Daging itik merupakan salah satu jenis daging yang disukai oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Daging itik juga sama dengan daging yang lainnya termasuk bahan makanan yang mudah rusak (perishable food) karena mempunyai kadar air yang tinggi, nilai pH mendekati netral. Sistem pemeliharaan ternak itik menentukan kualitas daging segar yang akan dihasilkan maupun selama proses aging atau maturasi. sistem pemeliharaan intensif dan semi intensif diharapkan dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap kualitas daging itik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem pemeliharaan intensif dan semi intensif terhadap nilai pH daging, Susut Masak (Cooking loss), Daya Putus Daging (DPD), Daya Ikat Air (DIA/WHC/ Water Holding Capacity), Organoleptik meliputi Warna, Keempukan dan kesukaan daging itik bagian dada. Penelitian dilakukan secara eksperimental berdasarkan rancangan acak lengkap pola faktorial 2 x 4 dengan 3 kali ulangan. Dimana faktor pertama merupakan sistem pemeliharaan dan faktor kedua merupakan waktu maturasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perbedaan sistem pemeliharaan berpengaruh nyata terhadap Daya Ikat Air (DIA/WHC), Warna dan Kesukaan pada organoleptik, sedangkan pH, Susut Masak, Daya Putus Daging (DPD) dan Keempukan tidak berpengaruh nyata. Perbedaan waktu maturasi berpengaruh nyata terhadap nilai Daya Putus Daging (DPD), sedangkan pH, Susut Masak, Daya Ikat Air (DIA/WHC), Warna, Keempukan dan Kesukaan pada organoeptik tidak berpengaruh nyata.\ud

This research was conducted to understand how a well-planned airport management development aligns with existing standards. In this study, the author tested the hypothesis regarding the importance of commanding/charismatic leadership in ensuring the implementation of an airport management system that meets service standards. The research was conducted at Andi Jemma Masamba Airport in Sulawesi, and the results showed a strong correlation between commanding/charismatic leadership and the improvement of quality at Andi Jemma Masamba Airport
Implementación de un manual de funciones específicas del pasante en la Cámara de la Industria Automotriz de la ANDI
No full textEn el presente documento se exponen los argumentos, el desarrollo y resultados esperados del proceso de implementación del plan de mejora o manual de funciones específicas para pasante. Esto, tras haber realizado la práctica profesional dentro de la Cámara de la Industria Automotriz de la Asociación Nacional de Empresarios de Colombia, de ahora en adelante, ANDI. Principal agremiación representante del sector privado de Colombia y reconocida por el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo (MinCIT, 2021).
Inicialmente se evidencian los aspectos generales de la ANDI, tales como: Misión, Visión, Valores, ubicación geográfica y estructura organizacional. De esta manera, al brindar una conceptualización de las funciones y composición de esta agremiación, en general, se facilita el entendimiento de los beneficios de la aplicación del proyecto dentro de la Cámara de la Industria Automotriz. Sustentando la manera en cómo la contribución al mejoramiento del desempeño del pasante, facilita el aprovechamiento de la visión fresca, disruptiva e intrépida, por la que se caracteriza el talento joven (Confama, 2021), fructuoso en procesos de constante evolución. Además, se expone el procedimiento del proyecto, por medio del planteamiento del objetivo general y los objetivos específicos.
Finalmente, se exponen las conclusiones y resultados que traería una primera aplicación de proyecto, junto con una sección de seguimiento de práctica profesional, donde se destacan los logros y experiencia obtenida por el autor durante su pasantía en la Cámara de la Industria Automotriz de la ANDI.This document presents the arguments, development and expected results of the implementation process of the improvement plan or manual of specific functions for interns. This, after having carried out the professional practice within the Chamber of the Automotive Industry of the National Association of Entrepreneurs of Colombia, from now on, ANDI. Main association representing the private sector in Colombia and recognized by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism (MinCIT, 2021).
Initially, the general aspects of ANDI are evidenced, such as: Mission, Vision, Values, geographic location and organizational structure. In this way, by providing a conceptualization of the functions and composition of this association, in general, the understanding of the benefits of the application of the project within the Chamber of the Automotive Industry is facilitated. Supporting the way in which the contribution to the improvement of the intern's performance, facilitates the use of the fresh, disruptive and intrepid vision, by which young talent is characterized (Confama, 2021), fruitful in processes of constant evolution. In addition, the procedure of the project is exposed, through the approach of the general objective and the specific objectives.

Therefore, the purpose of this study is to conduct a study of transparency and accountability in managing parking fees at the Regional Hospital of Andi Makkasau Parepare. Where Andi Makkasau Regional Hospital is the largest PAD contributor in the City of Parepare. The research conducted is describing data or information obtained by the author from the field and then concludes in the research report made. The type of data needed is qualitative data type, namely data in the form of an explanation of the management of parking fees in the Municipality of Parepare. Management of parking fees at Andi Makkasau Regional Hospital in the City of Parepare has been carried out transparently and accountably, where the interview results are related to the number of answers stating that they have been transparent and accountable. To increase PAD City PAD City, parking officers must manage parking fees transparently in coordination with the authorized SKP, especially the distribution of parking tickets.
