Aulas rebeldes: una mirada cinematográfica hacia los docentes que rompen reglas
No full textThis paper examines the cinematographic representation of teachers and the impact they have on the lives of students through four films: “To sir, with love” (Clavell, 1967), “Dead poets society” (Weir, 1989), “Les choristes” (Barratier, 2004) y “The holdovers” (Payne, 2023). It discusses how these educators inspire their students, address challenges, and contribute to personal and academic development. The role of teachers in transforming disinterest into enthusiasm and potential into success is highlighted, in addition to the interaction between freedom of expression and institutional rigidity. This analysis provides a diverse and deep perspective on how cinema addresses education and its impact on society.El presente texto examina la representación cinematográfica de los profesores y el impacto que ocasionan en la vida de los estudiantes a través de cuatro películas: “To sir, with love” (Clavell, 1967), “Dead poets society” (Weir, 1989), “Les choristes” (Barratier, 2004) y “The holdovers” (Payne, 2023). Se analiza cómo estos educadores inspiran a sus alumnos, enfrentan desafíos y contribuyen con el desarrollo personal y académico. Se destaca el papel de los maestros para transformar el desinterés en entusiasmo y el potencial en éxito, además de la interacción entre la libertad de expresión y la rigidez institucional. El análisis proporciona una perspectiva diversa y profunda sobre cómo el cine aborda la educación y su impacto en la sociedad
