No full textIl libro propone la mappa dei rapporti che (quasi) spontaneamente si sono prodotti fra le operette dalle quali ciascun capitolo prende spunto. Rispetto alla complessiva unità dell’opera, ad esempio, Il Dialogo della Natura e di un’Anima “chiama” quello di Federico Ruysch e delle sue mummie, in quanto rispettivamente immaginari prequel e sequel della favola ironica dell’esistenza umana. Tra il tempo di ciò che non è ancora, come l’Anima, e quello di ciò che è già stato, come i Morti, ha luogo la lunga teoria di degenerazioni e di sofferenze saggiata dai protagonisti de La scommessa di Prometeo. Una storia immensa, ma al contempo tale da non costituire niente più che «un neo, un bruscolo» nella prospettiva metafisica del Cantico del Gallo Silvestre e del Frammento apocrifo di Stratone da Lampsaco.
Il percorso attraversa le Operette morali approfondendo i modi, le costanti, le svolte di una filosofia fattasi, in primo luogo, parola demistificante. Esso esamina le forme più caratteristiche per il complesso della raccolta, quelle del dialogo satirico e del conte philosophique, ma soprattutto evidenzia i punti di emergenza di una parola tendente al canto e alla poesia in un modo essenzialmente nuovo (Coro di morti, Cantico) e rivela le tracce dei miti oculatamente dissimulati nel testo (nel Cantico o nel Frammento) o addirittura resi del tutto silenti (come nel Dialogo della Natura e di un’Anima)

No full textAs the debate about the ‘ effective’ and ‘ overall control’ tests of the ICJ and the ICTY remind us, attribution of private acts to the State is one of the vanishing points of international responsibility. The article attempts to track the major steps leading toward the actual notion – as well as a depiction of the evolution – of the ‘ de facto organ’. This will be done through an analysis of the ILC’s work (especially under the lens of Articles 4 and 8 of the 2001 Articles on responsibility of States for internationally wrongful acts) and of four cases brought before the ICJ or the ICTY. Special attention is devoted to the inception of the ‘ effective control’ test linked to Article 8 ARSIWA. Regarding the ‘ effective control’ and ‘ overall control’ uncertainties in the case law of these two courts, the article’s purpose is to show that, through a zero-sum game, the setting up of the new ‘ complete dependence’ criterium under the aegis of Article 4 shares striking similarities with the ICTY ‘ overall control’ as per Article 8 ARSIWA.Ainsi que le rappellent les différences de vue entre la CIJ et le TPIY en filigrane du contrôle «effectif » ou «global » , l’attribution à l’Etat d’actes de simples particuliers est l’une des vexatae quaestiones de la responsabilité internationale. L’article propose de retracer les grandes étapes de la réflexion, ainsi que de brosser un panorama de l’évolution de l’organe de facto à travers un examen des travaux de la CDI (sous l’angle des articles 4 et 8 du Texte d’articles de 2001) et de quatre affaires portées devant la CIJ ou le TPIY. Une attention toute particulière est dévolue à l’apparition du critère du contrôle effectif en lien avec l’article 8 du Texte d’articles de 2001. Quant aux fluctuations du contrôle effectif ou global dans la jurisprudence des deux cours, l’article vise à démontrer que, par un jeu de vases communicants, l’instauration du nouveau critère de la «totale dépendance » issu de l’affaire du Génocide dans le cadre de l’article 4 du Texte d’articles de 2001 correspond aux développements consacrés par le TPIY dans l’affaire Tadic au contrôle «global » rattaché à l’article 8 du Texte d’articles de 2001.Distefano Giovanni, Hêche Aymeric. Nella condivisione di interessi, prospettive di studio e pratiche creative, i membri di questo piccolo sodalizio hanno tratto di che alimentare una vivace attività di ricerca e hanno saputo dare vita ad alcune importanti occasioni di incontro e di confronto dedicate al fumetto, come le giornate di studio Storie lievi, nel 2015 e nel 2016
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
