This is the brochure published for the inauguration of Mary-Beth Cooper as Springfield College's thirteenth president on November 15, 2013. The photograph is believed to have been taken during a visit to Japan in 2014.Dr. Mary-Beth Cooper began her presidency as the 13th president of Springfield College in August 2013. Prior to the Springfield College presidency, Cooper served as senior vice president for student affairs at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in New York. She joined RIT in 2001, after having been dean of students at the University of Rochester since 1997 and, prior to that, vice president for student affairs at St. John Fisher College.
Cooper has two doctorates—a doctor of philosophy in education administration from Michigan State University and a doctor of management from Case Western Reserve University. She also has a master’s degree in education from the University of Georgia, a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Rochester, and a bachelor of arts from the University of Delaware

Mary Anne Cooper wrote from Cooperstown, NY, to Sarah Sabina Kean, her sister, addressed to Elizabethtown, NJ. Mary gave updates on their family including an upcoming wedding and children. She mentioned in the beginning of the letter she is concerned for the health of Jacob Morris Kean. At the end of the letter Isaac Cooper, Mary\u27s husband, wrote a short note to Peter Kean, Sarah\u27s husband, about payment for the wine he purchased.

Pioneer personal history, Mary Henrie Cooper
Typescript of answers by Mary Henrie Cooper of Panguitch, Utah, for a questionnaire filled out for Utah Works Progress Administration\u27s "Pioneer personal history" survey. She was born in 1866 at Panaca, Nevada, when it was part of Washington County, and the family moved in 1871 to Panguitch.
