the real and imaginary parts of the permittivity of sonication time is non linear. The results showed that composite material based on nanotubes with a diameter of 9.4 nm has a dispersive region of dielectric permittivity at the range about 10 GHz
International Sanctions and Unilateral Restrictive Measures: Problems of Definition
No full textIn this article the author examines different approaches to definition of "sanctions" and "unilateral restrictive measures". Relevant rules of international and domestic law as well as Russian and foreign doctrinal sources were analyzed for this purpose. Moreover, the author makes an effort to answer whether it is possible to terminologically identify these two phenomena with each other (as many states do to make their unilateral restrictive measures seem more legitimate)
