Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dalam Pengelolaan Sampah Melalui Program Bank Sampah Oleh Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Dan Kebersihan Kota Pekanbaru
The purpose of establishing a Garbage Bank is not actually a Garbage Bank itself, because basically the waste bank program aims to build public awareness of waste with a more different perspective so that people seem more friends with waste. The objective of this research is to determine the level of public awareness of the waste problem as measured by the level of community participation in waste management activities at the Main Bukit Hijau Berlian waste bank and its obstacles. The method used is descriptive and qualitative methods; The informants in this study were the Head of the Pekanbaru City Environment and Sanitation Service, the Head of the Handsome District, Rt and Rw and the people of the Handsome District. Observation and interview data collection techniques. The results of the study are community empowerment in waste management through the waste bank program by the Pekanbaru City Environment and Sanitation Service, which has been carried out although it has not been maximized. This can be seen from the implementation of outreach and outreach to the community and the coordination between the DLHK and the sub-district and village administrations. However, in empowering the community in waste management through the waste bank program by the Pekanbaru City Environment and Sanitation Service, there were also several inhibiting factors that caused the implementation to not run optimally. These factors are the lack of facilities and infrastructure to support work, the minimum available budget, the lack of personnel and the lack of understanding and knowledge of personnel. In addition, there are also inhibiting factors that come from the poor mental attitude of the community, namely the lack of public awareness in maintaining cleanliness

Students' selfconfidence is a topical issue that needs to be addressed by teachers because it affects student learning development. Based on the background of the problem in this study, seeing the breadth of the scope of the problem in this study, it is necessary to identify ongoing research so that the discussion is more focused, the author can improve MI AL - IKHWAN Pekanbaru Persaudaraan ". From these problems, the question can be formulated whether the application of the Heutagogical method of this study can increase the self-confidence of the 5A grade students of MI AL-IKHWAN Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the use of the Heutagogy method to increase the selfconfidence of grade 5A MI AL-IKHWAN Pekanbaru students. This type of research is class movement research. The topic is for grade 5A students and aims to apply the Heutagogical method to increase the self-confidence of grade 5A students at MI AlIKHWAN Pekanbaru. The sample of this study was taken from a class of 15 people. Based on the results of data processing and data analysis, there are criteria for classical completeness of 6.6% and minimum completeness of students' selfconfidence which is called sufficient. In the first cycle, classical completeness rose to 80%, and the minimum completeness criteria for students' self-confidence was in the good category

Sistem Deteksi Kepribadian Berdasarkan Sketsa Pohon Dengan Algoritma Smooth Support Vector Machine (SSVM)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat akurasi deteksi kepribadian berdasarkan sketsa pohon menggunakan algoritma Smooth Support Vector Machine (SSVM). Adapun tahapan untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian ini yaitu studi literatur, analisis dataset, analisis metode, implementasi metode dan pengujian metode terhadap algoritma SSVM. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan 90 data training dan 45 data testing dengan nilai C=0.01, C=0.1, C=1, C=10 dan C=100. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan nilai C=0.01, didapatkan akurasi terbaik pada kelas Mahkota dengan Banyak Arsiran yaitu sebesar 53.33%. Sedangkan akurasi terkecil pada kelas Mahkota Polos yaitu sebesar 0%. Akurasi rata-rata yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 33.33 %. Penyebabnya adalah karena tahapan preprocessing tidak dilakukan proses segmentasi pada sketsa pohon sehingga informasi yang didapatkan oleh ektraksi fitur kurang sesuai dengan yang diteliti pada bagian mahkota
SOSIALISASI PENTINGNYA KESADARAN TERHADAP AKTIVITAS KENAKALAN REMAJA
Kenakalan remaja merupakan permasalahan sosial yang signifikan di Indonesia, mencakup berbagai perilaku menyimpang seperti penyalahgunaan narkoba, pergaulan bebas, dan tindakan kriminal. Berdasarkan data dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) tahun 2023, sekitar 12% remaja Indonesia terlibat dalam tindakan kenakalan, dengan peningkatan 3% dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya. Faktor utama penyebabnya yaitu kurangnya pengawasan orang tua dan minimnya fasilitas edukasi yang positif. Program sosialisasi “Pentingnya Kesadaran terhadap Aktivitas Kenakalan Remaja” yang dilaksanakan di SMK ITENAS bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang bahaya kenakalan remaja. Melalui metode analisis, perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Program ini, menunjukkan efektivitas yang tinggi. Siswa yang berpartisipasi mampu menjawab pertanyaan dengan tepat, menunjukkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang materi yang disampaikan. Tantangan yang dihadapi mencakup keterbatasan waktu yang dapat membatasi ruang diskusi. Keberhasilan program ini dikaitkan dengan pendekatan interaktif dan partisipasi aktif siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Rekomendasi untuk program serupa di masa depan meliputi peningkatan durasi sosialisasi dan penggunaan narasumber yang lebih variatif untuk hasil yang lebih optimal. Program ini memberikan dasar yang kuat untuk intervensi lebih lanjut dalam upaya pencegahan kenakalan remaja dan pengembangan karakter positif di kalangan remaj
PENGARUH PEMBIAYAAN BAGI HASIL, PEMBIAYAAN JUAL BELI, DAN INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA
The aim of this research is to find out the impact of the financing of income, sales and sales financing, and intellectual capital on the financial performance of Shariah Bank Indonesia. The aim of this research uses quantitative research because the data used is in the form of numbers using a multiple linear regression approach. The data used is a time series, namely data on musyarakah profit sharing financing, murabahah buying and selling financing, intellectual capital, and financial performance with the ROA indicator. The data used is secondary data via the official BSI website. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques use classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing.
The results of this research show that musyarakah profit sharing financing has no effect on BSI\u27s financial performance, murabahah buying and selling financing has no effect on BSI\u27s financial performance, and intellectual capital has a significant effect on BSI\u27s financial performance
Optimalisasi Layanan Administrasi Kependudukan: Evaluasi Kualitas Pelayanan Pembuatan E-KTP di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Cimahi Tahun 2023
The service for making e-KTP is not optimal yet in the implementation of services to the community. This was identified as being influenced by the public's lack of knowledge in processing documents, lack of human resources, and limited service time. The purpose of this article is to describe and analyze the quality of services from the Population and Civil Registry Service in making E-KTPs in Cimahi City in 2023. The research method uses descriptive with a qualitative approach. using the Hardiansyah (2011) service quality which is measured through several service quality indicators, namely: tangible aspects, level of reliability, ability to respond to guarantees, ability to empathize. Informants include 3 informants from the Cimahi City Population and Civil Registry Service staff and 3 informants representing the general public who use E-KTP. Data collection techniques through library studies and field studies (observation and interviews). Data Analysis Techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the quality of E-KTP making services in Cimahi City can be categorized as not yet meeting the quality because human resources are still lacking and network limitations are inadequate, time uncertainty for the community means that the quality of services provided to the community is not yet optimal. Masalah pelayanan pembuatan e-KTP belum optimal pada pelaksanaan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Hal tersebut diidentifikasi dipengaruhi masih minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat dalam pengurusan dokumen, kurangnya sumber daya manusia, serta keterbatasan waktu pelayanan. Tujuan tulisan ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang Kualitas Pelayanan Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Dalam Pembuatan E-KTP di Kota Cimahi pada tahun 2023. Metode Penelitian menggunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. dengan menggunakan kualitas pelayanan Hardiansyah (2011) yang di ukur melalui beberapa indikator kualitas pelayanan yaitu: aspek berwujud, tingkat keandalan, kemampuan untuk merespons penjaminan, kemampuan berempati, Informan meliputi 3 informan Staf Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Cimahi dan 3 informan perwakilan masyarakat umum pengguna E-KTP. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka, observasi dan wawancara. Teknik Analisis Data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan pembuatan E-KTP di Kota Cimahi dapat dikategorikan belum memenuhi kualitas karena sumber daya manusia yang masih kurang dan keterbatasan jaringan yang belum memadai, ketidakpastian waktu terhadap Masyarakat menjadikan belum maksimalnya kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan terhadap masyarakat. 
Analisis Penerapan Akuntansi Pada Yayasan Al Azhar Karima Di Pasir Pengaraian
ABSTRACT Al Azhar Karima Pasir Pengaraian Foundation is a non-profit organization that runs in the field of education, precisely located in Pasir Pengaraian, Rokan Hulu Regency, Rambah sub-district. This study aims to find out whether the recording of financial statements by the Al Azhar Karima Foundation is in accordance with generally accepted accounting concepts and principles. After conducting the research, the author found that the Al Azhar Karima Foundation was not in accordance with generally accepted accounting concepts and principles because the foundation did not record journals in its financial statements and also did not record the general ledger. From the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the Al Azhar Karima Pasir Pengaraian Foundation has not met the basic concepts and principles of generally accepted accounting

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the internal credit control system at BPR Indra Arta. The data collection technique in this study was to conduct interviews and documents obtained from BPR Indra Arta. The author analyzes the data for this study using descriptive methods that are data obtained from the company then arranged in such a way and analyzed based on relevant theories then a conclusion can be drawn. Based on the results of research and discussion, it is known that: the procedure for granting credit to BPR Indra Arta goes through stages, namely submission of proposals, file eligibility checks, file analysis, credit decisions, legislation, credit realization, monitoring. BPR Indra Arta has established and implemented the precautionary principle in granting credit. The internal credit control system at BPR Indra Arta has been operating effectively
STUDY OF THE ACCURACY OF ELECTRONIC LAND CERTIFICATE CHECKING (CASE STUDY: LAND OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE CITY SOUTH JAKARTA)
On April 25, 2022, Technical Instructions Number 3/Juknis-HK.02/IV/2022 concerning electronic certificate and land registration certificate (SKPT) checking services was issued. Based on the Technical Instructions, since April 25, 2022, electronic land certificate checking registration services have been implemented simultaneously in all Land Offices in Indonesia. The author formulates the problem as follows: First, How is the accuracy of electronic land certificate checking at the South Jakarta Administrative City Land Office? Second, What are the obstacles faced in electronic land certificate checking at the South Jakarta Administrative City Land Office? The type of research used is normative legal research with documentary studies using secondary data and qualitative data analysis techniques and interviews were conducted with parties directly related to this research. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that: First, That IT-based services are very much needed at this time to support the problem of electronically integrated systems and accelerate services to the public. So that the effectiveness of government services can be maximized. However, in practice, inaccuracies are still found in the results of electronic land certificate checking in one day of registration with a volume of incoming files between 100 to 150 applications with an accuracy ratio of 90% and inaccuracies of 10%. This is caused by the certificate not being validated at the beginning by human error and the data not being updated at the Data and Information Center on the BPN Central server which results in inaccurate land certificate checking results in the final results of the issuance of the check. Second, the obstacles faced by users of electronic land certificate checking services, namely PPAT and BPN, are basically mostly related to the IT system and server of the Electronic Land Certificate Checking Registration Service. Users of the Electronic Land Certificate Checking Registration Service must be skilled and adequate in using all the devices needed to complete the certificate checking registration
