Pedagogue's interaction in the development of social and emotional skills of preschool children

Pengembangan Sistem Proteksi Digital Arus Lebih Berbasis Logika Fuzzy Sebagai Pengaman PLTMH
In this paper discussed digital overcurrent protection system fuzzy logic on plant systems or Micro Hydro Power Plants with fuzzy logic approach to the identification of the signal changes due to interference overcurrent short circuit the lifeboat station on the system. A digital overcurrent protection with a fuzzy logic-based method and the rules set if-then, fuzzification and defazzification which has 2 inputs are crisp and delta error and error the actual fault current has a crisp output 1 to input changes in current to drive the relay breaker. This system consists of a hardware system with microcontroller (mc) ATMega8535 and other series as well as software that helps in the protection process performance Delpi 7 computer using fuzzy logic and program using C language and dicompel with CodeVisionAVR software and uploaded to the microcontroller using ponyprog2000 ATMega8535. The success of a prototype digital overcurrent protection system was tested on a fuzzy logic system voltage of 220 volts with a simple system technique burdened beyond any current settings and calculated over a given working time protection relay. After testing and calculations, then the inverse Characteristics of digital protection between the current disruption to the working time protection can be envisaged that a larger fault current less time working to secure protection from interference generating systems.Keyword : Fuzzy Logic, ATMega8535, Proteksi Digital.AbstrakDalam makalah ini dibahas sistem proteksi digital arus lebih logic fuzzy (Fuzzy Logic Protection) pada sistem pembangkit atau Pembangkit Listrk Tenaga Mikro Hidro dengan pendekatan fuzzy logic untuk identifikasi perubahan sinyal besar gangguan arus lebih akibat hubung singkat yang terjdi pada sistem pembangkit. Suatu proteksi digital arus lebih dengan metode berbasis logika fuzzy dan kaidah-kaidah atur if-then, fuzzifikasi dan defazzifikasi yang mempunyai 2 crisp input yaitu error dan delta error arus gangguan aktual dan mempunyai 1 crisp output perubahan arus untuk input rele untuk menggerakan pemutus. Sistem ini terdiri dari perangkat keras dengan sistem mikrokontroler (mc) ATMega8535 dan rangkaian lainnya serta perangkat lunak yang membantu penampilan proses proteksi di komputer menggunakan Delpi 7 dan program fuzzy logic menggunakan bahasa C dan dicompel dengan software CodeVisionAVR dan diupload ke mikrokontroler ATMega8535 menggunakan ponyprog2000. Keberhasilan prototipe sistem proteksi digital arus lebih fuzzy logic diujikan pada sistem sederhana tegangan 220 Volt dengan teknik sistem dibebani melebihi setting dan setiap arus lebih yang diberikan dihitung waktu kerja rele proteksi. Setelah melakukan pengujian dan perhitungan, maka karaktristik invers proteksi digital antara arus gangguan terhadap waktu kerja proteksi dapat tergambar bahwa semakin besar arus gangguan semakin cepat waktu kerja proteksi untuk mengamankan sistem pembangkit dari gangguan. IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM PENTANAHAN GRID PADA TOWER TRANSMISI 150 KV (APLIKASI PADA TOWER SUTT 150 KV TOWER 33)
Grounding system is one form of the integrated system in the electricity system for the security of the overall system of interference that allows the damage to the equipment, resulting in breaking the continuity of power service to consumers. Some ways earthing system used is by planting electrodes (conductors) in soil vertically (rod), horizontal (parallel to the ground) in the form of a grid (grid) and the combination of both the arrangement in order to obtain an effective earthing configuration of the electrodes used.
The experiment was conducted at the tower no. 33 (Tarantang) Pegambiran Padang. Earthing measurement tower is done by measuring the resistance value through a tower grounding foot tower by using earth tester. Skeletons tower connected to the grounding grid plus with one electrode rod. From the research that has been carried out, with an additional earthing system is able to reduce the value of the grounding grid to 0.5 Ω. The smaller the value grounding in the can, the better the system grounding. To get the value of grounding that less than 1 Ohm, grounding by adding a grounding grid into the right solution.

Identification of Implementation Program of Electricity Competency
This study aims to identify the implementation of technical personnel competency testing program. This study applies the Kirkpatrick model at four levels, namely: 1) the level of satisfaction of participants in the implementation of the program; 2) the level of understanding of the subject by the participants; 3) changes in the professional behavior of the participants in the proficiency tests after their return to work; 4) the impact of changes in the professional behavior of the participants in the skills tests. The identification of assessment instruments for each level is obtained from bibliographic studies relevant to the program. The results of the study concluded that the application of the Kirkpatrick model in this study was as follows: 1) short-term skills testing program; 2) Kirkpatrick model widely used to evaluate program training program

Promoting the adaptation of children 2-3 years of age through movement games

Aiga Meņģelsone Darba mērķis: Izzināt kustību rotaļas un caur tām sekmēt 2 – 3 gadus vecu bērnu adaptēšanos pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē. Hipotēze: Sekmēt adaptācijas veiksmīgu norisi iesaistot kustību rotaļas 2 -3 gadus vecu bērnu ikdienā, ievērojot vecumposma attīstības likumsakarības. Pētījuma uzdevumi: 1.Izzināt psiholoģijas un pedagoģijas teorētiskās nostādnes par bērnu adaptāciju pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē. 2.Raksturot 2 -3 gadus vecu bērnu vecumposma attīstības īpatnības. 3.Analizēt rotaļu, kustību rotaļu nozīmi pedagoģiskajā procesā. 4.Izstrādāt kustību rotaļas un iesaistīt tās pētījumā ar 2 -3 gadus veciem bērniem. 5.Apkopot un analizēt iegūtos rezultātus. Pētījuma teorētiskā un praktiskā nozīmība: Pētījuma darbā apkopotas teorētiskās nostādnes par 2-3 gadus vecu bērnu adaptāciju pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē, agrās bērnības vecumposma attīstības īpatnības, novērota pētāmā bērnu grupa, izstrādāti kritēriji un kustību rotaļas, kas iesaistītas ikdienā, lai bērni sekmīgāk izietu adaptāciju. Tasks of the research: 1.To study the theoretical principles of psychology and pedagogy on the adaptation of children in pre-school educational establishment. 2.To characterize the developmental peculiarities of children 2-3 years of age. 3.To analyze the significance of play and movement play in the pedagogical process. 4.Develop movement games and involve them in research with children 2-3 years of age. 5.Summarize and analyze the results. Promotion of Memory development in musical activities for four-to-five-year-old children in a Preschool Educational Institution
Kvalifikācijas darba nosaukums: “Atmiņas attīstības veicināšana muzikālās darbībās četrus līdz piecus gadus veciem bērniem Pirmsskolas Izglītības Iestādē” Darba autore: Ija Sokolova Darba zinātniskā vadītāja: Mg. paed., Mg. psych. Ilze Kricka Teorētiskā darba daļa: Kvalifikācijas darbā tiek teorētiski analizētas psihologu un pedagoģijas nozaru speciālistu atziņas par pirmsskolas bērnu atmiņas attīstību un analizēti jaunākie pētījumi par mūzikas ietekmi uz atmiņas attīstību. Praktiskā darba daļa: Praktiskajā daļā tika veikts empīriskais pētījums, kurā piedalījās 13 pirmsskolas bērni vecumā no 4 – 5 gadiem. Tika izmantota metode - pedagoģiskā vērošana, kuras laikā ikdienas muzikālajās darbībās tika novērots, kā ar šo darbību palīdzību veicināt bērnu atmiņas attīstību. Praktiskā pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka pētījumā izvirzītais mērķis - teorētiski un praktiski izpētīt atmiņas veicināšanas iespējas muzikālās darbībās 4 – 5 gadus veciem pirmsskolas vecuma bērniem - ir sasniegts. Iegūto datu analīzē pierādās tas, ka muzikālo darbību izmantošana veicina atmiņas attīstību 4 – 5 gadus veciem bērniem, tātad uz pētījumā izvirzīto jautājumu tika iegūta apstiprinoša atbilde. Practical part of the work: In the practical part, an epirical study was conducted, in wich 13 preschool children aged 4 – 5 years participated. The metod of pedagogical observation was used, during wich it was observed in daily musical activities how to promote development of children`s memory with the help of these activities. The results of the practical study show that the goal set in study – to theoretically and practically investigate the possibilities of memory promotion in musical activities for 4-5-year-old preschool children – has been achieved. The anatysis of the collected data proves that the use of musical activities contributes to the development of memory in 4-5-year-old children, so the question raised in the study was answered in the affirmative. Tadeusz Kotarbiński wypracował naczelny ideał etyczny nazywany spolegliwym opiekuństwem. Stawia on bardzo duże wymagania etyczne, zwłaszcza osobom wychowującym innych. Okazuje się, że ideał ten ma wiele potwierdzeń praktycznych (np. J. Korczak). Powstaje jednak problem zajęcia tej postawy w życiu codziennym. Otóż właśnie w codziennej praktyce nauczania akademickiego profesor ija Lazari-Pawłowska jawi się autorowi jako spełnienie tego ideału. Autor podaje powody takiej identyfikacji, zwłaszcza w opisie praktyki seminaryjnej prof. Pawłowskiej. Tekst wskazuje na wartości humanistyczne ideału opiekuna spolegliwego i jego uniwersalny charakter oraz źródła. Load Shedding Simulation Using A Frequency Relay In Lampung Electrical System

Abstract: Stability is one of the requirements of an electrical power system which can be considered good/ideal, One disturbance that can affect stability is the outage of the system generator. To overcome this problem, load shedding is performed, The load is released in a simulation aimed at bringing the frequency back to the authorized value after the disturbance has occurred. The power plant that experienced a trip in this study was the largest Lampung unit of the generator Tarahan 4.When the generator Tarahan 4 has been tripped, the frequency system is falls and stabilize at 48.8 Hz.Therefore its necessary to release the load so that the system frequency returns to the authorized value, which is from 49,8 Hz to 50.2 Hz. Based on the results of simulation after setting the frequency relay, by releasing a load of 152.2 MW, the frequency was stable at 50.074 Hz . So it can be concluded that the frequency relay setting has been able to return the system frequency to allowable value
