No full textEn el presente artículo efectuaremos una exposición y análisis de las cuestiones y dificultades formales que surgen de las cláusulas intangibles constitucionales (límites explícitos a las reformas constitucionales). Señalaremos, siempre desde el prisma formal, cuáles son las disposiciones que deben considerarse intangibles y cuáles no –pese a lo que lleva dicho parte de la doctrina-. Asimismo realizaremos una clasificación formal de las distintas técnicas a través de las cuales se petrifican contenidos en los textos constitucionales, distinguiendo las consecuencias jurídicas de cada una de ellas. Learning-Based Fault-Tolerant Control for an Hexarotor With Model Uncertainty
No full textIn this paper, we present a learning-based trackingcontroller based on Gaussian processes (GP) for a fault-toleranthexarotor in a recovery maneuver. In particular, we use GPsto estimate certain uncertainties that appear in a hexacoptervehicle with the ability to reconfigure its rotors to compensatefor failures. The rotors reconfiguration introduces disturbancesthat make the dynamic model of the vehicle differ from thenominal model. The control algorithm is designed to learn andcompensate for the amount of modeling uncertainties after afailure in the control allocation reconfiguration by using GP asa learning-based model for the predictions. In particular, thepresented approach guarantees a probabilistic bounded trackingerror with high probability. Dual Quaternion Cluster-Space Formation Control
No full textWe present a tracking controller for mobile multirobot systems based on dual quaternion pose representations applied to formations of robots in a leader-follower configuration, by using a cluster-space state approach. The proposed controller improves system performance with respect to previous works by reducing steady-state tracking errors. Ignacio Ramos legt in seiner Studie Jerónimo Nadal (1507-1580) und der verschriftlichte Ignatius: Die Konstruktion einer individuellen und kollektiven Identität die ursprünglichen Konturen der sogenannten ignatianischen Spiritualität dar. Es wird deutlich, wieviel Einfluss Nadal auf die Herausbildung des Ignatianischen hatte.
Anhand Nadals lange verkannten Selbstzeugnisses (Chronicon Natalis) wird hermeneutisch herausgearbeitet, wie der gequälte Reifeprozess von Nadal originales Denken erzeugte insbesondere in Bezug auf Ignatius.
An diese europäische Schlüsselgestalt des jungen Jesuitenordens heranzutreten, gewährt einen existentiell vermittelten Einblick in manche der gesellschaftlichen und philosophischen Spannungen (converso-Frage, Rolle der Vermittlungen...) z. Zt. des Humanismus und der großen Reformen.Jerónimo Nadal plays a key role in the creation of the tradition of thought based on the person of Ignatius of Loyola (1491-1556) and his Spiritual Exercises. Ignacio Ramos book Jerónimo Nadal (1507-1580) und der verschriftlichte Ignatius unveils the large percentage of too often overlooked Nadalian moments in the origins of Ignatian Spirituality.
Leaning on Nadal s autobiographical account ( Chronicon Natalis, fully translated) the author deploys a hermeneutical method to show how Nadal´s stressful maturation process became a source of original thought, especially regarding Ignatius.

No full textLa reforma de 1994 enfrentó, por primera vez en la historia constitucional argentina, la declaración jurisdiccional de nulidad de uno de los artículos incorporados por la Convención Constituyente. En efecto, el art. 99 inc. 4, relativo a la duración de los jueces en sus funciones, fue invalidado en el precedente “Fayt”. No obstante, en un nuevo pronunciamiento, “Schiffrin”, la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación restableció su vigencia. Ello nos lleva indefectiblemente a reflexionar, por un lado y en general, cuáles son los límites a las reformas constitucionales; y, por el otro, cuál es el tema concreto que motivó tantos vaivenes y conflictos a la hora de interpretar y aplicar nuestra Constitución reformada. En este trabajo, entonces, se abordará críticamente el proceso de reforma constitucional, sus límites y los vaivenes que se produjeron con relación a la constitucionalidad del artículo en cuestión. Se buscará, en ese marco, arribar a conclusiones respecto del significado y alcance del proceso de reforma constitucional.
The 1994 reform faced, for the first time in Argentine constitutional history, the jurisdictional declaration of nullity of one of the articles incorporated by the Constituent Convention. In fact, art. 99 inc. 4, relating to the duration of judges in office, was invalidated in the “Fayt” precedent. However, in a new ruling, “Schiffrin”, the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation reestablished its validity. This inevitably leads us to reflect, on the one hand and in general, on the limits to constitutional reforms; and, on the other hand, on what is the specific issue that motivated so many ups and downs and conflicts when it came to interpreting and applying our reformed Constitution. In this work, then, the constitutional reform process, its limits and the ups and downs that occurred in relation to the constitutionality of the article in question will be critically addressed. Reaffirming the phyllocladoid affinities of Huncocladus laubenfelsii (Podocarpaceae) from the early Eocene of Patagonia: A comment on Dörken et al. (2021)
No full textWe discuss a recent assessment by Dörken et al. (2021) regarding the affinities of the Eocene fossil species Huncocladus laubenfelsii from Laguna del Hunco (Patagonia, Argentina). We originally (Andruchow-Colombo et al., 2019) assigned this species to the conifer family Podocarpaceae as the first certain South American macrofossil record of the phyllocladoid lineage (Huncocladus+Phyllocladus), based on a combination of numerous macro-and micromorphological vegetative characters. However, Dörken et al. (2021) rejected the podocarpaceous affinity of H. laubenfelsii and considered it to be more closely related to the cycad genera Bowenia or Eobowenia. Their assessment was based almost entirely on two cuticular characters, with only superficial consideration of the abundant additional evidence available that included several diagnostic macromorphological features. We review the two characters mentioned by these authors, and other features, and find that their suggestion is contradicted by the available evidence, maintaining our original assignment. Critical characters include presence/absence of a midvein, secondary venation pattern, arrangement and general morphology of the photosynthetic structures, and morphology and disposition of epidermal cells.Fil: Andruchow Colombo, Ana.
