Análise do plano de arborização urbana do município de Goioerê-Paraná : proposta de um Manual Informativo sobre arborização urbana para educação ambiental

Nesse contexto, a arborização urbana é um tema que merece ser discutido, sendo o planejamento da arborização necessário, mas também uma das grandes dificuldades enfrentadas pelas prefeituras brasileiras. O objetivo desta pesquisa é a elaboração de um Manual Informativo Sobre Arborização Urbana e o Município de Goioerê - Paraná, cujos dados foram obtidos via análise observacional, análise documental e aplicação de questionários. A metodologia utilizada foi a qualitativa, mediante análise observacional in loco da arborização do bairro Jardim Curitiba na cidade referida; análise documental do Plano Diretor de Arborização Urbana elaborado para o município, verificando se seguia as recomendações do Manual Para Elaboração do Plano Municipal de Arborização Urbana, Barcellos et al. (2012) e a legislação vigente. Aplicou-se questionário semiestruturado aos pioneiros para recuperar a memória das árvores nativas da região e para os moradores do bairro Jardim Curitiba para verificar sua percepção no tocante à arborização das vias públicas e da praça do bairro. A metodologia utilizada para a Educação Ambiental Não-Formal foi realizada através de uma ação social de revitalização da arborização da praça do Jardim Curitiba e entregas de mudas de árvores nativas juntamente com um folder informativo. Elaborou-se como produto educacional um Manual Informativo Sobre Arborização Urbana e o Município de Goioerê - Paraná, utilizado para Educação Ambiental Formal junto com o plantio de mudas de árvore nativa com alunos do Ensino Fundamental de uma escola municipal. Os resultados da pesquisa in loco permitiram observar que a arborização do bairro Jardim Curitiba não se encontra adequada, pois há excesso de árvores da espécie ligustro, exótica invasora, e de oiti, espécie nativa do nordeste brasileiro, não sendo adequada para a região. O Plano Diretor de Arborização Urbana não está adequado, não segue as recomendações do Manual Para Elaboração do Plano Municipal de Arborização Urbana Barcellos et al. (2012) e tampouco a legislação vigente. Por meio do questionário aplicado aos pioneiros foi possível resgatar as espécies de árvores do período da colonização; e pelos questionários aplicados aos moradores do bairro Jardim Curitiba verificou-se que a maioria dos entrevistados tem conhecimento da importância das árvores nas vias públicas e acreditam na necessidade do plantio de mais árvores na praça e no bairro. O trabalho de Educação Ambiental Não-Formal foi a entrega do folder e as mudas de árvores nativas, os quais foram bem aceitos pela população, e a revitalização da praça do bairro Jardim Curitiba, realizada com alguns moradores e em parceria com a Ordem Paramaçônica das meninas do Arco-Íris, com o envolvimento de parte dos moradores. A Educação Ambiental Formal aconteceu com a utilização do folder informativo e do Manual Informativo com os alunos do 4º ano da Escola Municipal Jardim Primavera, além do plantio de mudas de ipê no pátio da escola. Esperamos que este trabalho tenha alcançado parte da população do município e os gestores, para que os mesmos se sensibilizem da necessidade e os benefícios que a arborização urbana tem com o meio ambiente e para a qualidade de vida da população que nele habitaABSTRACT: The intensification of urbanization today has caused the loss of biological diversity and degradation of the urban environment, accentuating social and environmental problems. In this context, urban arboriculture is a topic that deserves to be discussed, with the planning of necessary afforestation, but also one of the great difficulties faced by Brazilian municipalities. Therefore, the goal of this research was the elaboration of an Informational Handbook on Urban Arborization in the city of Goioerê - Paraná, which used data obtained from observational analysis, documentary analysis and questionnaire application. The methodology used in the study was qualitative, which used an in local observational analysis of the arborization of Jardim Curitiba?s neighborhood; documentary analysis of the Urban Arborization Master Plan elaborated for the city, verifying if it followed the recommendations of the Manual for Elaboration of the Municipal Plan of Urban Afforestation of Barcellos et al. (2012) and the current legislation; it was also carried out the application of semi-structured questionnaires to the pioneers to recover the memory of the native trees of the region. And for the residents of Jardim Curitiba, a questionnaire was applied that had the intention of verifying the perception regarding the arborization of the public roads and the neighborhood square. The methodology used for Non-Formal Environmental Education was carried out through a social action to revitalize the arborization of the square of Jardim Curitiba and deliveries of seedlings of native trees together with an informative folder. From these phases an informative Handbook on Urban Arborization and the city of Goioerê - Paraná was elaborated as educational tool. This was used for Formal Environmental Education, together with the planting of native tree seeds with Elementary School students from a municipal school. From the results of the in local research it was possible to observe that the forestation of Jardim Curitiba is not adequate, there is an excess of trees of the species ligustro, which is exotic, and of oiti, which is native species of northeastern Brazil, being suitable for our region. The analysis of the Urban Master Plan developed, we verified that it is not adequate, since it does not follow the recommendations contained in the manual of town afforestation planning Barcellos et al. (2012) nor the current legislation. With the questionnaire applied to the pioneers it was possible to rescue the species of trees from the colonization period. And through the questionnaires applied to the residents of the Jardim Curitiba, it was possible to verify that most of the interviewees are aware of the importance of the trees in public roads and believe that it is necessary to plant more trees in the square and in the neighborhood. The Non-Formal Environmental Education work was the delivery of the folder and the native tree seeds, which were well accepted by the population, and the revitalization of the square of the Jardim Curitiba, held with some residents and in agreement with the Para masonic Order of the Rainbow girls, the involvement of the residents was achieved. The Formal Environmental Education happened with the use of the informative folder and the Informational Handbook with the students of the 4th year of the Spring Garden Municipal School, besides the planting of seeds of ipê in the schoolyard. We hope that this work has reached part of the population of this city and the authorities, so that they become aware of the needs and benefits that the urban arborization has with the environment and the quality of life of the population that lives in it165 f. : il. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
