Peluang Hukum Integrasi Sistem Resi Gudang Dengan Lembaga Keuangan Mikro Dalam Pembiayaan Petani Indonesia
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to determine the legal constraints on integrating the warehouse receipt system with microfinance institutions and the benefits of this integration on farmer welfare. Indonesia has significant potential in agriculture and agribusiness. However, its utilization has not been optimal, as evidenced by the agricultural sector\u27s fluctuating contribution to GDP between 2019 and 2023. One of the main obstacles is the lack of access to capital for farmers, which hinders productivity and business scale. The warehouse receipt system, which allows farmers to store their crops and use them as collateral for financing, has not met expectations, particularly for small-scale farmers. Formal financial institutions such as banks often have collateral requirements that are difficult for small-scale farmers to meet, and loans tend to be smaller due to the risk of declining commodity prices and quality during storage. This study presents the first comprehensive legal analysis examining the systematic integration of the warehouse receipt system and microfinance institutions within the regulatory context in Indonesia. Using normative juridical research methods and descriptive analysis, it is known that short-term bank funds are not suitable for agricultural credit needs that require longer terms. Microfinance institutions have not been able to utilize warehouse receipts as collateral due to regulatory limitations. Therefore, integration between the warehouse receipt system and microfinance institutions is crucial to improving access to financing for farmers, which is expected to increase productivity, farmer welfare, and the development of the agribusiness sector in Indonesia. Regulatory harmonization, in the form of horizontal synchronization between the Warehouse Receipt Law and the Microfinance Institutions Law, is recommended.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kendala hukum integrasi sistem resi gudang dengan lembaga keuangan mikro dan manfaat integrasi resi gudang dan lembaga keuangan mikro pada kesejahteraan petani. Indonesia mempunyai potensi besar di bidang pertanian dan agribisnis. Namun, pemanfaatannya belum optimal, terlihat dari kontribusi sektor pertanian terhadap PDB yang fluktuatif antara 2019-2023. Salah satu kendala utama adalah kurangnya akses permodalan bagi petani, yang menghambat peningkatan produktivitas dan skala usaha. Sistem resi gudang, yang memungkinkan petani menyimpan hasil panen dan menggunakan resi sebagai agunan untuk pembiayaan, terutama bagi petani skala kecil belum sesuai dengan harapan. Lembaga keuangan formal seperti bank seringkali memiliki persyaratan agunan yang sulit dipenuhi oleh petani skala kecil, dan pinjaman yang diberikan cenderung lebih kecil karena terdapat risiko penurunan harga komoditas dan kualitas selama penyimpanan. Penelitian ini menghadirkan analisis hukum komprehensif pertama yang mengkaji integrasi sistematis antara sistem resi gudang dan lembaga keuangan mikro dalam konteks regulasi di Indonesia. Melalui metode penelitian yuridis normatif dengan analisis deskriptif diketahui bahwa dana perbankan yang bersifat jangka pendek tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan kredit pertanian yang memerlukan jangka waktu yang lebih panjang. Lembaga Keuangan Mikro belum dapat memanfaatkan resi gudang sebagai agunan karena keterbatasan regulasi. Oleh karena itu, integrasi antara sistem resi gudang dan lembaga keuangan mikro sangat penting untuk meningkatkan akses pembiayaan bagi petani, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas, kesejahteraan petani, dan pengembangan sektor agribisnis di Indonesia. Harmonisasi regulasi berupa sinkronisasi horizontal antara Undang-Undang Resi Gudang dan Undang-Undang Lembaga Keuangan Mikro menjadi rekomendasi
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
