Keberlanjutan Bisnis Di New Normal Dengan Instagram Marketing
The new normal conditions that are facing the business world where economic
conditions have not yet fully recovered have forced business players to think of new
strategies so that consumers continue to choose their company's products/services
thus their business can continue to operate. This situation made the author is
interested in conducting a study at a language institute where the author conducted
her research, how the language institute was able to survive during the pandemic,
the new normal until now when economic conditions were declining. Thus, the
author aims to study the implementation of Instagram marketing strategy by the
language institute to survive. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method
with a case study approach at a language institution in Surabaya. The data used
was taken from March 2019 to mid-2022. The author obtained this data by
participant observation, in-depth interviews with 10 permanent employees and
teachers and also document analysis. The data was then triangulated to obtain
validity. From the results of the research analysis, the author sees that the choice
of Instagram marketing was made because social media now can reach a wider
community wherever and whenever and also the target market for the institution is
young people who currently use social media a lot, especially Instagram. Indeed,
the thematic use of Instagram content that fit with the product/services provided at
the Language Institute as well as the use of Instagram tools in feeds and stories that
are tailored to the preferences of the Language Institute's account followers, has
proven to be effective in establishing interactive communication so that the number
of the language Institute consumers has increased, in other words the institution
can still make a profit
STUDENT BUSINESS CENTER AS A MEANS OF DEVELOPING ENTREPRENEURSHIP CAPACITY FOR STUDENTS
Entrepreneurs obviously play significant role in the growth of economics as it can
be seen in the industrial countries which have more than 10% entrepreneurs of
their population. Indeed, the role of universities in preparing the society_ especially
their graduation to be self-employed, to be an entrepreneur is surely substantial.
Entrepreneurship education is the answer in maximizing students' capacity on
knowledge as well as skill to be entrepreneurs. Many studies indicate the positive
impact of entrepreneurship education. This paper will discuss entrepreneurship
education in Politeknik Ubaya especially through Student Business Center a place

Kondisi new normal yang dihadapi dunia bisnis dimana kondisi perekonomian belum sepenuhnya pulih membuat pemain bisnis harus memikirkan strategi baru supaya konsumen tetap memilih produk/jasa perusahaannya sehingga roda bisnisnya tetap bisa beroperasi. Suatu Lembaga Bahasa dimana penulis melakukan penelitiannya, memilih untuk melakukan strategi pemasaran melalui pemasaran Instagram karena sosial media saat ini bisa menjangkau masyarakat secara lebih luas dimanapun dan kapanpun. Selain itu pemasaran instagram juga dipilih karena target pasar Lembaga tsb merupakan anak muda yang saat ini banyak menggunakan sosial media, khususnya Instagram. Penelitian yang ditulis ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada suatu lembaga bahasa yang ada di Surabaya. Data yang digunakan mulai Maret 2019 hingga pertengahan 2022. Data tsb didapat penulis melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam kepada karyawan dan analisa dokumen. Data tsb kemudian dilakukan triangulasi untuk mendapatkan validitas. Dari hasil analisa penelitian, penulis melihat bahwa pengunaan konten Instagram secara tematik sesuai dengan layanan jasa yang ada di Lembaga Bahasa tsb serta pengunaan alat pada feed dan story yang disesuaikan dengan kesukaan pengikut akun Lembaga Bahasa, terbukti efektif dalam menjalin komunikasi yang interaktif sehingga jumlah konsumen Lembaga Bahasa tsb terjadi peningkatan dengan kata lain Lembaga tsb masih bisa meraih keuntungan.

Experential Learning in Increasing Students’ Entrepreneurship Capacity
The availability of job opportunity in Indonesia is as an iceberg problem that needed to be solved. One of the
challenges of higher education is not only preparing their graduation to be ready to work, but also preparing them
to be ready to provide job opportunity. Hopefully, entrepreneurship education is able to equip students to create and to be innovative in providing business opportunity. This paper aim is to find out the influence of Experential Learning in generating young entrepreneurs who are able to identify business opportunity and start their own business. The research is a qualitative research and the sampling is Politeknik Ubaya students in 2017-2018 who
are interested in starting their own business. The result shows that experiential learning is ef ective in generating

The lockdown policy applied in most countries in the world as an effort to break the chain of spread of the virus, unfortunately, has a big impact on economics activities. The business must think hard in order to be able to sustain. Thus the writer wants to analyze a case in a language course in Surabaya to be able to survive and engage customers during the pandemic by using descriptive qualitative study with a case study. The strategy of new mindset and digital marketing is proved to be effective in making the course sustains during the pandemic of covid 19. The long distance and lockdown condition is no longer a matter since through digital marketing, the course is able to reach the public to be customers
Participatory Action Learning System in Maximizing Entrepreneurship Capacity
It is obvious that the role of entrepreneurship education of a university in preparing their students to be entrepreneurs is significant. This paper’s aim is to find out how entrepreneurship education especially participatory action learning system is able to maximize entrepreneurship capacity. Hopefully this paper can contribute to be best practice for the university to build students’ capacity on entrepreneurship.
The paper utilizes qualitative analysis and a case study approach. Students who are analyzed and eligible to
start their business are twenty students. The writer used PALS method which students would be empowered
to be actively participated in awareness, capacity, and institutionalization phases.
The result shows only seven students who are ready to start their business. Indeed, the innovation on their
product/service seems to be too far to be discussed since most students only focus on short term development

CIRC Method in Classroom Interaction to Enhance EFL Learners’ Ability in Writing Business Letters
Creating classroom activities is paramount importantance in english language
teaching since it will influence language acquisition of EFL learners. Teacher has an
important role in deciding the classroom activities together with classroom instruction that
can address students’ need and learning objective.
This paper studied on CIRC method that will create students’ active interaction within
small groups. Students will conduct teachers’ structured activities within group through
positive interdependence and individual accountability. Such condition will promote
motivation and encouragement for students. Moreover it will lead an interesting learning
atmosphere which will enhance their achievement on the subject taught specifically their
ability in writing business letters
