    To improve the learning achievement of students in school, it is necessary to provide assistance that can overcome them in the learning process. But it is not easy. It is better to help learners in overcoming learning difficulties, the number of occurrences of participants who have learned difficulties. Measuring the prevalence of learning difficulties in madrasas is necessary, as this will be related to the diagnosis of learning difficulties and what programs are appropriate to learners. By knowing the prevalence of learning difficulties learners in madrasah, it will help teachers in providing appropriate assistance to these learners. Madrasah Aliyah Negeri I Bandar Lampung is a madrasah Aliyah which has a lot of students. Based on the results of interviews with teachers counseling and guidance in the madrasah there are numbers of students whose learning achievement are low and have difficulty learning (Interview with Miss Dina Kurniasih). The formulation of this research problem: How to profile students's learning difficulties in MAN I Bandar Lampung? and How much is the prevalence of learning difficulties in MAN I Bandar Lampung? Based on the results of data analysis, this study can be concluded that the prevalence of learning difficulties in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri I Bandar Lampung is 26, 2%. The prevalence of learning difficulties is more prevalent in Gentelmant students than in female students. While the residence of students and departments does not determine the prevalence of learning difficulties. It may be said that place of residence and departement of students do not show differences in the prevalence of learning difficulties experienced of the student

    Kematangan karier siswa yang sangat rendah menjadi masalah di dunia pendidikan dilihat dari siswa yang masih ragu tentang karier di masa depan dalam menentukan masa depan yang sesuai dengan mereka. masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah "apakah upaya bimbingan karir dalam meningkatkan kematangan karir Madrasah Kelas X Aliyah Qudsiyah Kotabumi Siswa Madrasah dapat ditingkatkan setelah konseling kelompok". Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kematangan karier yang dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan layanan konseling kelompok untuk Siswa Kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Kotabumi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Design One Group Pretest-Posttest. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 siswa dari Kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Qudsiyah Kotabumi Lmpung Utara, hasil skor tertinggi kematangan karier kuesioner adalah 25 item. Angket digunakan sebagai Pretest dan Posttest. Nilai rata-rata Karir Jatuh Tempo sebelum bergabung adalah 47,2 dan setelah mengikuti konseling, skor itu meningkat menjadi 73,3. dari hasil uji t dengan (df) = 9 taraf signifikan 0,05 sebesar 2,262. Karena nilai thitung ≥tabel (4,063 ≥ 2.262), maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang berarti ada pengaruh layanan informasi karier dalam meningkatkan kematangan karier secara efektif untuk meningkatkan kematangan karier pada siswa di Madrasah aliyah qudsiyah Kotabumi , Lampung Utara. saran yang diajukan oleh peneliti adalah agar guru bimbingan dan konseling dapat melaksanakan layanan bimbingan dan konseling dengan memasukkan layanan informasi kepada siswa. dari hasil uji t dengan (df) = 9 taraf signifikan 0,05 sebesar 2,262.     Decision making requires courage and confidence from individuals to be able to make decisions even though it has consequences where self-efficacy is a factor because people believe in their ability to make decisions. This study aims to determine the correlation of self-efficacy with decision making continuing studies in college students at Islamic based universities. The study population was college students of the Raden Intan State Islamic University, Lampung, with a random sampling method. The total sample of 504 college students. The instruments in this study were the scale of self-efficacy, and the scale of decision making. Data analysis using the Karl Spearman correlation test was assisted by SPSS software for Windows 23. The correlation score from the results of the study was 0.628 which showed a strong relationship between self-efficacy and respondent decision making so that the Self-Efficacy of Raden Intan College students of the State Islamic University has strong in making decisions in continuing their studie

The problem in this research is how the implementation of guidance and counseling service program in overcoming the behavior of ditching students in High School YP Unila Bandar Lampung. This type of qualitative research is field research (field research) with the type of descriptive research. The population in this study are all students of class X, principal, student waka, and tutor. Data completion technique using interview method, observation and documentation.     Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     This study on the influence of group counseling services with thought stopping techniques in reducing public speaking anxiety among students at SMPN 1 Abung Surakarta is motivated by the issue of students experiencing anxiety when speaking in public. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of thought stopping techniques in reducing public speaking anxiety among students at SMPN 1 Abung Surakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with an experimental research type. The design employed is a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study consists of 30 students from class VII C at SMPN 1 Abung Surakarta. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, selecting 8 students as the experimental group based on the results of a high-category scale completion. The subjects received counseling six times. The instrument for data collection is a public speaking anxiety scale. The data analysis technique used is non-parametric statistical analysis with the Wilcoxon test. The results of this study show that the thought stopping technique is effective in reducing public speaking anxiety. This is evidenced by the Wilcoxon test results, which showed a value of (Z = -2.527) with an Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.012. This indicates that public speaking anxiety decreased after the group counseling services with thought stopping techniques were administered

    Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

    We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods
