Partnership is a business strategy carried out by two or more parties
within a certain period of time to achieve mutual benefit with the principle of
mutual need and mutual enlargement of business in achieving common goals.
This business activity is so popular that it has grown rapidly and includes
various types of business fields. The Eyang Uti Shop Company located in
West Pringsewu is one of the partners of D'Master Fried Chiken as a fairly
well-known big businessman.
The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the practice of
partnership in the culinary business at Eyang Uti Shop and how is the review
of Sharia Economic law regarding the practice of partnership in the culinary
business at Eyang Uti Shop. This research is a field research and the
research is qualitative, the data source comes from the results of field
research. The data collection technique is carried out by means of
documentation and interviews.
Based on the results of field research conducted by the author to ask
people involved in carrying out partnership practices in culinary businesses,
with them carrying out the partnership practices. Based on the research, the
partnership practices carried out by D'Master Fried Chicken and Kedai
Eyang Uti use a partnership system. Partnership activities in their form that
are widely found today are a new business phenomenon. This system has
been used in Indonesia although there is no agency that accommodates or
follows the development of this field. Also, partnerships and partnership
systems are still very limited in understanding. Partnership practices in
culinary businesses carried out by D'Master Fried Chicken with Kedai Eyang
Uti are categorized as Syirkah Inan. In the partnership business of Kedai
Eyang Uti, the author found irregularities including in establishing
partnership relationships, there was a unilateral termination of the
partnership by the big businessman for unclear reasons, namely by not
providing raw materials to the small businessman in this case, Kedai Eyang
Uti. Dependence on raw materials from large entrepreneurs causes losses for
small entrepreneurs. Ideally, the initial agreement should include the
termination of the partnership by the large entrepreneur because it has been
agreed that small entrepreneurs are required to buy materials from large
entrepreneurs. According to Sharia Economic Law, the implementation of
partnership practices in the culinary business carried out by D'Master Fried
Chicken is not in accordance with the pillars and conditions of partnership in
Sharia Economic Law because there are parties who are harmed in the
partnership. So the law on partnership practices in the culinary business is
invalid or not permitted.

DotU expression is highly induced during in vivo infection and responsible for virulence and Hcp1 secretion in avian pathogenic Escherichia coli
Type VI secretion systems (T6SSs) contribute to pathogenicity in many pathogenic bacteria. Three distinguishable T6SS loci have been discovered in avian pathogenic Escherichia coli (APEC). The sequence of APEC T6SS2 locus is highly similar to the sequence of the newborn meningitis E. coli (NMEC) RS218 T6SS locus, which might contribute to meningitis pathogenesis. However, little is known about the function of APEC T6SS2. We showed that the APEC T6SS2 component organelle trafficking protein (DotU) could elicit antibodies in infected ducks, suggesting that DotU might be involved in APEC pathogenicity. To investigate DotU in APEC pathogenesis, mutant and complemented strains were constructed and characterized. Inactivation of the APEC dotU gene attenuated virulence in ducks, diminished resistance to normal duck serum, and reduced survival in macrophage cells and ducks. Furthermore, deletion of the dotU gene abolished hemolysin-coregulated protein (Hcp) 1 secretion, leading to decreased interleukin (IL)-6 and IL-8 gene expression in HD-11 chicken macrophages. These functions were restored for the complementation strain. Our results demonstrated that DotU plays key roles in the APEC pathogenesis, Hcp1 secretion and intracellular host response modulation
Unconscious processing of negative animals and objects: role of the amygdala revealed by fMRI
Previous studies have shown that emotional stimuli can be processed through the amygdala without conscious awareness. The amygdala is also involved in processing animate and social information. However, it is unclear whether different categories of pictures (e.g., animals, objects) elicit different activity in the amygdale and other regions without conscious awareness. The objective of this study was to explore whether the factors of category, emotion and picture context modulate brain activation for unconscious processing. Pictures denoting different nonhuman animals and objects in negative and neutral emotional valences were presented using a sandwich-masking paradigm. Half of them were presented with human-related information in the contexts, and half were not. Our results showed significant interaction among category, emotion and context in the amygdala and subcortical regions. Specifically, negative animals elicited stronger activation in these regions than negative objects, especially with human contexts. In addition, there were different correlation patterns between the amygdala and cortical regions according to whether they included human context. There were limited activations in cortical category-related networks. These results suggest that the amygdala and subcortical regions dominantly process negative animals, and contextual information modulates their activities, making threatening stimuli that are most relevant to human survival preferentially processed without conscious awareness

ABSTRACT
Human life can never be separated from the money. Although. where the money can be shifted monotheism religion. Ness of the inner displacement of rural communities Wonosari to attract visitors to the tomb Eyang Djugo by continuously implementing Javanese ritual. Depart from the background that later authors would like to discuss in this paper by taking the title of "Strategi Dakwah Ulama Dalam Menginternalisasi Nilai-Nilai Aqidah Islam Pada Masyarakat Kejawen Desa Wonosari Kab. Malang”.
Problem encountered is how the strategy scholars Wonosari village in the values of Islamic aqidah in Javanese society? How is the aqidah Wonosari villagers?
Therefore the type of research used by the author is the type of qualitative research. In the course of collecting data, researchers used the method of documentation, observation, and interview. Whereas for the analysis, researchers used a qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, which describe and interpret the data that has been in the can, so it will represent reality according to what happens on the field.
From the results of this study indicate that the scholars use different strategies to incorporate Islamic aqidah values on society. One of them put tahlilan barik'an event. aqidah picture Wonosari villagers actually have religious consciousness from their ancestral grandfather. However, in their everyday lives are affected by Javanese culture.
In research results are expected to be used as additional knowledge and input for denganh scholars better understand the culture of the communities where they preach
Urea transporter physiology studied in knockout mice
In mammals, there are two types of urea transporters (UTs), UT-A and UT-B. The UT-A transporter is mainly expressed in kidney epithelial cells; while UT-B demonstrates a broader distribution in kidney, heart, brain, testis, urinary tract and other tissues. Over the past few years, multiple UT knockout mouse models have been generated enabling us to explore the physiological roles of the different UTs. In the kidney, deletion of UTA1/A3 results in polyuria and a severe urine concentrating defect, indicating that intrarenal recycling of urea plays a crucial role in the overall capacity to concentrate urine. Since UT-B has a wide distribution, multiple phenotypic abnormalities were found in UT-B null mice, such as defective urine concentration, heart block with aging, depression-like behavior and earlier male sexual maturation. This review summarizes the new insights of urea transporter functions in different organs from UT knockout mice. Finally, we take a glance at the pharmacological prospect of UTs
Structure and function of SLC4 family HCO3– transporters
The SLC4 family contains 10 members, nine of which are HCO3– transporters, including three Na+-independent Cl−/HCO3– exchangers AE1, AE2, and AE3, five Na+-coupled HCO3– transporters NBCe1, NBCe2, NBCn1, NBCn2, and NDCBE, as well as AE4 whose Na+-dependence remains controversial. The SLC4 HCO3– transporters play critical roles in pH regulation and transepithelial movement of electrolytes with a broad range of physiological relevances. Dysfunctions of these transporters are associated with a series of human diseases. During the past decades, tremendous amount of efforts have been undertaken to investigate the topological organization of the SLC4 transporters in the plasma membrane. Based upon the proposed topology models, mutational and functional studies have identified important structural elements likely involved in the ion translocation by the SLC4 transporters. In the present article, we will review the advances during the past decades in understanding the structure and function of the SLC4 transporters
Temporal and spatial dynamics of archaeal communities in two freshwater lakes at different trophic status
In either eutrophic Dianchi Lake or mesotrophic Erhai Lake, the abundance, diversity and structure of archaeaplankton communities in spring were different from those in summer. In summer, archaeaplankton abundance generally decreased in Dianchi Lake but increased in Erhai Lake, while archaeaplankton diversity increased in both lakes. These two lakes had distinct archaeaplankton community structure. Archaeaplankton abundance was influenced by organic content, while trophic status determined archaeaplankton diversity and structure. Moreover, in summer, lake sediment archaeal abundance considerably decreased. Sediment archaeal abundance showed a remarkable spatial change in spring but only a slight one in summer. The evident spatial change of sediment archaeal diversity occurred in both seasons. In Dianchi Lake, sediment archaeal community structure in summer was remarkably different from that in spring. Compared to Erhai Lake, Dianchi Lake had relatively high sediment archaeal abundance but low diversity. These two lakes differed remarkably in sediment archaeal community structure. Trophic status determined sediment archaeal abundance, diversity and structure. Archaeal diversity in sediment was much higher than that in water. Water and sediment habitats differed greatly in archaeal community structure. Euryarchaeota predominated in water column, but showed much lower proportion in sediment. Bathyarchaeota was an important component of sediment archaeal community
The amygdala’s response to face and emotional information and potential category-specific modulation of temporal cortex as a function of emotion.
The amygdala has been implicated in the processing of emotion and animacy information and to be responsivity to novelty. However, the way in which these functions interact is poorly understood. Subjects (N= 30) viewed threatening or neutral images that could be either animate (facial expressions) or inanimate (objects) in the context of a dot probe task. The amygdala showed responses to both emotional and animacy information, but no emotion by stimulus-type interaction; i.e., emotional face and object stimuli, when matched for arousal and valence, generate comparable amygdala activity relative to neutral face and object stimuli. Additionally, a habituation effect was not seen in amygdala; however, increased amygdala activity was observed for incongruent relative to congruent negative trials in second vs. first exposures. Furthermore, medial fusiform gyrus showed increased response to inanimate stimuli, while superior temporal sulcus showed increased response to animate stimuli. Greater functional connectivity between bilateral amygdala and medial fusiform gyrus was observed to negative vs. neutral objects, but to fearful vs. neutral faces. The current data suggest that the amygdala is responsive to animate and emotional stimuli. Additionally, these data suggest that the interaction between the various functions of the amygdala may need to be considered simultaneously to fully understand how they interact. Moreover, they suggest category-specific modulation of medial fusiform cortex as a function of emotion
