Perhitungan Waktu dan Biaya Pelaksanaan Proyek Pembangunan Apartemen Solo Urbana Residence Tower D dengan Metode Half Slab

Mulia Properti Indah merupakan suatu proyek gedung apartemen di lahan seluas 1,6 Ha yang terdiri dari 7 tower yaitu tower A-G dengan jumlah lantai yang bervariasi yaitu 7-13 lantai dengan konsep Urban Smart Living and Investment. Proyek ini berlokasi di Jl. Ring Road Utara KM 6.7, Desa Mipitan, Kelurahan Mojosongo, Kecamatan Jebres, Kota Surakarta, Provinsi Jawa Tengah.
Dalam penyusunan proyek akhir ini akan membahas perhitungan waktu dan biaya dari Proyek Pembangunan Apartemen Solo Urbana Residence Tower D yang memiliki luas bangunan ±6.000 m2 dengan jumlah 13 lantai hunian dan 1 lantai atap. Perhitungan waktu dapat diperoleh dengan menghitung volume per item pekerjaan dibagi dengan kapasitas produksi tiap pekerjaan sehingga dapat diperoleh nilai produktivitas dan durasinya. Sedangkan untuk biaya pelaksanaan berkaitan dengan volume per item pekerjaan, nilai produktivitas, harga upah pekerja, harga sewa alat berat, dan harga material yang digunakan. Sehingga dapat disusun Rencana Anggaran Pelaksanaan (RAP) dan dapat diperoleh pula bobot tiap item pekerjaan.
Proyek Pembangunan Apartemen Solo Urbana Residence menggunakan metode pengecoran konvensional. Namun dalam penyusunan proyek akhir ini digunakan metode half slab untuk struktur pelat lantai. Dalam melakukan perhitungan rencana anggaran pelaksanaan digunakan harga dasar bahan dan harga upah pekerja di Kota Surakarta. Untuk penyusunan jadwal tiap item pekerjaan dilakukan dengan program bantu Microsoft Project. Hasil akhir dari penyusunan proyek akhir ini yaitu dapat memperoleh durasi dan biaya pelaksanaan Proyek Pembangunan Apartemen Solo Urbana Residence Tower D, metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan, serta kurva S.
Dari hasil perhitungan waktu dan biaya yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan durasi pekerjaan selama 238 hari kerja dan biaya pelaksanaan sebesar Rp 14.431.833.878,63.

Mulia Properti Indah is an apartment building project on an area of 1,6 hectares consisting of 7 towers, namely tower A-G with varying number of floors, 7-13 floors with the concept of Urban Smart Living and Investment. This project is located on Jl. Ring Road Utara KM 6.7, Desa Mipitan, Kelurahan Mojosongo, Kecamatan Jebres, Kota Surakarta, Provinsi Jawa Tengah.
This final project will discuss the calculation of time and cost of Solo Urbana Residence Tower D Apartment which has a building area of ±6.000 m2 with a total of 13 residential floors and 1 mechanical electrical floor. Time calculation can be obtained by calculating the volume item of work divided by the production capacity of each work so that the productivity value and duration can be obtained. Meanwhile, the implementation costs relate to the volume item of work, the value of productivity, the price of workers' wages, the rental price of heavy equipment, and the price of the materials used. So that an Implementation Budget Plan (RAP) can be arranged and the weight of each item of work can also be obtained.
Construction Project of Solo Urbana Residence Apartment uses cast-in-situ method. However, this final project using the half slab method for the floor slab structure. In calculating the implementation budget plan, the basic price of materials and the price of workers' wages using prices in Surakarta. Arranging schedule of each item of work is done by Microsoft Project. Final result of this final project is to obtain duration and cost of implementation on Construction Project of Solo Urbana Residence Tower D Apartment, implementation method used, and S curve.
From the results of the time and cost calculations that have been done, the duration of work is obtained for 238 working days and the implementation cost is Rp 14.431.833.878,63
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
