No full text• La ricerca mette in luce la valenza economica e culturale che l’artigianato ha prodotto in passato e produce ancora oggi nella valorizzazione dei territori valorizzandone l’identità e la tradizione locale, grazie ai riferimenti che connettono le produzioni artigiane ai complessi concetti di autenticità, nostalgia e richiamo alla tradizione.
In ogni modo, la capacità di recuperare e rinnovare il lavoro artigiano, pur costituendosi come elemento di riconoscibilità dei territori e delle comunità, rappresenta una scommessa che va oltre i confini dell’economia locale. La ricerca indaga, in una dimensione antropologica e in un’ottica multidisciplinare i processi di valorizzazione e patrimonializzazione che hanno coinvolto i saperi e le pratiche artigiane intese come patrimonio culturale immateriale delle comunità, provando a sviluppare una riflessione teorica attorno al valore simbolico delle produzioni artistiche artigianali contemporanee. • La ricerca ha preso in esame due casi di studio, quello della città di Matera, dove le botteghe artigiane hanno recuperato oggi nuove identità e funzioni, grazie anche a una nuova imprenditoria giovanile che ha iniziato a investire sul lavoro manuale e sul “saper fare”, e quello della regione catalana, dove le politiche istituzionali messe in atto a livello regionale hanno portato alla creazione del marchio Empremtes de Catalunya, con lo scopo specifico di promuovere l’autenticità dell’artigianato catalano

No full textThe contribution is part of my doctoral research on the themes of artistic craftsmanship and the processes of locality construction. In particular, the research focused on the meaning of the artisan workshop and the practices related to artistic and traditional craftsmanship, comparing the studies produced in these areas and reporting the case studies of the city of Matera and the Catalan region.
In the case of the city of Matera, with reference to the artisan tradition of the area, I explored the themes linked to popular art and the trades of the agro-pastoral tradition, with a particular focus on papier-mâché and what I called the "temporary workshop" of the Carro Trionfale.
The Carro Trionfale is made every year by master papier-mâché artists on the occasion of the Patronal Feast of the Visitation in honour of Maria SS. della Bruna and is destroyed in the traditional assault at the end of the festivities. For many months, the so-called Fabbrica del Carro became a large workshop, a "temporary workshop", where craftsmen transferred their work, dedicating entire days to the creation and decoration of the artefact and at the same time interrupting their daily work in their own workshops. A sort of home-workshop where the craftsmen actually live and work together

di una ricerca durata tre anni, iniziata nel 2015, e condotta nell’ambito del progetto promosso dal Dipartimento di Storia Culture Religioni della Sapienza Università di Roma, dalla Cooperativa Magliana Solidale e dal Centro Informazione e Educazione allo Sviluppo (CIES), il cui scopo era quello di offrire uno sguardo antropologico, in primo luogo sul quartiere romano di Magliana, la zona urbanistica 15E del Municipio Roma XI. In tale prospettiva si colloca il racconto fotografico Inner Places di Marina Berardi. Attraverso la fotografia, come strumento di osservazione e rappresentazione, l’autrice restituisce la propria esperienza, in una sorta di etnografia urbana, realizzata nella forma della narrazione fotografica, conferendole propria autonomia testuale. Lo sguardo personale dell’antropologa e l’impiego della luce, come strumento per decifrare lo spazio, sono al centro del racconto etnografico e costituiscono lo stimolo attorno al quale sviluppare una riflessione critica sul senso dei luoghi, in un dialogo costante con i suoi abitanti che si esprime attraverso la connessione visuale tra spazio pubblico e privat

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
No full textThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
COST-EFFECTIVENESS ANALYSIS of HERPES ZOSTER VACCINATION in Italian ELDERLY PERSONS
No full textObjectives: Herpes zoster (HZ) is characterized by a painful skin rash. Its main complication is postherpetic neuralgia (PHN), pain persisting or occurring after the rash onset. HZ treatment aims to reduce acute pain, impede the onset complications, and disease progression. The aim of this study was to assess the cost-effectiveness of HZ vaccination compared with no vaccination strategy, within the Italian context. Methods: The natural history of HZ and PHN was mapped through a Markov model with lifetime horizon. A population of patients aged between 60 and 79 years was hypothesized. Third party payer (Italian National Health Service, I-NHS) and societal perspectives were adopted. Data were derived from literature. Results and Conclusions: The incremental cost-effectiveness ratio of the vaccination equaled EUR 11,943 per quality-adjusted life-year (QALY) under the I-NHS perspective and EUR 11,248 per QALY under the societal perspective. Considering a cost-effectiveness threshold of EUR 30,000/QALY, the multi-way sensitivity analysis showed that vaccination is cost-effective regardless of the perspective adopted, in 99 percent of simulations
