    Air memegang peranan penting bagi kehidupan baik bagi manusia, hewan, maupun tumbuhan. Manusia telah menyadari pentingnya bagi dia dan lingkungannya. Kebutuhan air bersih semakin dirasakan seiring semakin majunya aktifitas manusia yang banyak membutuhkan air untuk keperluan hidup, sementara air yang tersedia dirasakan semakin berkurang, disamping disebabkan oleh sumber-sumber air yang ada banyak mengalami pengotoran dari aktifitas manusia itu sendiri dan juga disebabkan pengaruhnya perubahan iklim yang mengakibatkan siklus air tidak sesuai perkiraan manusia sebelumnya. Kegunaan air yang bersifat umum atau menyeluruh dari setiap aspek kehidupan menjadi semakin berharga baik dilihat dari segi kuantitas maupun kualitas.. Dilihat dari segi kebutuhan air, daerah Kelurahan Sungai Siring juga termasuk kawasan yang sudah ramai. Maka dari itu daerah ini juga perlu dilakukan penelitian dari pemasukan air yang meraka perlukan apakah sesuai dengan jumlah air yang mereka peroleh dari PDAM Kota Samarinda. Banyaknya aspek-aspek kehidupan yang juga sangat memerlukan air bersih untuk menunjang kehidupan masyarakat Kelurahan Suangai Siring, Kecamatan Samarinda Utara, Kota Samarinda ini.     Perairan Pasuruan mempunyai potensi perikanan yang cukup besar. Dari data yang diperoleh dari Dinas Perikanan dan Kelautan Provinsi Jawa Timur banyak sekali jenis ikan pelagis dan demersal yang memiliki gizi yang tinggi didapatkan dari lokasi ini. Akan tetapi, fasilitas penangkapan ikan dan harga ikan disana tidaklah terlalu baik. Oleh sebab itu perlu ada pengembangan kapal penangkap ikan beserta inovasi untuk mendapatkan kapal ikan yang mampu memberi nilai tambah terhadap tangkapan ikan. Cara yang dapat ditempuh adalah dengan menambah fungsi kapal ikan supaya tidak hanya menjadi kapal penangkap ikan saja, tetapi juga sebagai kapal pengolah ikan sehingga nilai jual hasil tangkapan akan bertambah. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mendesain sebuah kapal penangkap ikan yang baik dan minimum secara biaya operasional. Cara yang ditempuh adalah dengan teknik optimisasi dengan biaya operasional sebagai fungsi obyektif. Perencanaan ukuran kapal ikan, data utama kapal, alat tangkap dan perhitungan-perhitungan pendekatan yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik daerah pelayaran dari kapal tersebut. Hasil optimimum ukuran utama adalah Lpp = 14.70 m, B = 3.40 m, T = 1.13 m, H = 1.3 m, Cb = 0.675, dan Vs = 9.4 knot serta didapatkan biaya operasional minimum adalah Rp. 2.407.141. Dari ukuran utama tersebut kemudian dibuat gambar rencana garis dan gambar rencana umum. =================================================================================================== Pasuruan Waters Area has good potential in fishery. From that problem, research and innovation for fishing vessel are needed to get fishing vessel which has added value for fish. One of a lot of ways is adding more function from fishing vessel, from that way, fishing vessel not only catch the fish, but also can process the fish and can increase the price of fish. Another way is minimize the operasional cost, from that way the income from owner and fisherman will increase. The method to get minimum operasional cost is optimization technique with main dimension as changing variable with operasional cost as objective function. The purpose of this final project is get Fishing Vessel desain which has good performance and minimum operasional cost. This vessel will catch and process the fish and the process result will be included to styrofoam. The operational cost from this ship will be created minimum but still notice vessel design criteria. The design from this vessel notice shipping area criteria where the ship sail.     AbstractWith the growth and development of ICT, the concept of sustainability is facing opportunities to be enriched and developed. Focusing on the communication network improvement towards the Campbell's concept of ‘just city’ (1996), this study explores inclusiveness of community network induced by telecommunication technology. Taking a case at local level in Bandung City, Indonesia, this study investigates current communication network in the local level, as the ICT currently contributes greatly in communication network. The area of this study is narrowed into two neighborhoods—Cihapit and Cipaganti Neighborhoods—so the communication can be analyzed in detail. The findings suggest that some aspects of inclusive communication network are not met in Cihapit Neighborhood. On the other hand, the communication network in Cipaganti Neighborhood met several aspects of inclusive communication network, therefore Cipaganti Neighborhood promotes itself to create a just city

All of the development can be obviously seen from the economic, social, cultural, environmental and political aspects with a very enthusiastic participation of the resident. The rapid development of the resident and their high participation can emerge a strategy to make the tourist village survive from the tourism industry competition. In this case, the author found that there is a connection between the high level of community participation and the rapid development as the result of it. Therefore, the more the resident willing to participate, the more it will affect the development of the resident and its environment. This research uses qualitative method. The data were obtained by conducting interview, observation, and documentation. After those steps, the data were processed by interactive and SWOT analysis. Then, questionnaire was used to validate the data towards 21 residents

    Stres adalah permasalahan yang hampir dialami oleh semua manusia, dimana banyak faktor yang dapat menimbulkan masalah tersebut dan tiap masalah memiliki persentasi potensi dalam menimbulkan masalah stres. Salah satu lokasi dimana terdapat faktor-faktor penyebab stres adalah Kawasan kota, mulai dari lingkungan atau tempat masyarakat beraktifitas yang kurang mendukung, jalanan macet, polusi, bising kendaraan, beban pekerjaan atau tugas, dll. Saat masyarakat melalui lingkaran aktivitas pada Kawasan kota tersebut kemungkinan terjadinya permasalahan stres akan memiliki persentase yang besar. Dengan adanya permasalahan diatas disini penulis ingin meresponnya dengan menghadirkan sebuah objek arsitektur yang bertujuan untuk men-JEDA lingkaran aktivitas masyarakat tersebut supaya persentase terjadinya permasalahan stres menurun. Oleh karena itu judul dari project saya ini akan diberi nama RUANG JEDA. Berawal dari pola berfikir tersebut nantinya konsep RUANG JEDA akan berisikan fungsi-fungsi dimana dapat membuat masyarakat pengguna menjadi senang dan melupakan sesaat akan lingkaran aktivitas yang mereka jalani setiap hari. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan visual dan alam untuk mendukung atau membantu pengguna dalam beraktivitas di RUANG JEDA. ==========================================================Stress is a problem that is almost experienced by all humans, where many factors can cause these problems and each problem has a percentage of the potential to cause stress problems. One of the locations where there are stress-causing factors is the City area, starting from the environment or places where people are less supportive of activities, traffic jams, pollution, vehicle noise, workload or tasks, etc. When people go through a circle of activities in the area of the city the possibility of stress problems will have a large percentage. With the above problems here the author wants to respond by presenting an architectural object that aims to PAUSE circle of community activity so that the percentage of stress problems decreases. Therefore the title of my project will be named THE ROOM. Starting from this pattern of thinking, later the concept of the PAUSE SPACE will contain functions which can make the user community happy and forget for a moment about the circle of activities they live every day.     The refugee problem, which is also the responsibility of the international community, is caused by the vulnerable state of refugees because their own country does not provide protection to them, the principle of non-refoulement is a principle of international law that prohibits states from returning refugees to their country of origin. This legal research applies document studies along with literature studies as a means of collecting relevant legal materials. This research analyses how the application of the principle of non-refoulement in Indonesia in the context of refugee protection. The author uses qualitative analysis in this research with a research approach that is focused on describing legal phenomena through an in-depth understanding of the context, norms, and values behind a legal issue. By using normative research methods, the author finds the results based on the 1945 Constitution, Law No. 11/2016 on Immigration, Presidential Regulation No. 125/2016 and Law No. 39/1999 on Human Rights, the Indonesian state has provided protection to refugees by providing temporary residence. Indonesia is not a ratifying country of the 1951 Convention, normatively Indonesia is not obliged to accept Rohingya refugees. A ratifying state of the 1951 Convention should be obliged to accept Rohingya refugees

    Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Konstruksi (SMKK) adalah bagian dari sistem manajemen pelaksanaan Pekerjaan Konstruksi dalam rangka menjamin terwujudnya Keselamatan Konstruksi. Perencanaan Keselamatan Konstruksi merupakan kegiatan yang paling sedikit meliputi identifikasi bahaya penilaian risiko pengendalian risiko dan peluang, rencana tindakan yang tertuang dalam sasaran dan program, serta pemenuhan standar dan peraturan perundangan Keselamatan Konstruksi. Pada Proyek Akhir Terapan kali ini penulis merencanakan SMKK pada pekerjaan erection girder Proyek Jalan Tol Pekanbaru-Dumai Seksi 6IC Ramp 3 dengan menggunakan alat bantu crane. Pada tahap identifikasi bahaya, penilaian risiko dan pengendalian risiko yang merupakan poin penting dalam Perencanaan Keselamatan Konstruksi kali ini penulis menggunakan metode HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control). Di samping itu, identifikasi bahaya, penilaian risiko, dan pengendalian risiko menggunakan dasar hukum Permen PUPR No. 21 Tahun 2019 tentang pedoman sistem manajemen keselamatan konstruksi. Serta perhitungan biaya penyelenggaraan SMKK mengacu pada Surat Edaran Menteri PUPR No. 11 Tahun 2019 tentang petunjuk teknik biaya penyelenggaraan sistem manajemen keselamatan konstruksi. Hasil dari proyek akhir ini terdapat 50 potensi bahaya yang teridentifikasi pada pekerjaan erection girder dengan rincian 5 risiko tinggi, 21 risiko sedang, dan 24 risiko rendah. Untuk nilai biaya penyelenggaraan sistem manajemen keselamatan konstruksi adalah sebesar Rp 489.796.152,23. ================================================================================================ The Construction Safety Management System (SMKK) is part of the construction work implementation management system to ensure the realization of Construction Safety. Construction Safety Planning is an activity that at least includes hazard identification, risk assessment, risk and opportunity control, action plans contained in the objectives and programs, and compliance with Construction Safety standards and regulations. In this Applied Final Project, the writer plans SMKK on the erection girder work of the Pekanbaru-Dumai Toll Road Section 6IC Interchange 3 using a crane. At the hazard identification stage, risk assessment, and risk control are important points in Construction Safety Planning, this time the author uses the HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control) method. Besides, hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control use the legal basis for the PERMEN PUPR No. 21 Tahun 2019 concerning construction safety management system guidelines. As well as the calculation of the cost of implementing the SMKK refers to the Surat Edaran Menteri PUPR No. 11 Tahun 2019 concerning technical guidelines for the cost of operating a construction safety management system. The results of this final project contained 50 identified potential hazards in the erection girder work with details of 5 high risks, 21 medium risks, and 24 low risks. The cost value of the construction safety management system is IDR 489,796,152.23

    Kemajuan industri digital berpengaruh perkembangan kehidupan saat ini. Fenomena Pandemi Covid-19 memicu akses gawai dari orang tua pada anak-anak berlangsung secara berlebihan. Termasuk mengakses konten negatif yang tidak sesuai umurnya. Anak kelas rendah sangat penting untuk menghindari akses yang tak sesuai usia, perlunya solusi padahal tersebut melalui rancangan karya yang edukatif dan proporsional. Unsur menghibur bagi anak tetap diakomodir. Penulis merencanakan karya yang berfungsi pula guna meningkatkan kemampuan baca tetap yang menyertakan aspek menghibur melalui bacaan yang edukatif. Perhatian dan keprihatinan dari daya baca yang rendah di kalangan anak-anak Indonesia masih tinggi. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut salah satu solusinya dengan memberikan konten ramah anak seperti e-book cerita bergambar. Metode yang digunakan Research and Development, terdiri dari pendefinisian, perancangan, pengembangan, dan uji coba karya. Cerita Bergambar sebagai bacaan edukatif berbentuk e-book dengan memanfaatkan gaya visual pixel-art dan karakter dinosaurus yang disukai anak-anak terhadap karya dengan konten atau cerita yang disesuaikan. Teknik yang digunakan yakni panel, transisi gaya gambar kartu, warna, sudut pandang, jarak, prinsip desain, dan Teknik menggambar pixel-art. Karya ini pada akhirnya berjudul “Petualangan Dinosaurus Kita”, memiliki total 54 halaman dengan berbagai konten di dalamnya seperti isi cerita, moral dan pengenalan terhadap dinosaurus buku ini dibuat sesuai dengan pedoman membuat cerita bergambar anak yang dikeluarkan oleh kemendikbud. The advancement of the digital industry influences the development of life today. The phenomenon of the Covid-19 pandemic has caused excessive access to devices from parents to children. Including accessing negative content that is not age appropriate. It is very important for low-class children to avoid access that is not age-appropriate, a solution is needed even though this is through an educative and proportional work design. Entertaining elements for children are still accommodated. The author plans works that also function to improve regular reading skills that include entertaining aspects through educative reading. Attention and concern from low literacy among Indonesian children is still high. Based on these problems, one solution is to provide child-friendly content such as picture story e-books. The method used is research and development for works, consisting of defining, designing, developing, and testing works. Illustrated Stories as educational reading in the form of e-books by utilizing the pixel-art visual style and dinosaur characters that children like for works with customized content or stories. The techniques used are panels, card drawing style transitions, colors, viewing angles, distances, design principles, and pixel-art drawing techniques. This work is finally entitled "The Adventures of Our Dinosaurs" which has a total of 54 pages with various content in it such as story content, morals and an introduction to dinosaurs and aspects of books that are in accordance with the guidelines for making children's picture stories issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture.
