No full textABSTRAKIkan mujair atau ikan jawa merupakan salah satu makanan pokok utama di Propinsi Gorontalo khususnya di Kabupaten Gorontalo yang ditandai dengan melimpahnya hasil pertanian terutama di daerah pesisir Danau Limboto. Ikan mujair sendiri memiliki banyak sekali manfaat dan nutrisi yang baik untuk tubuh manusia. Apabila ikan mujair dikelola dengan inovasi dan kreatifitas maka dapat membawa manfaat yang besar bagi masyarakat. Biasanya menjelang musim panen, warga Desa Pentadio Barat menjual ikan jawa atau mujair segar. Pengolahan ikan mujair belum pernah dilakukan, ikan mujair dimasak sendiri hanya sebagai lauk. Hal ini dikarenakan masyarakat khususnya kaum wanita belum mengetahui bagaimana cara mengolah ikan mujair menjadi aneka makanan. Pengetahuan mereka masih terbatas pada pembuatan isian atau penggorengan langsung. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah agar masyarakat dapat mempelajari cara mengolah ikan mujair menjadi kerupuk ikan mujair. Pengetahuan yang dibagikan kepada masyarakat antara lain bagaimana membuat produk olahan ikan mujair yang berkualitas dan inovatif
PERTUMBUHAN AYAM KAMPUNG SUPER YANG DIBERI PAKAN MENGANDUNG TEPUNG KUNYIT
Full text linkThe purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of the starter phase of super free-range chicken fed turmeric flour rations.This research was carried out from June to August 2020 at the Poultry Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, State University of Gorontalo. A total of 80 super free-range chickens aged 1 day were used as research objects, using the Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method. The average weight gain, consumption and conversion of each treatment were: 103.85 g, 285.03g, 2.74 (P0); 99.16g, 275.49g, 2.78 (P1); 109.16g, 283.10g , 2.60 (P2); and 98.51g, 109.16g, 2.78(P3). These results illustrate that the provision of turmeric flour in the ration has no effect on super free-range chickens during their growth period. Super free-range chickens in the starter phase can be given turmeric flour up to 6% in their rations
Penambahan Ampas Sagu Terfermentasi (Metroxylon sago) Terhadap Performa Ayam Kampung Super Fase Starter
Full text linkThis study aims to determine the performance of super native chickens fed with fermented sago dregs as a substitute for corn in the ration. Super native chickens used in the study were 80 chickens. The research design used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 4 replications. The treatment in this study was P0 (without a mixture of fermented sago dregs), P1 (rations with an additional 10% fermented sago dregs), P2 (rations with an additional 20% fermented sago dregs), P3 (rations with an additional 30% fermented sago dregs). The variables observed were ration consumption, body weight gain and ration conversion. Based on the analysis of variance, it showed that dietary consumption was not significantly differed (P0,05), while body weight gain and diet conversion were significantly differed (P0,01). Therefore, the use of fermented sago dregs in the ration of super native chickens can significantly affect body weight gain and ration conversion up to the level of 20%
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Full text linkThe purpose of this study was to evaluate body weight gain (PBB), ration consumption and ration conversion of Kampung Super chickens fed with turmeric flour in their rations. Single factor analysis was used in this study. Turmeric flour was given in stages: 0% (control), 2%, 4%, and 6%. Based on the results of the evaluation for ration consumption, it showed that the provision of turmeric flour was not significantly different (P 0.05) on the ration of super native chicken consumption. The average feed consumption is 324.39-338.69 g / head. Evaluation of body weight gain, showed that giving turmeric flour had a significant effect (P 0.05) on body weight gain. The ration conversion evaluation showed that the use of turmeric flour had a significant effect (P 0.05) on the ration conversion of Kampung Super chickens. The addition of 2-6% turmeric flour to native chicken rations showed an increase in body weight, a decrease in ration conversion. The recommendation for using turmeric in the super native chicken ration is 4% of the total basal ratio

No full textThe purpose of the study was to determine the effect of giving skipjack viscera flour as a substitute for fish meal in the ration on the production of quail eggs. This research was conducted in September-October 2020, in Boidu Village, North Bulango District, Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Province. The study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 4 replications. A total of 160 quails aged 47 days. The results showed that the provision of skipjack offal flour as a substitute for fish meal in the ration did not have a significant effect (P0.05) on the observed variables. Skipjack viscera flour can be used in quail rations as much as 12% in the ration.

Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Sifat Kualitatif Sapi Bali Jantan Dan Betina Yang Dipelihara Secara Semi Intensif Di Kecamatan Gadung Kabupaten Buol
Full text linkThe study was conducted in October-December 2023 with 50 cattle located in Gadung Subdistrict, Buol Regency, 23 male and 37 female Balinese cattle. Descriptive analysis with observation procedures, namely skin colour, body parts, namely the front of the body, the middle, and the back. Back line, the observed part is the part of the back that has a black line. Legs, the observed parts are the socks, hoof shape, hoof colour of Balinese cattle. Head, observed parts are the eyes, horns and ears of Balinese cattle. Rump mirror colour, observed parts are the rump of Balinese cattle. The tail colour, observed is the tail of Balinese cattle, the age of livestock, which is using the dental formula to determine the age of livestock. The results showed that the qualitative characteristics of male and female Balinese cattle raised semi-intensively in Gadung subdistrict, Buol regency still have some similarities with other areas and is still included in the characteristics of Balinese cattle. Penelitian telah laksanakan di bulan Oktober-Desember 2023 sebanyak 50 ekor yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Gadung Kabupaten Buol, ternak sapi bali jantan sebanyak 23 ekor dan betina sebanyak 37 ekor. Analisis deskriptif dengan prosedur pengamatan yaitu warna kulit, bagian tubuh yaitu bagian depan tubuh, bagian tengah, dan bagian belakang. Garis punggung, bagian yang diamati yaitu bagian punggung yang memiliki garis hitam. Kaki sapi, bagian yang diamati yaitu bagian kaos kaki, bentuk kuku warna kuku sapi bali. Kepala sapi, bagian yang diamati yaitu bagian mata, tanduk dan telinga sapi bali .Warna cermin pantat, bagian yang diamati yaitu bagian pantat sapi bali. Warna ekor, diamati yaitu ekor sapi bali, umur ternak, yaitu menggunakan rumus gigi untuk mengetahui umur ternak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sifat kualitatif sapi bali jantan dan betina yang dipelihara secara semi intensif di kecamatan Gadung kabupaten Buol masih memiliki beberapa kesamaan dengan daerah lain dan masih termasuk ciri dari ternak sapi Bali.
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
