The paper's author, Ann Joyce, is the daughter of the man who developed the atomic submarine; her husband was chief engineer at Princeton's fusion experiment. Ralph Nader's concerns in the mid 1920s are addressed, point by point. The author asks how many nuclear accidents could you name in 1978, when the paper was written.
