No full textThe Summae confessorum have been often neglected, until today, by legal historians. Nevertheless, such a literature, from the XIIIth cent. onwards, provides materials of great interest, just connecting legal, moral and economic appreciations strictly interwoven in human concrete life. While a sort of monastic culture was initially suspicious of secular labour, mendicants orders, well inserted in urban milieu, made a decisive change of route. The most relevant author was Antonino Pierozzi, bishop of Florence (1389-1459). L’analisi intende perlustrare forme e modalità dell’allusività teocritea in Orazio lirico, specialmente nell'ambito della tradizione bucolica, encomiastica e pederotica.The research developed in this thesis is part of a fruitful yet largely unexplored line of inquiry: Horace as a reader of Hellenistic poets, and in particular of Theocritus, an author who has been rather overlooked in investigations of Horatian intertextuality. No full textGli 'ordines iudiciarii' canonistici dei secoli XII-XIII rivelano la conoscenza e l'uso, da parte dei loro autori, degli argomenti dialettici già noti e diffusi tra i coevi docenti del diritto civile. Anche se il numero e il livello tecnico dei 'loci' messi a profitto tese ad aumentare tra gli autori attivi nei primi decenni del Duecento - soprattutto in confronto agli 'ordines' più antichi - si avverte la notevole distanza intercorrente tra questi 'antiqui' e i 'moderni' e 'moderniores' che un secolo dopo dimostrarono di padroneggiare con perizia e larghezza le tecniche dialettiche più avanzate
