No full textEl presente trabajo de investigación titulado: “Gestión de planillas
electrónicas en el cumplimiento de obligaciones tributarias de la Municipalidad
Distrital Coronel Gregorio Albarracín Lanchipa- Tacna, 2018” tiene como objetivo
principal: Determinar de qué manera la gestión de planillas electrónicas influye en
el cumplimiento de obligaciones tributarias. El instrumento utilizado fue el
cuestionario, realizado a los funcionarios y/o servidores de las áreas críticas, siendo
un total de 50 trabajadores.
De acuerdo con los resultados de correlación Rho de Spearman, dado que el
valor es menor a 0,05 por lo que se concluye que la gestión de planillas electrónicas
influye significativamente de manera directa y positiva en el cumplimiento de
obligaciones tributarias de la Municipalidad Distrital Coronel Gregorio Albarracín
Lanchipa – Tacna, año 2018.
De acuerdo con los resultados de correlación Rho de Spearman, dado que el
valor es menor a 0,05 por lo que se concluye que el Registro de información laboral
– Planilla electrónica (T-Registro) influye significativamente de manera directa y
positiva en la Retención del impuesto a la renta de quinta categoría de la
Municipalidad Distrital Gregorio Albarracín Lanchipa – Tacna, año 2018.
De acuerdo con los resultados de correlación Rho de Spearman dado que el
valor es menor a 0,05 por lo que se concluye que la planilla mensual de pagos –
PLAME influye significativamente de manera directa y positiva en los aportes a
EsSalud y al SNP de la Municipalidad Distrital Coronel Gregorio Albarracín

No full textThe research addresses the crucial relationship between the continuous training of teachers and its impact on the educational quality of students, focusing on the Gregorio Valencia Basic Education School in the Valencia canton during the 2023-2024 school year. Through a quantitative approach and surveys directed at teachers, the impact of continuous training on the academic and training development of students was evaluated. The results underline the importance attributed by teachers to continuous training, evidencing a solid connection between their participation in training programs and improvement in educational quality. Widespread understanding among teachers of the importance of continuing education provides a solid foundation for designing programs that meet expectations and encourage ongoing professional development of teachers. A través de un enfoque cuantitativo y encuestas dirigidas a los docentes, se evaluó el impacto de la formación continua en el desarrollo académico y formativo de los estudiantes. Los resultados subrayan la importancia atribuida por los docentes a la formación continua, evidenciando una conexión sólida entre su participación en programas de formación y la mejora en la calidad educativa. La comprensión generalizada entre los docentes sobre la importancia de la formación continua proporciona una base sólida para diseñar programas que satisfagan las expectativas y fomenten el desarrollo profesional continuo de los docentes. Además, se destaca la percepción colectiva de que la formación continua no solo tiene como beneficio el crecimiento profesional de los docentes, sino que también tiene un impacto directo en la calidad de la educación ofrecida a los estudiantes en la Escuela de Educación Básica Gregorio Valencia
Homogeneous Methylolation of Melamine: Mathematical Modeling
No full textA novel mathematical model is presented on the methylolation of melamine with formaldehyde at 48 ºC and pH 9.0. The model assumes an instantaneous hydration/dehydration of formaldehyde and the methylolation mechanism of Gordon et al. [J Appl Polym Sci 1966, 10, 1153]. The 24 kinetic constants were adjusted to experimental measurements by B. Tomita [J Polym Sci 1977, 15, 2347]. The model predicts the evolutions of the comonomers and the 9 methylolated species. Hydroxymethylation of Phenol Revisited:A Readjusted Mathematical Model
No full textThe hydroxymethylation of phenol in alkaline conditions is the first step in the synthesis of resols, which must be later cured for the production of final articles. A mathematical model for the hydroxymethylation of phenol is presented. It is based on the kinetic mechanism by Freeman and Lewis (J. Am. Chem. Soc. 1954) and includes a set of side reactions. Arrhenius expressions for the seven hydroxymethylation kinetic constants at pH 8 10 and temperatures 30 57 °C, and in the absence of methanol, were recalculated from the constants reported by Zavitsas et al. (J. Polym. Sci., Part A-1: Polym. Chem. 1968), in order to take into consideration the hydration/dehydration of formaldehyde and other side reactions. The model adequately predicts the measurements in the mentioned publications and in Higuchi et al. (J. Wood Sci. 1999). All of the kinetic parameters were directly or indirectly taken from the literature and were not readjusted to the measurements.Fil: Nicolau, Veronica Viviana.
