Aspects of a Watermark Solution
Although watermarking is a relatively new technology, there are many ways of applying it on an electronic data set with the purpose of ensuring copyright integrity and authenticity of the electronic data. But, bearing in mind the evolution of information technology and of communication, a watermark may be the target of several attacks which aim at its robustness, its form and even at its removal. In order to reduce these threats, this paper proposes a solution - digital watermarking completed by a hash function which has an important role in the authenticity of the content of a message and in the security of the transmission of this message through computer networks which are the main support of collaborative systems.Digital Watermarking, Hash Functions, Digital Information Security, Collaborative Systems

Il volume raccoglie gli atti del convegno internazionale Tradizioni e Istituzioni religiose nello spazio culturale italo-romeno tra Medioevo e prima età moderna, tenutosi il 24-25 ottobre 2019 presso l’Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano. L’iniziativa si inserisce all’interno di un percorso di cooperazione storiografica italo-romena avviato dal prof. Ioan-Aurel Pop, Rettore dall’Università «Babeş-Bolyai» di Cluj-Napoca e Presidente dell’Accademia Romena, e dal prof. Massimo Miglio, Presidente dell’Istituto Storico Italiano per il Medioevo (ISIME). Liberalism and Conservatism in the Writings of Aurel C. Popovici
In our study we wanted to analyze how the Romanian political activist and ideologist Aurel C. Popovici (1863-1917) perceived liberalism and conservatism, two of the most important ideologies of the nineteenth century. For this purpose, we studied three of his main writings: Principiul de naţionalitate (The Nationality Principle), Statele Unite ale Austriei Mari (The United States of Great Austria) and Naţionalism sau democraţie: o critică a civilizaţiunii moderne (Nationalism or Democracy: a Critical Approach to Modern Civilization). We studied the way in which the renowned Banatian author perceived liberalism, but also the way he percieved several main principles of this ideology: the defense of liberty, the sovereignty of the people, representative government, the refusal of absolutism and pluralism. By analyzing these topics in Aurel C. Popovici’s writings, we identified several paradoxes of his thinking, which we tried to explain by appealing to other sources, like personal letters or memoirs belonging to friends or admirers.
Rezumat: În studiul nostru am dorit să analizăm modul în care activistul politic şi ideologul român Aurel C. Popovici (1863-1917) a perceput liberalismul şi conservatorismul, două dintre cele mai importante ideologii ale secolului al XIX-lea. Astfel, am studiat trei dintre principalele sale scrieri: Principiul de naţionalitate, Statele Unite ale Austriei Mari şi Naţionalism sau democraţie: o critică a civilizaţiilor moderne. Am studiat modul în care renumitul autor bănăţean a perceput liberalismul, dar şi modul în care a realizat mai multe principii importante ale acestei ideologii: apărarea libertăţii, suveranitatea poporului, guvernarea reprezentativă, refuzul absolutismului şi pluralismul. Analizând aceste subiecte în scrierile lui Aurel C. Popovici, am identificat mai multe paradoxuri ale gândirii sale, pe care am încercat să le explicăm apelând la alte surse, precum scrisori personale sau memorii aparţinând prietenilor sau admiratorilor.

Here are short original verse (?) fables by a fascinating author who spanned pre and post war Romania and apparently wrote a confessional essay before his death about submitting too much to Communist state direction of how he should write, with resulting dishonesty about his characters. As an introduction, he asks in a brief poem "Why compete with Aesop? Until now you have written only comedies." He answers "Because in every fable there is a touch of tragedy." I tried a few, even though the Romanian here seems highly idiomatic. Is the moral to his "Moral Fable" (4) something like "If she will not have sex with you, at least gossip and criticize"? "Meditative Fable" (9) seems to have a philosophical mouse praising both prudence and experience . . . from his place in the cat's stomach. "Measure your success" another philosopher proclaims "by the length of your nose" (10). This philosopher is an elephant. I'd love to read these in English, or else I wish I could read Romanian! Analisis Penerapan Akuntansi Pada PT. Aurel Mandiri Sentosa
This research, which was conducted by the author at the company PT Aurel Mandiri Sentosa, aims to determine the suitability of the application of accounting in companies with generally accepted accounting principles. This research is qualitative research. The data taken are secondary and primary data with data collection techniques, namely interviews and documentation of data analysis techniques using descriptive methods. The result of this research is the recording of company transactions using the accrual basis. The Company does not pay attention to the time of acquisition of fixed assets and fixed assets whose useful lives have expired. The company also does not make reports on changes in capital, cash flow statements, and notes to financial statements. There is an error in the recording of land assets and there is an error in calculating the depreciation of fixed assets. The Company also does not provide allowance for doubtful accounts. So it can be concluded that PT Aurel Mandiri Sentosa has not fully implemented generally accepted accounting principles

A Fenomenologia do asco de Aurel Kolnai: contribuições para o esclarecimento fenomenológico dos afetos
Historically, the phenomenological movement was marked by a great variety of investigations directed to the elucidation of affectivity and of particular affective experiences. The first phenomenologists were responsible for a wide set of analyzes on the affective experiences. Many of these analyzes have been neglected and remain little discussed. Sharing the same conceptual and methodological positioning of these authors, we have Aurel Kolnai's work on the hostile feelings written in the 1930s. Thus, we aim to reconstitute Aurel Kolnai's phenomenological analysis of disgust present in his essay entitled "Disgust" from 1929. For this, we base ourselves on the systematic methodological procedures and criteria of the bibliographic research, starting from the analysis of the same text in two different translations. With this, we present a brief summary of the biographical and intellectual trajectory of the author and the different moments and specific analyzes contained in his essay, including: the delimitation of disgust and the possible points of view of analysis, the phenomenological analysis of anxiety and disgust, the kinds of physical and moral disgustingness, their relation to the senses, to life and death. We conclude that the phenomenological description of hostile feelings has utility and relevance for the scenario of fundamental debates related to the psychological related areas.Historicamente, o movimento fenomenológico esteve marcado por uma grande variedade de investigações dirigidas à elucidação da afetividade e de vivências afetivas particulares. Os primeiros fenomenólogos foram responsáveis por um conjunto amplo de análises sobre as vivências afetivas. Muitas dessas análises foram negligenciadas e continuam sendo pouco discutidas. Compartilhando o mesmo posicionamento conceitual e metodológico desses autores, temos o trabalho de Aurel Kolnai sobre os sentimentos hostis, escritos na década de 1930. Sendo assim, objetivamos reconstituir a análise fenomenológica do asco de Aurel Kolnai presente em seu ensaio denominado "O Asco" de 1929. Para isso, nos baseamos nos critérios e procedimentos metodológicos sistemáticos da pesquisa bibliográfica, partindo da análise do mesmo texto em duas traduções distintas. Com isso, apresentamos um breve resumo da trajetória biográfica e intelectual do autor e os diferentes momentos e análises específicas contidas em seu ensaio, incluindo: a delimitação do asco e seus possíveis pontos de vista de análise, a análise fenomenológica da angústia e do asco, os tipos de asqueriosidade física e moral, sua relação com os sentidos, com a vida e a morte. Concluímos que a descrição fenomenológica dos sentimentos hostis possui utilidade e relevância para o cenário de debates fundamentais ligado ao campo psi.Históricamente, el movimiento fenomenológico estuvo marcado por una gran variedad de investigaciones dirigidas a la elucidación de la afectividad y de las experiencias afectivas particulares. Los primeros fenomenólogos fueron los responsables de un amplio conjunto de análisis sobre las experiencias afectivas. Muchos de estos análisis han sido descuidados y siguen siendo poco discutidos. Compartiendo el mismo posicionamiento conceptual y metodológico de estos autores, tenemos el trabajo de Aurel Kolnai sobre los sentimientos hostiles escritos en los años treinta. Así, pretendemos reconstituir el análisis fenomenológico del asco de Aurel Kolnai, presente en su ensayo titulado "El Asco" de 1929. Para ello, nos basamos en los procedimientos y criterios metodológicos sistemáticos de la investigación bibliográfica, a partir del análisis del mismo texto en dos traducciones diferentes. Con esto presentamos un breve resumen de la trayectoria biográfica e intelectual del autor y de los diferentes momentos y análisis específicos contenidos en su ensayo, entre los que se incluyen: la delimitación del asco y los posibles puntos de vista del análisis, el análisis fenomenológico de la angustia y el asco, los tipos de asquerosidad física y moral, su relación con los sentidos, con la vida y con la muerte. Concluimos que la descripción fenomenológica de los sentimientos hostiles tiene utilidad y relevancia para el escenario de debates fundamentales relacionados con las áreas psicológicas
Aurel Stein and the Kiplings: Silk Road Pathways of Converging and Reciprocal Inspiration
Biographies of the renowned linguistic scholar and archaeological explorer Sir Marc Aurel Stein (1862–1943) inevitably yet briefly refer to the role played by John Lockwood Kipling (1837–1911), as curator of the Lahore Museum—with its extensive collection of ancient Gandharan Greco-Buddhist sculpture—in exciting Stein’s interests in and theories of what likely lay buried under the sands of the Taklamakan Desert. A more insistent focus on the coalescing influences in the Stein-Kipling relationship, including a subsequent line of evident inspiration from Stein to the internationally famed author and Nobel laureate Rudyard Kipling (Lockwood’s son; 1865–1936), helps to synthesize some of the highlights of Stein’s first expedition into the remote Tarim Basin of Chinese Turkestan, including and involving the forgeries manufactured by the Uyghur treasure-seeker Islam Akhun
