Efforts in Decreasing The Number of Tuberculosis Patients Based on The Analysis of Staff Characteristic and Program Management Factors
The prevalence of Tuberculosis (TB) patients in Lumajang increased by 25.06 per 100.000 people from year of 2007 to 2011. The increase number of prevalence of TB patients in Lumajang showed that the number of TB patients got higher so that the morbidity level of public health in Lumajang got lower. Therefore, an effort is needed to reduce the number of TB patients in Lumajang. The objective of this study was to arrange efforts in decreasing the number of TB patients based on the results of analysis on staff characteristic and program management factor in Lumajang Regency. This research is an analytical observational study, conducted by analyzing; the staff characteristic factor including the working period and the perception of staff and the factor of Community Health Centers management, including planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling of TB patient decreasing. This study took place in selected Community Health Centers which are the sub-ordinate of Health Department in Lumajang Regency. The study was conducted from February to March 2012. The population of this study was 25 Community Health Centers in Lumajang Regency and the sample was 21 selected Community Health Centers by using proportional stratified random sampling technique. The data was analyzed using SPSS 16.0 software. Then, a multiple regression analysis was done. The result of this analysis became the strategic issue. The result shows that staff characteristic factors (working period and the perception of staff) significantly play role in decreasing the TB patients at Community Health Centers in Lumajang Regency (p<0.05). So do program management factors (planning, organizing, actuating and controlling) – they have important role in decreasing TB patients at Community Health Centers in Lumajang Regency (p<0.05). Indeed, program management is inseparable related process. Every single management program factor may affect one another.

Analisis Faktor Penyebab Keterlambatan Pendistribusian Dokumen Rekam Medis ke Poli Bedah di RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo
Based on research at RSUPN Dr.  Cipto Mangunkusumo, Central Jakarta, there was a delay in the distribution of medical record documents to arrive at the surgical clinic more than 30 minutes. The purpose of this research was to identify the causes of the delayed in the distribution of medical records documents to arrive at the surgical clinic based on 5 management elements, such as man factors, materials factors, machine factors, methods factors, motivation factors and the factors of arrange the recommendations effort for improvements in the supply of medical record documents at RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo. This type of the research uses qualitative analysis. Based on the results and discussion, in the man factor there are filing staffs who still lack discipline such as, often come late, the one of the filing staff often absen. The material factor there is still a medical record document which folder / cover is torn, and therefore the medical record number and the patient's name are not visible or unclear, so that the staffs has trouble when searching for the medical record documents. The machine factor, which is EHR, usually occurs loading or could not be a accessed so the tracer not coming out and when the EHR can be accessed, the tracer will come out with a lot. Ther methods factor is KPI percentage of the speed of providing medical records of patients without agreement arrived at the  polyclinic in 2019 still has not reached the target of 90%. After an evaluation, in 2020 the time of the document arrived at the polyclinic would be less than 30 minutes by reducing the target to 75%. Motivation factor there is no external motivation provided by the head of the medical record .The conclusion is the filing staffs did not come on time and did not come, the materials of the cover on medical record documents are easily torn, EHR is often difficult to access, the achievement level has not yet reached the target of providing medical record documents, and there is still no motivation from the head of medical record
Business Strategy Planning for Terra Atma - The Well-Being Center
The idea of Terra Atma was born to serve the urban need in Jakarta for relaxation, spirituality, counseling and coaching. We perceived that the need for this will increase in Jakarta. These people have a high need to be heard and to have a clear reflection on their problems. The main point that it tries to convey is to position the company as a center that care in the outer and inner dimension of each customer and to see them as a whole human being. This research use qualitative data through library research. The author also use interviews methods to gain insight from professional counselors and a principal from a HRD Consultant. The two interviews will give a benchmark data for the research. By scanning the external and internal dimension of the industry for Terra Atma, we can see that its main problem is a weak brand image due to the fact that it is still a start-up company. By using a TOWS Matrix formulation analysis, the author seeks to find a proper solution toward the problem. The solution can be achieved by providing service for multiple segments and using technology to create a networking and promotional tools for the company. The author is also using a Model Business Canvas to elaborate some solutions for Terra Atma. In implementing the business strategies, Terra Atma has formulated several action plans to meet the challenges. This include setting up a website for R&D strategies, use promotional mix both online and offline to gather public awareness for marketing strategies, begin its talent management program for the human resource strategy and collaboration with other company for financial strategy. IMPLEMENTASI SMS GATEWAY UNTUK MENINGKATKAN JUMLAH KUNJUNGAN di POSYANDU CATLEYA 14 JEMBER
Kesehatan balita adalah harapan setiap orang tua.Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan balita dan balita adalah dengan pemberian vaksin kekebalan tubuh melalui imunisasi di Posyandu.Berdasarkan survei pendahuluan yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa persentase kehadiran balita di Posyandu Catleya 14 sebesar 70%.Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa angka kunjungan balita di wilayah kerja Posyandu Catleya 14 tersebut belum memenuhi target yang telah ditetapkan, yaitu di atas 85% untuk Posyandu strata mandiri.Rendahnya persentase ketercapaian kehadiran balita disebabkan oleh sebagian besar ibu balita lupa atau tidak mengetahui waktu pelaksanaan Posyandu di wilayahnya.Perancangan Sistem Informasi Reminder Kegiatan Posyandu berbasis SMS Gateway hadir sebagai solusi.Metode yang digunakan adalah waterfall. Setelah melakukan analisa, tahapan selanjutnya adalah desain sistem, desain tampilan sistem, dan desain format sms yang akan dikirimkan. Lalu dilakukan pengkodean dan pengujian.Hasil penelitian adalah terciptanya aplikasi dengan fitur-fitur otomatis yang mampu menyelesaikan masalah tersebut dan mudah untuk digunakan oleh kader posyandu.Setelah diterapkannya SMS Gateway, terjadi peningkatan jumlah kehadiran balita dalam kegiatan posyandu.Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknologi SMS Gateway telah dibuat dan mampu meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan Posyandu Catleya 14
THE EFFECT OF INFORMATION SYSTEM USABILITY AND MIDWIFE INVOLVEMENT TOWARD PERCEIVED USEFULNESS OF JEMBER SAFETY CENTER (JSC) WITH FAI IN JEMBER REGENCY
Jember Safety Center (JSC) with Fokus Anak Ibu (FAI) is a health information system based on Android to optimize the implementation of pregnancy referral and childbirth women in Jember Regency. All the data of high-risk pregnant women will be integrated to this system, so midwife coordinator in Primary Healthcare can access this data with their Android smartphone. This system is one of efforts to decrease maternal and infant mortality rate in Jember Regency. Based on preliminary study, JSC with FAI was not running well. This study aims to analyze the effect of information system usability and midwife involvement in system design toward perceived of use of JSC with FAI in Jember Regency. This is an analytic research with cross sectional design. The sample of this research are midwife’s coordinators in Primary Healthcare in Jember Regency (45 people). The variables in this study are information system usability, midwife involvement and perceived usefulness of JSC with FAI. The analysis is carried out through Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that information system usability had an effect on the perceived usefulness of JSC with FAI (sig = 0.000; β = 0,621) while the involvement of midwife in information system design did not affect perceived usefulness of JSC with FAI (sig = 0.164; β = 0,165). It could be concluded that the usability of JSC with FAI system need to be improved in Jember Regency

Disini penulis bergabung dalam tim designer untuk membuat live-ops dan juga beberapa desain fitur baru dengan game design document.

The Evaluation of Hospital Information System Management Based on HOT-FIT Model at RSU Dr. H. Koesnadi Bondowoso 2018
Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) helps hospital management in decision making to support service system for the sake of patients. SIMRS at RSU Dr. H. Koesnadi Bondowoso has been running since 2015. However, the utilization of SIMRS still meets some obstacles in the operation of the information system. The study aims to evaluate SIMRS based on HOT-FIT Model analysis at RSU Dr. H. Koesnadi Bondowoso. This is an analytic survey research with cross sectional design. The sample of this research is SIMRS user at RSU Dr. H. Koesnadi Bondowoso (158 people). The variables in this study are Human (user satisfaction), Organization, Technology (the quality in terms of system, information and service) and performance of SIMRS. Its analysis is carried out through Regressed Multiple Linear. The results showed that user satisfaction did not affect the SIMRS (p = 0.413) while the organizational variable had an effect on the performance of SIMRS (p = 0.00). Technological variables, consisting of system as well as information quality influence SIMRS performance (p = 0.002 and p = 0.001) while service quality has no effect on SIMRS performance (p = 0.793)

Inpatient services at Baladhika Husada Hospital in Jember still have problem to provide satisfaction to patientssuch as nurses not responsive and less friendly, room cleanliness is not maintained, electricity is oftenextinguished and air conditioners are not lit, toilet cleanliness is not maintained, the room is cramped andtemperature over the standard, inpatient BPJS registration process are complicated and parking space can’taccommodate. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of patient satisfaction of inpatient BPJSunits by the IPA method. Type of the research is quantitative research with descriptive techniques analysis.The IPA analysis method to measure the level of performance and importance based on quality, delivery,security, and morals by identifying the value of the gap and depicted in the Cartesian diagram. The level ofstatisfaction of inpatients based on the IPA method is known that the results of the analysis of the cartesiandiagra m illustrating four quadrans that top priority, maintained, low priority, and considered excessive. Theresults of the gap value based on quality, conductor, security, and morals are <1, but based on security thereis one attribute that has a gap >1.
