Aplikasi Analisis Jalur untuk Menganalisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Kabupaten Toba Samosir
This study aims to find out what factors influence economic growth in Toba Samosir Regency based on 2010-2019 data. The data used are secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of North Sumatra Province. The data analysis technique used in this study is Path Analysis. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that economic growth in Toba Samosir Regency is directly proportional to the population, local taxes and the realization of regional income, while general allocation funds are inversely proportional to economic growth. This means that if the general allocation fund is getting higher then the Economic Growth will be lower, whereas if the population, local taxes, and the realization of regional income are higher then the economic growth will increase. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that all the hypotheses in this study have been proven and are significant.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Toba Samosir berdasarkan data tahun 2010-2019. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang didapat dari Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Jalur. Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Toba Samosir berbanding lurus dengan jumlah penduduk, pajak daerah dan realisasi penerimaan daerah, sedangkan dana alokasi umum berbanding terbalik terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Hal ini berarti jika dana alokasi umum semakin tinggi maka Pertumbuhan Ekonomi semakin rendah, sedangkan jika jumlah penduduk, pajak daerah, dan realisasi penerimaan daerah semakin tinggi maka pertumbuhan ekonomi akan semakin meningkat. Analisis Faktor Konfirmatori untuk Mengetahui Indikator Kepuasan dan Tingkat Kepuasan Pelanggan PDAM Tirtasari Kota Binjai
Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) is a technique in which apriori, theory, and concept has known or determined indicators used and variables that include come into the indicator. The stages is used to do CFA Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) and Barlett’s Test, Anti-Image Correlation, Communalities, Total Variance Explained, Scree Plot, Factor Matrix, and Rotated Matrix. The research is doneby giving essay using to household customers PDAM Tirtasari Binjai City. The data in this study is the primary data with 125 people respondents. The purpose of this research is to find out the indicators that affect the level of customer satisfaction PDAM Tirtasari. The Indicators that affect the level of customer satisfaction are tangible (physical evidence), reliability, responsiveness, Assurance (confidence), and Emphaty. The results obtained four components can explain 63,262 % of variability 25 variables. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui indikator-indikator yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pelanggan PDAM Tirtasari Kota Binjai. Indikator-indikator yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pelanggan PDAM Tirtasari adalah indikator tangible (bukti fisik), reliability (kehandalan), responsiveness (ketanggapan), Assurance (keyakinan), dan Emphaty (empati). Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah terdapat empat komponen yang menjelaskan 63,262 % dari variabilitas 25 variabel. Study of Parameter Estimation of Multiple Linear Regression Model Based on OLS, Jackknife and Bootstrap Methods
This study aims to estimate the parameters of the Multiple Linear Regression model. The methods used to estimate parameters are the OLS, Bootstrap and Jackknife methods. The results of these estimates will be compared to find out the best method used. In this study B was used in the amount of 10, 100, 500, 1000, 5000, 10000, and 50000. The sample reduction (d) used in this study was 1, 2, and 3. After simulating the data, it was found that the larger the size of B does not guarantee a decrease in MSE, RMSE and SE. This happened because of the residual sampling of Bootstrap and Jackknife samples which were different for each sampling. From the analysis above, it shows that in the data that there are few outliers, the Bootstrap and Jackknife methods are not always better at estimating parameters compared to the OLS method. However, for data that has large outliers, the best method to use is the Jackknife method. This is opened by the RMSE, MSE and SE values which are smaller than the OLS method and the Residual Bootstrap method.69 PagesSkripsi Sarjan
Risk Value Analysis of Gold Futures Trading Investment using Fundamental Analysis, Technical Analysis, and Value at Risk
This study was conducted to analyze the value of risk in trading Gold Trading Futures using Fundamental Analysis, Technical Analysis and Value at Risk. Fundamental analysis that uses Wage Income data other than the Agriculture Sector (Non-Farm Payroll), the conditions of the United States economy, and demand for gold prices in the world. Technical Analysis uses Moving Average Convergence / Divergence, Relative Vigor Index, and Pivot Points. Value at Risk is based on normal errors and skewness / kurtosis. The results of the analysis shown are the MACD Indicator has a truth level of 146 out of 226 days of analysis or 64.602%, the RVI Indicator has a truth level of 220 days from 226 days of analysis or 97.345%, Fundamental Analysis has a truth level of 23 out of 23 Excited for a year or 100%. Based on the level of confidence = 95%, it can be concluded that the price of gold with the normal approach (\Psi_{normal}) = 1211.1984 and the price of gold with the skewness and kurtosis approach (\Psi_{SK}) = 1247.34072

Analisis Persediaan Padi Tahun 2021 di Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara Berdasarkan Ramalan Produksi Padi dan Ramalan Jumlah Penduduk
Rice is one of the most important cultivated plants and the main source of
carbohydrates for most of the Indonesian population. Agricultural sector in North
Tapanuli Regency is currently the backbone of the economy which is a source of
income and a provider of employment opportunities for the majority of the
population. The data in this study is secondary data obtained from the Central
Statistics Agency of North Tapanuli Regency, namely data on the amount of rice
production and population in 1991-2020. The purpose of this study to determine the
supply of rice in 2021 in North Tapanuli Regency based on rice production forecasts
and population estimates using the Double Exponential Smoothing One parameter
from Brown. The best parameter in the model for forecasting the amount of rice
production is α = 0.1 with a forecast of 182.349.080 kg and for the population α =
0.99 with a forecast of 341.365 people. Total rice production is 116.703.411,2 kg
and total rice consumption is 47.449.735 kg. The total supply of rice in North
Tapanuli Regency in 2021 is 69.253.676,2 kg of rice. So that North Tapanuli
Regency can be said to be a food barn for 2021.Padi merupakan salah satu tanaman budidaya terpenting dan merupakan sumber
karbohidrat utama bagi mayoritas penduduk Indonesia. Sektor pertanian di daerah
kabupaten tapanuli utara saat ini merupakan tulang punggung perekonomian yang
menjadi sumber penghasilan dan penyedia lapangan pekerjaan bagi sebagian besar
penduduknya. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari
Badan Pusat Statistika Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara yang merupakan data jumlah
produksi padi dan jumlah penduduk dari tahun 1991-2020. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini
adalah untuk mengetahui persediaan padi tahun 2021 di Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara
berdasarkan ramalan produksi padi dan ramalan jumlah penduduk dengan
menggunakan metode Double Exponential Smoothing Satu Parameter dari Brown.
Parameter α terbaik dalam model untuk peramalan jumlah produksi padi adalah α =
0,1 yang menghasilkan peramalan sebesar 182.349.080 kg dan untuk jumlah
penduduk adalah α = 0,99 yang menghasilkan peramalan sebanyak 341.365 jiwa.
Jumlah produksi beras sebanyak 116.703.411,2 kg dan jumlah konsumsi beras
sebanyak 47.449.735 kg. Adapun jumlah persediaan beras di Kabupaten Tapanuli
Utara tahun 2021 yaitu 69.253.676,2 kg beras. Maka Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara

The Human Development Index (HDI) is one of the important indicators in looking at the other side of development. HDI is used to measure success in efforts to build the quality of human life. In this study, the Human Development Index is categorized into two categories, namely medium if HDI 70. Based on data analysis and discussion using binary probit regression, it can be seen that the factors that affect HDI are the percentage of poor people. Pemodelan Regresi Poisson dan Analisis Faktor-Faktor Eksistensi Kasus Penderita Demam Berdarah Studi Kasus di Kabupaten Deli Serdang
Dengue fever is a disease caused by the dengue virus that is transmitted through the bite of the Aedes aegypti mosquito. This disease is found in tropical regions such as Southeast Asia, where one of them is Indonesia. Deli Serdang Regency is one of the endemic areas of dengue fever in North Sumatra Province. This study aims to make a mathematical model based on the factors that influence dengue fever in Deli Serdang Regency. The method used to model the factors that influence dengue fever is the Poisson regression method with the response variable is the case of dengue fever while the predictor variables studied are population density, number of health facilities, number of health workers, height of territory and poor families. Data analysis was performed using descriptive analysis, poisson regression and negative binomial regression. Poisson regression has an equidispersion assumption, which is a condition where the mean and variance values are equal to the dependent variable. In practice, sometimes there are violations of assumptions in discrete data analysis in the form of overdispersion. The overdispersion condition is that the variance value is greater than the mean value of the dependent variable, so the poisson regression model is not appropriate. Then the use of negative binomial regression is used to overcome overdispersion. While the results of the Poisson regression test even though experiencing overdispersion showed that the variable number of health facilities, the number of health workers, the height of the region, and poor families had an influence on cases of malaria sufferers in Deli Serdang District.Demam berdarah merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus dengue yang ditularkan melalui gigitan nyamuk Aedes aegypti. Penyakit ini banyak ditemukan di daerah tropis seperti di Asia Tenggara, yang mana salah satunya adalah Indonesia. Kabupaten Deli Serdang merupakan salah satu daerah endemis demam berdarah di Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat model matematika berdasarkan faktor – faktor mempengaruhi demam berdarah di Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Metode yang digunakan untuk memodelkan faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi demam berdarah adalah metode regresi Poison dengan variabel respon adalah kasus penderita demam berdarah sedangkan variabel prediktor yang diteliti yaitu variabel kepadatan penduduk, jumlah sarana kesehatan, jumlah tenaga kesehatan, ketinggian wilayah dan keluarga miskin. Analisis data di lakukan menggunakan analisis deskriptif, regresi poisson dan regresi binomial negatif. Regresi poisson merupakan salah satu regresi nonlinier yang sering digunakan untuk memodelkan variabel respon berupa bilangan cacah. Regresi Poisson memiliki asumsi equidispersi, yaitu kondisi dimana nilai mean dan varian bernilai sama pada variabel terikat. Pada prakteknya kadang terjadi pelanggaran asumsi dalam analisis data diskrit berupa overdispersion. Kondisi overdispersion yaitu nilai variansi lebih besar dari pada nilai mean pada variabel terikat, sehingga model regresi poisson tidak tepat digunakan. Maka penggunaan regresi binomial negatif digunakan untuk mengatasi overdispersion. Sedangkan hasil uji regresi poisson walupun mengalami overdispersion menunjukkan bahwa variabel jumlah sarana kesehatan, jumlah tenaga kesehatan, tinggi wilayah, dan keluarga miskin yang mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kasus penderita malaria di Kabupaten Deli Serdang.83 HalamanSkripsi Sarjan
Path Analysis Model in Determining The Rate of School Droupouts During The 2020 Covid-19 Pandemic in North Sumatera
Path analysis is a quantitative method that can be used to examine causal relationships between variables. In general, path analysis is used to examine the magnitude of the direct or indirect effect between several variables. Path analysis can be applied in a social problem, in recent years the world is being worried about the spread of the COVID-19 virus. The existence of policies in dealing with the spread of COVID-19 has an impact on various aspects of life, such as education. This study was conducted to determine the factors causing the dropout rate for junior high school in North Sumatra. This study uses data in 2020 which is the period of the COVID-19 pandemic. In this study, it was concluded that of the five factors studied that had the greatest influence on the dropout rate for junior high school in North Sumatra in 2020, the school participation rate was 8.4% and the human development index was 71.3% for each increase. 1% of those factors.95 PagesKertas Karya Diplom
