Efektivitas merupakan program konsep yang mencakup banyak
aspek, baik dari dalam maupun luar organisasi. Program 6S (senyum,
sapa, salam, salaman, sopan dan santun) merupakan bagian dari
pembinaan karakter yang diharapkan dapat menciptakan lingkungan
sekolah yang harmonis, saling berinteraksi dan penuh saling rasa
menghargai. Budaya 6S merupakan salah satu penerapan budaya sekolah
yang dikembangkan untuk membangun karakter sosial pada siswa.
Berdasarkan hal tersebut budaya 6S diduga efektif terhadap peningkatan
interaksi sosial pada siswa.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas program
pembudayaan 6S (Senyum, Sapa, Salam, Salaman, Sopan dan Santun)
dalam meningkatkan interaksi sosial pada siswa di SMA Negeri 1
Sumberejo. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini
adalah kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data
yaitu kuesioner atau angket secara tertutup. Teknik pengambilan sampel
proportionate stratified random sampling yaitu sampel yang memiliki
populasi yang tidak hegemony atau yang memiliki strata terdiri atas
siswa kelas X dan XI tahun 2024 sebanyak 231 sampel dari 544 populasi
yang ditentukan menggunakan perhitungan rumus slovin. Skala yang
digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu skala efektivitas program (α =
0,653), skala budaya 6S (α = 0,900), dan skala interaksi sosial (α =
0,845). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah
uji persentase, analisis regresi linier sederhana, dan uji korelasi pearson
dengan meggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 21.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program pembudayaan
6S efektif dalam meningkatkan interaksi sosial pada siswa dibuktikan
dengan nilai uji persentase sebesar 79,9% ini artinya skala efektivitas
program dikategorikan efektif karena berada di rentang nilai 60%-80%.
Kemudian diliat hasil uji hipotesis yaitu nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,441 yang bernilai positif dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan
hasil uji korelasi pearson dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,627
yang bernilai positif dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, ini menunjukkan
bahwa terdapat kedua hubungan antar varaibel. Hasil uji korelasi pearson
tersebut menunjukkan adanya hubungan antar variabel sebesar 0,627
karena berada pada rentang nilai 0,60-0,799 yang berarti kekuatan
hubungan antara kedua variabel adalah kuat.

Effectiveness is a conceptual program that encompasses many
aspects, both internally and externally. The 6S program (smile, greet,
greet, shake hands, be polite and courteous) is part of character
development that is expected to create a harmonious school environment,
mutual interaction, and mutual respect. The 6S culture is one application
of school culture developed to build social character in students. Based
on this, the 6S culture is thought to be effective in increasing social
interaction in students.
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the 6S (Smile,
Greet, Greet, Shake Hands, Polite and Courteous) culture program in
improving social interaction in students at SMA Negeri 1 Sumberejo. The
research approach used in this study is descriptive quantitative. The data
collection technique is a closed questionnaire. The sampling technique
is proportionate stratified random sampling, namely samples that have a
non-hegemonic population or that have strata consisting of students of
grades X and XI in 2024 as many as 231 samples from 544 populations
determined using the Slovin formula calculation. The scales used in this
study are the program effectiveness scale (α = 0.653), the 6S culture
scale (α = 0.900), and the social interaction scale (α = 0.845). The data
analysis techniques used in this study are percentage tests, simple linear
regression analysis, and Pearson correlation tests using the SPSS 21
application.
The results of this study indicate that the 6S culture program is
effective in improving social interaction among students, as evidenced by
a percentage test score of 79.9%. This indicates that the program's
effectiveness scale is categorized as effective, as it falls within the 60%
80% range. Furthermore, the hypothesis test results show a positive
regression coefficient of 0.441, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.
The Pearson correlation test results show a positive correlation coefficient of 0.627 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This
indicates a relationship between the two variables. The Pearson
correlation test results indicate a relationship between the variables of
0.627, as it falls within the 0.60-0.799 range, indicating a strong
relationship between the two variables.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
