Hubungan Kompensasi Dengan Kinerja Pegawai Di Puskesmas Deli Tua Kecamatan Deli Tua Kabupaten Deli Serdang
Full text linkKompensasi yang diberikan dapat meningkatkan prestasi kerja dan motivasi pegawai, oleh karena itu perhatian organisasi atau perusahaan terhadap kompensasi penyelesaian secara rasional dan adil sangat diperlukan. Ketika karyawan memandang bahwa kompensasi tidak memadai, prestasi kerja, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja mereka akan cenderung menurun. Dengan pemberian kompensasi yang sesuai, tentunya akan meningkatkan disiplin kerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap disiplin kinerja pegawai di Puskesmas Deli Tua Kecamatan Deli Tua Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik dengan menggunakan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Puskesmas Deli Tua Kecamatan Deli Tua Kabupaten Deli Serdang yang berjumlah 41 responden dan sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi yang dijadikan sampel. Analisis data dilakukan dari tahap univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji Chi-square = 0,05. Dan hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa ada hubungan antara kompensasi dengan kinerja disiplin pegawai di Puskesmas Puskesmas Deli Tua Kecamatan Deli Tua Kabupaten Deli Serdang dimana 41 responden ada 27 responden yang tidak disiplin dan 14 responden (33,3%) yang disiplin. Berdasarkan hasil uji chi square didapatkan Nilai = 0,000 yang artinya tidak ada hubungan dengan disiplin kompensasi pegawai di Puskesmas Deli Tua Kecamatan Deli Tua Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Diharapkan kepada Puskesmas Deli Tua Kecamatan Deli Tua Kabupaten Deli Serdang agar lebih meningkatkan kompensasi dan disiplin pegawai agar kualitas kerja dan pelayanan publik menjadi lebih baik lagi

Analgesic which constantly consumed will result in side effect so that needed nonpharmacological therapy. One nonpharmacological therapy to reduce uric acid and pain are Annona Muricata L extract. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of Annona Muricata L extract to reduce uric acid and pain on gout patient at puskesmas working area Deli Tua. This research was a pre-experimental pre-post test design and was evolved 30 respondents were given extract Annona Muricata L leaf with Total sapling decrease in gout pain. Respondent drink extract Annona Muricata L leaf twicw a for 3 day drink 3x a day.measuremert of join pain using numeric rating scale. The datas were analyzed by Paired Sample T-test with significance α<0.05. The statistical there is a decrease in gout pain after interventionp-value=0,00(<0,05) Ho rejected Ha received. Which means the influensi of sorsop leaf boiled water on decreasing gout pain patiens with gout athitis

Full text linkThe medical record is one of the bases for assessing the quality of medical services In a hospital or clinic. Medical record officers have big duties and responsibilities in maintaining the integrity of medical records. It is hoped that medical record officers will really know the ins and outs of medical records in a comprehensive and in-depth manner. The purpose of this study was to determine how the management of the medical record system at Deli Tua Health Center.. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods with in-depth interviews with informants. The subjects in this study were medical record officers, heads of public health centers, doctors and nurses. The results showed that the unit of medical records at Deli Tua Community Health Center still did not meet the standards both in terms of quality and quantity, but in terms of understanding, medical record officers at Deli Tua Health Center had a fairly good understanding of medical records. The facilities and infrastructure in the medical records of the Deli Tua Health Center are also incomplete and limited. In the implementation of activities, it has been carried out in accordance with the SPO, so that cooperation between officers in individual health efforts is also considered good, as well as the flow of medical records has been running according to the SPO

Full text linkThe aim of the research is to determine the perception of Nursing students towards online learning in English subject during the Covid-19 Pandemic at Health Institute of Deli Husada Deli Tua Province North Sumatera 2020. The research type is a quantitative descriptive research with the method survey. The data collection technique in this study used the instrument questionnaires and data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics with percentages. The population of the research amounted to 308 students of Nursing at Health Institute of Deli Husada Deli Tua Province North Sumatera using the Proportional technique Random Sampling so that the determination of the number of samples is 15% of the total number of students This number is 47 students at Health Institute of Deli Husada Deli Tua. The validity is 0.585 and the reliability is 0.816, then the instrument in this study was declared reliable. Based on the results of the research as a whole it was concluded Nursing students' perceptions of online learning in English subjects in the Covid-19 Pandemic at Health Institute of Deli Husada Deli Tua in 2020 is in the very category positive percentage 6.38% or 3 students, positive category percentage 21.27% or 10 students, the medium category is the percentage of 42.56% or 20 students, the negative category is the percentage 23.40% or 11 students, and the very negative category the percentage of 6.38% or 3 students. So it can be said that the perception of Nursing students at Health Institute of Deli Husada Deli Tua category is medium

Full text linkFever is a condition that is often encountered in everyday life, everyone has experienced fever, especially in children whose bodies are still susceptible to disease. Data at Puskesmas Deli Tua Kec. Deli Tua Kab. Deli Serdang from January to November 2019, there were 2,758 diseases with early symptoms of fever such as typoids, Acute Respiratory Infection (ISPA), and Dengue Fever (DH). This study aimed to determine the comparison of the effectiveness of warm water compresses and aloe vera compresses on reducing body temperature of fever children at Deli Tua Health Center. This study is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental method and uses a pre-test-post-test design with two comparison treatments. This study used population of 30 fever children in Deli Tua Health Center. Sample divided in 2 groups of 6 people each, used a purposive sampling method. Data analyzed by dependent T test and independent T test. The results showed that there was a comparison of the effectiveness of decreasing body temperature, the mean of warm compresses was 36.733°C and aloe vera was 37.983°C (0.001<0.05). Suggestions for health services from this research can be used as an easy and beneficial complementary medicine for children with fever

Saat ini trending gaya hidup “back to nature” sedang tinggi, yang mana kepercayaan masyarakat ke bahan-bahan aktif yang komposiss nya bahan alami relatif lebih aman dari pada bahan kimia sintetik. Karenanya pemahaman dan pengetahuan orang-orang tentang penggunaan bahan yang berkaitan dengan kesehatan kulit dan kosmetik harus diperkuat dalam bentuk program berbasis masyarakat. kosmetik yang banyak digunakan untuk perawatan kulit adalah repairing skin. Salah satu bahan alami yang bisa memperbaiki kulit yaitu Lendir siput dan Ekstrak Daun Duku. Lendir bekicot di dalamnya terdapat glikosaminoglikan dan allatoin, yang bertindak untuk agen pengencangan dan pelembab wajah, dan protein acacin, yang memiliki sifat antibakteri melawan Propionibacterium acnes. Antioksidan dari daun benalu duku dapat meminimalisir radikal bebas, sehingga tidak terjadi penuaan dini dan efek peradangan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah presentasi kelompok penyuluh produksi kosmetika natural di Desa Candirejo, Deli Serdang, Kabupaten Deli Tua, Kabupaten Deli Tua, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas informasi kesehatan masyarakat dan opini tentang edukasi kosmetika natural. orang-orang itu. dapat menggunakan bahan-bahan alam sekitarnya sebagai kosmetik dan memiliki nilai jual. Diharapkan warga dapat memanfaatkan lendir benalu dan daun benalu duku untuk pengobatan sebagai bahan kosmetik alami dan meningkatkan nilai ekonominya sebagai peluang usaha.

No full textWhen a kid is admitted to the hospital, either as an emergency or as part of a plan, they stay there until their condition gets better and they are able to return home. Anxiety is one of the effects of hospitalization on a child. Children's most frequent concerns include excessive weeping, fear of strangers and the police, and anxiety. Scrapbook play therapy is one intervention that may be used to help kids who are anxious about being sent to the hospital. This study sought to ascertain how play therapy using Scrapbook media affected the anxiety levels of preschoolers admitted to hospitals. With a special group pretest and posttest design, this study employed a pretest strategy. Purposive sampling of pediatric patients receiving care at Sembiring General Hospital was the sample strategy employed in this study, which included 18 responders in total. The youngster received a 30-minute intervention once a day during their spare time. Results: A p-value of less than 0.000 (less than 0.05) was obtained using the Shapiro-Wilk test. The study's result is that preschoolers hospitalized in RSU Sembiring Deli Tua, Deli Tua District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2024 would have lower anxiety levels due to the use of Scrapbook media
