White Gelao (Judu) audio word list

Su Xingming 苏兴明, an elementary school teacher in Judu village, was my informant. I elicited more than 500 vocabulary words on July 31, 2012. Unfortunately, the static noise from the Minghai H15 unidirectional microphone was quite frustrating to me. I was always making sure my informant spoke loud and close enough to the microphone as to speak significantly louder than the static. However, I still successfully collected excellent data, as Su Xingming was a highly cooperative and literate informant who had worked with field linguists before. He had personally known Li Jinfang and his graduates students Kang Zhongde and Li Xia.

Unlike all of the other ethnic Gelao villages I had been to, in Judu, the Gelao language was actually used far more in daily conversation than Chinese. Even the village officials often spoke White Gelao to each other. They took me to the Judu elementary school, where I was to work with my informant, have my meals, and stay for the night. I then played Jerold Edmondson’s recordings of northern Vietnam’s White Gelao to them, and then said that much of it was intelligible, except for some variations in tone and lexicon.

A Study on the Raman Spectral Characteristics of Garnet from the Jiama Copper Polymetallic Deposit in Tibet
Raman spectroscopy is an important method to analyze and measure mineral composition and structure, which has the advantages of being non-destructive and rapid. This study considered garnet from the Jiama copper polymetallic deposit in Tibet to carry out micro-Raman spectrum and electron microprobe research to analyze the Raman spectrum characteristics of garnet with different components to reveal its indicative significance for garnet composition and skarn mineralization. The results showed that the Raman peaks T, X, A1, A2, and A3 shift toward lower wavenumber with the increase in andradite (And) content. The variations in T, X, and A2 are more obvious than those of A1 and A3. When And > 50%, the three Raman peaks (T, X, and A2) range are 173–174, 234–239, 513–525 cm−1; when And < 50%, they are 177–178, 240–244, 527–543 cm−1. The Raman peaks also shift with the cation radius and relative atomic mass. Different peaks moved in the low-frequency direction with the increase in the X2+ and Y3+ radius, and the X2+ atomic mass. The Raman spectrum can indicate the composition change in garnet. Raman spectrum analysis of garnet is of great significance for skarn zoning and prospecting

Modeling of Mixed-Model Assembly System based on Agent Oriented Petri Net
In this paper, a mixed-model assembly system is modeled using ATPN (agent oriented timed Petri net) based on assembly resources classification. Firstly, the basic concepts and definition of ATPN is described. Secondly, with ATPN method introduced into mixed-model system research the modeling of a mixed-model assembly system is discussed. The development of an ATPN model for a MMAS consists of four phases: (1) agent-oriented assembly resources classification of MMAS, (2) development of universal ATPN model of each kind of assembly resource, (3) construction ofmixed-model assembly cell centering about assembly robots or humans, (4) construction of the MMAS model based on mixed-model assembly cell after analyzing the system requirements. Thirdly, by studying the transforming from AUML (agent Unified Modeling Language) model towards ATPN-based model and its simplification the ATPNbased interactive protocol model is constructed for a mixed-model assembly system. Meanwhile, based on ATPN the performance indicators of mixed-model assembly System are analyzed. Finally, an illustrative example of aMMAS in certain enterprise demonstrates the steps and effectiveness of this approach
Modeling of Product Functional Model in Conceptual Design based on Case-based Reasoning
The modeling of the functional model has been researched by using case-based reasoning (CBR) in conceptual design. On the basis of the describing of the functional model and the coding of the product functionthe functional nodes and the edge have been matched. The functional model which has the most high similarity has been searchedthen the nodes and edges have been modified to meet the design require. Based on the above two kinds of technology and follow the design principle of multi-agent cooperation solving system and CBR working procedure, a multi-agent system architecture which adopt a strategy of task harmonize and based on hybrid structure is put forward. The functional model can be established to meet the companys ability in the conceptual design stage by using the methods in this paper
Investigation of Wireless Power Transfer for Smart Grid On-line Monitoring Devices under HV Condition
AbstractMagnetically coupled resonant wireless power transfer (WPT) has been employed in many applications, such as wireless charging of portable electronic devices and electric vehicles. This technology can also provide solutions for power transfer in complex environment and special scenario with mid-range transfer distance and acceptable transfer efficiency. In this paper, a mid-range WPT system is designed to provide an effective solution for power supply to smart grid on-line monitoring devices in high voltage (HV) on-site condition. Both the model, design, and experimental implementation of a two-coil system are represented. To find out the transfer characteristic of the proposed mid-range WPT system, the circuit model, exciting frequency, coupling, output power and transfer efficiency are analyzed based on the circuit and magnetic principles. Some key points about the optimal working area for the mid-range WPT system are demonstrated. Finally, a prototype system with transfer distance 1.1 meter for 110kV HV power cables is built to verify the effectiveness of the regular law of system. By carefully tuning the circuit parameters, the prototype is able to deliver 20W power through 1.1 meter distance with 20.23% efficiency
Wind power ramp detection algorithms based on slope point correction
Wind power ramp event refers to the large fluctuation of wind power in a short time interval, which will seriously affect the safe and stable operation of power grid system. In order to maintain the stable operation of power grid system, wind power ramp detection is extremely necessary. Therefore, how to improve the accuracy of wind power ramp detection is a problem worthy of study. In the existing wind power ramp detection algorithms, the accuracy of the ramp endpoint is not considered. Aiming at the problem of end-point accuracy in climbing section, this work proposes a wind power climbing detection algorithm RPCRD (ramp point correct climbing detection) based on ramp point correction, which considers the detection accuracy of wind power climbing point for the first time. In this algorithm, a merging method of climbing sections is proposed to solve the fracture problem, and a scoring mechanism for selecting climbing points is proposed to find the two extreme points that most conform to the climbing characteristics, and the climbing points at both ends of the climbing section of wind power are modified
