Perbedaan Pengaruh Latihan Lempar Bolabasket Terhadap Peningktatan Kemampuan Daya Ledak Otot Lengan

Dalam cabang olahraga bolabasket, latihan kondisi fisik sangat diperlukan untuk menunjang peningkatan kemampuan kondisi fisik peserta ekstrakurikuler dalam melakukan kegiatan passing bolabasket. Salah satu kondisi fisik yang diperlukan adalah daya ledak otot. Latihan daya ledak otot dapat dilakukan dengan banyak latihan pliometrik yang dalam penelitian ini berupa latihan lempar bolabasket pull-chestpass dan latihan lempar bolabasket duduk di lantai bersandar di tembok yang dilakukan di SMPN 6 Tulungagung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh diantara latihan lempar bola pull-chestpass dan duduk di lantai bersandar di tembok yang lebih meningkatkan daya ledak otot lengan. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah rancangan eksperimental berbentuk Pre-Test Post-Test Control Group Desaign. Dari 44 orang coba dari populasi diambil 36 orang coba sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sistematic random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes dan non tes. Tes digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan daya ledak otot lengan dan non tes berupa observasi langsung dilengkapi dengan blangko. Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes lempar bolabasket tanpa awalan. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis varian (ANAVA) satu jalur dan dilanjutkan dengan teknik uji-t dengan α = 0,05. Hasil Analisis varian satu jalur menggunakan data beda hasil tes akhir dan tes awal diperolelh hasil F hitung 10,6669 dan F tabel α 0,05 sebesar 2,22.Oleh karena F hitung > F tabel α 0,05, berarti kemampuan daya ledak otot lengan meningkat. Hasil analisis uji lanjut uji-t tidak berpasangan menggunakan data beda dari tes akhir dan tes awal diperoleh hasil t hitung sebesar 4,356405, dimana t tabel α 0,05 sebesar 1,73406. Oleh karena t hitung > t tabel α 0,05 berarti latihan lempar bolabasket pull-chestpass lebih baik dibandingkan dengan latihan lempar bolabasket duduk di lantai bersandar di tembok. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa ada peningkatan kemampuan daya ledak otot lengan secara signifikan akibat latihan lempar bolabasket pull-chestpass, ada peningkatan kemampuan daya ledak otot lengan secara signifikan akibat latihan lempar bolabasket duduk di lantai baersandar di tembok, dan latihan lempar bolabasket pull-chestpass lebih baik dibandingkan latihan lempar bolabasket duduk di lantai bersandar di tembok. Saran bagi pelatih untuk memberikan latihan pull-chestpass kepada peserta kegiatan ekstrakurikuler untuk meningkatkan kemampuan daya ledak otot lengan. Saran penelitian selanjutnya untuk diharapkan melalui penelitian lain dapat disajikan sebagai bekal untuk mengkaji lebih dalam serta dikembangkan dalam bentuk penelitian lain dengan variabel bebas yang berbeda dengan subjek penelitian yang lebih luas. In the sport of basketball, exercise physical condition is needed to support the enhancing ability the physical condition of participants in extracurricular activities passing basketball. One of the necessary physical condition is the of explosive power muscles. Muscle of explosive power exercises can be done with lots of plyometric exercises that in this study a basketball throwing drill of pull-chestpass basketball throw exercise and sitting on the floor leaning against a wall basketball throw exercise done in Junior High School 6 Tulungagung. The purpose of this research is to find the difference influence of between pull-chestpass basketball throw exercise and sitting on the floor leaning against a wall basketball throw exercise that further enhance the explosive power of the arm muscles. The research design is experimental with Pretest Post-Test Control Group Desaign. The samples is 36 which are taken though systematic purposive random sampling. Test and non test are instument that is used. The test is used to measure the ability of muscles in your arms and of explosive power non-test in the form of direct observation comes with a blank. The data collection techniques using test techniques throwing a ball without the prefix The data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by a one lane and techniques t-test with α = 0.05. The analysis of variance of the data points using different final test results and initial test results F count 10.6669 and F table α 0.05 for 2,22. Because since F count> F table α of 0.05, meaning the ability of muscle of explosive power arm Enhancing. The results of the analysis of further test unpaired t-test using the data depending on the final test and the initial test result amounted to t count 4.356405 where t α table 0.05 of 1.73406. Therefore t count > t table α of 0.05 means pull-chestpass basketball throw exercise better than sitting on the floor leaning against a wall basketball throw exercise. Conclusion is that there is an enhancing in the ability of of explosive power the arm muscles significantly as a result of pull-chestpass basketball throw exercise, there was an enhancing in the ability of of explosive power the arm muscles significantly as a result of sitting on the floor leaning against a wall basketball throw exercise, and practice throwing basketball pull-chestpass better than sitting on the floor leaning against a wall basketball throw exercise. Recommendation for coach to give a training pull-chestpass to the participants of extracurricular activities to improve explosive power arm muscles. Recommendation for research are expected to be presented by other studies in preparation to examine more deeply and developed in the form of other studies with different independent variables with the subject of more extensive research
