    Gaya Kepemimpinan dalam Perspektif Generasi Millenial

    This study aims to see how a generation sees leadership style. The focus of this study is to assess leadership styles in millennial generation perspectives. This research is a descriptive research. Data collection was used by survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents. In this study the intended respondent is the millennial generation, that is, the generation born in the 80s, the generation born in the 90s and the generation born in the 2000s. All generations received the same quota, each with 50 respondents. Respondents were asked to choose one of eight leadership styles. There are eight leadership styles that respondents will choose according to the criteria they want the most. Dictatorial leadership style, militaristic leadership style, paternalistic leadership style, participative leadership style, laissez faire leadership style, leadership style free of control, charismatic leadership style and finally democratic leadership style. They are asked to choose a leader who has a leadership style that best suits their criteria

    This study explores how integrating green economy principles with Islamic economics can contribute to achieving a sustainable Society 5.0. As global calls for sustainable development grow, combining ecological responsibility, economic growth, and social equity through Islamic values presents a compelling strategy. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to analyze policy documents and observe green initiatives within Islamic communities. Findings reveal that Islamic economics, which prioritizes ethical conduct, social justice, and environmental stewardship, aligns well with green economy practices. Case studies illustrate how these principles support sustainable economic development. The study identifies key strategies and best practices for policymakers and practitioners, suggesting that merging Islamic economics with green economy initiatives offers a robust framework for sustainable development in a technologically advanced society. This research enhances theoretical understanding by demonstrating how religious principles can inform modern economic practices and offers practical insights for promoting sustainability in a digitally connected world

    Sharing knowledge or knowledge sharing has become a separate culture within the company, especially in conflict management. Conflict will always exist as long as two or more humans interact. The difference lies in the size of the conflict. The smaller the conflict, the easier and Faster it will be resolved. There are many ways to resolve conflicts, one of which is by implementing or cultivating knowledge sharing within the company. Knowledge sharing makes companies have a breath of togetherness. Every employee who closes himself to one another and is individualistic in the end will eventually create a conflict. This study is to find answers to how the role of knowledge sharing in conflict resolution. This research is a descriptive study using a survey method of 90 respondents. There are 10 questionnaire questions that are given to respondents asking for yes or no answers to each question. The result, of the 10 questions, there were 2 questions where the respondent chose all of the answers yes, while for other questions the respondents were divided, some answered yes and some answered no. The third survey question is the question with the highest standard deviation with a number of 0.461, which means that the data distribution is the most varied

    The background of this research about the effect organizational culture and leadership roles through knowledge sharing. Organizational culture is a common perception held by organization's members (Robbins, 2005). Leadership roles are classified into eight types; monitor, coordinator, director, producer, innovator, broker, facilitator and mentor roles (Yang, 2007). Knowledge sharing as the action in which employees diffuse relevant information to others across the organization (Bartol dan Srivastava dalam Yang, 2007). The objectives of this research was to find out : (1) the influence of organizational culture toward knowledge sharing, (2) the influence of leadership roles toward knowledge sharing, (3) the influence of organizational culture and leadership roles toward knowledge sharing. This research uses survey method and questioners as the tools in collecting the main data. This research is conducted in PT. Pupuk Kujang, with respondent amount 130 personnel of employees. In this study, all variables were analysis with Multiple Regression. The results shows these following result : (1) there is a significant influence of organizational culture toward knowledge sharing, (2) there is a significant influence of leadership roles toward knowledge sharing, (3) there is a significant influence of organizational culture and leadership roles toward knowledge sharing

The cloud based version of SAP is S4hana. This paper explains how S4hana provides a solution by mass printing on the S4hana side and the print results will be displayed on the server side. The method used is by using the System development life cycle (SDLC) on the development side of the virtual server and using the SAP active method when implementing or migrating the system to a new system.     The village government is now increasingly advanced and smooth with the help of various kinds of technology ranging from applications and other supports. The computer is one of the tools that makes it easier in the form of making software and hardware.At this time, Muktiwari village is still conducting data collection manually, specifically for storing personnel data so that there is a high possibility of data errors, delays in the process of searching for employee data and the availability of required data. The method used in this study is direct observation of the administrative staff responsible for the data system,apart from field research, the author also conducts a literature study, namely by collecting sources relevant to the problems that occur. The design of this personnel information system will also use software design with a prototype model.The purpose of designing this system is to simplify the work process of employees and reduce repetitive performance, so that employee data can be stored neatly if at any time data is needed. The results of the design of the Muktiwari village staffing system will be able to increase efficiency and effectively improve the shortcomings of the existing system.  Pemerintahan desa saat ini sudah semakin maju dan lancar dengan bantuan berbagai macam teknologi mulai dari aplikasi serta pendukung lainnya. Komputer salah satu peralatan yang mempermudah dalam bentuk pembuatan software dan hardware. Pada saat ini desa Muktiwari masih melakukan pendataan secara manual, khusus pada penyimpanan data-data kepegawaian sehingga besar kemungkinan terjadi kesalahan data, keterlambatan proses pencarian data pegawaiserta kesedian data yang di perlukan. Metode yang di lakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi  lansung kepada pegawai bagian administrasi yang bertanggung jawab dalam Sistem data, selain dari penelitianlapangan, penulis jugamelakukan studi pustaka yaitu dengan mengumpulkan sumber yang relevan dengan masalah yang terjadi. Perancangan sistem informasi kepegawaian ini juga akan menggunakan perancangan perangkat lunak dengan model prototype. Tujuan perancangan sistem ini Untuk mempermudah proses kerja dari pegawai dan mengurangi kinerja yang berulang-ulang, sehingga data-data pegawai dapat disimpan dengan rapi jika sewaktu-waktu data diperlukan.Hasil perancangan sistem kepegawaian desa Muktiwari ini akan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektif memperbaiki kekurangan dari sistem yang telah ada.     Penelitian ini untuk melihat apakah ada pengaruh komunikasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap penyelesaian konflik. Komunikasi dan kepemimpinan yang merupakan bagian tidak terpisahkan dalam organisasi umumnya memiliki pengaruh kuat didalam organisasi atau bahkan tidak memiliki pengaruh sama sekali tergantung bagaimana mereka berkomunikasi dan menggunakan kepemimpinannya dalam mengelola organisasi.  Konflik organisasi adalah ketidaksepakatan antara individu atau kelompok dalam organisasi, yang dapat memusatkan pada faktor mulai dari alokasi sumber daya dan pembagian tanggung jawab ke arah keseluruhan organisasi karyawan (Hossain, 2017). Struktur komunikasi organisasi didefinisikan sebagai sistem jalur di mana pesan mengalir atau sebagai pola interaksi di antara orang-orang yang membentuk organisasi (Nica dalam Hener, 2010).  Pemimpin mempengaruhi orang lain melalui kemampuan mereka untuk memotivasi, menginformasikan, menginspirasi, teknis kompetensi, berkomunikasi secara efektif, dan menyampaikan visi (Pierce & Newstrom dalam Kaimenyi, 2014).              Penelitian ini menggunakan metode correlational research yang bertujuan untuk mendeteksi sejauh mana variabel-variabel pada suatu faktor berkaitan dengan variabel pada faktor lain berdasarkan koefisien korelasi. Communication and leadership which are an integral part of the organization generally have a strong influence in the organization or even have no influence at all depending on how they communicate and use their leadership in managing the organization. Organizational conflict is disagreement between individuals or groups within the organization, which can focus on factors ranging from resource allocation and division of responsibility towards the overall employee organization (Hossain, 2017).     Quality control on reject products at PT. Yasufuku Indonesia in Bekasi is quite good, because it is in accordance with the theory of quality control, at least reject products can be minimized. Documents that are available are functioning properly by HR and the functions of the relevant division are still not maximal in carrying out their duties and authority in quality control in reject products. There are still obstacles. Machine factors that cause the production of goods with reject short material, incomplete documents that hamper the production process goods, as well as unintentional errors in data recording and processing, the solutions that have been made by PT.     Quality Of Services in Flamboyan Flats on Resident Satisfaction

    This research aims to analyze the quality of services provided by Rusunawa Flamboyan. Responding to residents' complaints, conducting evaluations, and developing service quality standards are the issues discussed in this research. This research is quantitative and uses the Servqual method with 50 respondents and 50 questionnaires which have gone through validity testing, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing. In testing using the Servqual method on residents of Rusunawa Flamboyan, it was found that they had an average perception of 3.72 regarding the five dimensions of Servqual, while the expected value was 3.36. Thus, there is a difference of 0.36 which is positive, indicating that the service in the five Servqual dimensions has met the residents' expectations

    WebQual Method for Analyzing the Service Quality of the Hospital Complaint Website on User Satisfaction

    The Hospital Complaints Website acts as a forum for the public to convey complaints, aspirations, and complaints regarding hospital performance, so the importance of the quality of service on this website cannot be ignored. Researchers are interested in conducting a more comprehensive study regarding the quality of hospital complaint websites. The research aims to measure the quality of service on the hospital complaints website by paying attention to several aspects of the user and looking for obstacles found on the Hospital Complaints website. The data collection method involves the acquisition of primary research data using the WebQual method as the main conceptual framework for analyzing the quality of services contained in the Hospital Complaints website which emphasizes assessing the quality of satisfaction with using the website which consists of four variables: usability quality, information quality, service interaction quality, and user satisfaction, while secondary data research carried out questionnaires and interviews with staff, patients and hospital leaders as many as 41 respondents to obtain quantitative data. To obtain quantitative data, the researcher compiled a series of valid research instruments that describe the relationship between several research dimensions in the WebQual method, including 4 variables and 26 questions. The data collected will be the basis for solving the problem that is the focus of the research and testing the hypothesis that has been formulated. Previously. Based on the results of validation testing, the r counting variable consists of Quality of Use = 0.936, Quality of Information = 0.859, Quality of Service Interaction = 0.874 against the r table of satisfaction with use 0.260, where (r count > r table) is declared valid, analysis of reliability test data value Information Value Criteria Cronbach's Alpha, Usability Quality 0.909 > 0.60, Information Quality 0.919 > 0.60, Service Interaction Quality 0.854 > 0.60, User Satisfaction 0.868 > 0.60. This means that each of these variables influences user satisfaction
