Observation Satpol PP, religious leaders, and teachers of Ngaji, and Informants namely Community Leaders. Data analysis in this research is to search and arrange
systematically data obtained from interviews, observation, and documentation, by organizing data into categories, describing into units, synthesizing, arranging into
patterns, choosing which is important and which will be studied, and made conclusions. Based on this technical analysis the researchers assessed and concluded that the implementation of supervision of civil service police unit (Satpol PP) in Tembilahan sub-district should be optimized and more effective

Analisis Promethee II Pada Faktor Penyebab Mahasiswa Sulit Menemukan Judul Artikel Ilmiah
No full textDi dalam penulisan skripsi mahasiswa dituntut untuk mampu menggunakan kemampuan berfikir dan memanfaatkan pengalaman belajar dalam menyelesikan masalah secara ilmiah dengan cara melakukan penelitian, menganalisis, menarik kesimpulan, dan menulisnya menjadi suatu karya ilmiah. Namun dalam penyelesaian karya ilmiah tidaklah mudah dikarenakan kurangnya kemampuan mahasiswa dan adanya faktor penghambat mahasiswa sulit dalam menentukan judul karya ilmiah. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merekomendasikan faktor penyebab mahasiswa sulit menemukan judul karya ilmiah dengan menggunakan metode Promethee II. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan 13 (tiga belas) kriteria dan 5(lima) alternatif. Berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan metode Promethee II, diperoleh hasil perangkingan dengan nilai 0,0896 yaitu faktor Kurang Referensi dan peringkat kedua yaitu faktor Kurang Meminta Saran/Pendapat dengan nilai 0,0255. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu baik mahasiswa maupun pihak STIKOM Tunas Bangsa untuk lebih meningkatkan kemampuan dan meningkatkan niat menulis kepada mahasiswa
