PENGEMBANGAN APLIKASI MOBILE RESCUE TENTANG PERTOLONGAN PERTAMA BERBASIS GEOLOKASI

Kata Kunci: Pengembangan,Pertolongan Pertama, dan Geolokasi. Kecelakaan lalu lintas merupakan salah satu penyebab kematian terbesar di Indonesia. Contoh laka lantas di wilayah Malang masih cukup tinggi dari tahun 2015-2016 mengalami peningkatan. Fakta ini membuat tindakan medis sangat penting untuk korban kecelakaan yang membutuhkan pertolongan secara cepat dan tepat. Observasi dilakukan di KSR PMI Unit Universitas Negeri Malang yang merupakan binaan PMI wilayah Kota Malang di tingkat Perguruan Tinggi. Dari hasil wawancara ditemukan permasalahan bagaimana cara anggota KSR (Korps Sukarela) dapat segera melakukan pertolongan ketika terjadi kecelakaan di suatu tempat. Model pengembangan menggunakan Waterfall. Tahapan pada waterfall model, yaitu Analisa, Desain, Pengkodean & Pengujian, Penerapan, dan Pemeliharaan. Aplikasi ini dibuat berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML, PHP, Java Script, CSS, dan database MySQL. Teknik pengujian dengan metode BlackBox. Hasil pengujian Aplikasi Mobile Rescue Pertolongan Pertama Pada Kecelakaan berbasis geolokasi. Hasil uji ahli sistem perangkat lunak didapatkan hasil skor 53 dengan presentase fungsionalitas sebesar 100%. Hasil uji admin didapatkan hasil skor 49 dengan presentase fungsionalitas sebesar 100%. Hasil uji ahli Materi Pertolongan Pertama didapatkan hasil skor 31 dengan kesesuaian materi pertolongan pertama sebesar 100%
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

Pengetahuan tentang korosi secara mendetail perlu dimiliki oleh seorang
perwira kapal dalam hal merencanakan proses pengerjaan atau maintenance kapal.
Pengerjaan yang baik dalam hal maintenance mutlak diperlukan oleh setiap kapal
untuk menjamin operasional kapal dan efisiensi waktu serta menjaga performa
dari kapal itu sendiri. Korosi merupakan permasalahan yang selalu di hadapi oleh
pelaut dikarenakan material dari kapal itu sendiri yang sangat riskan terhadap
korosi. Permasalahan korosi tidak dapat dihindarkan tetapi dapat dicegah seperti
dengan pemberian lapisan pelindung pada permukaan logam dengan tepat,
pemasangan zink anoda pada lambung kapal atau pada tangki ballast. Dalam
kenyataanya proses terjadinya korosi serta kerugian kerugian yang diakibatkan
kurang dimengerti sehingga hasil dari pelaksanaan penanganan terhadap korosi
kurang maksimal.faktor dan cara pencegahan korosi pada setiap area pada kapal
kurang maksimal, sehingga memerlukan sarana peralatan dan pengawasan agar
penanganan korosi dapat diperoleh hasil semaksimal mungkin sehingga
memperlama umur kapal dalam operasionalnya serta menjaga performa dari kapal
itu sendiri.
Tujuan dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi
mengapa korosi bisa terjadi di tangki ballast MV. KT 05 serta bagaimana
perawatan untuk mencegah korosi.
Dalam penelitian ini penulis mengunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk
mendapatkan sumber bahan kajian dari buku yang berhubungan dengan judul
yang penulis ambil, dan observasi serta pengalaman selama penulis menjalani
praktek laut di kapal MV. KT 05 selama kurang lebih 12 bulan. Berdasarkan hasil
dari penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam pencegahan dan penanganan
korosi ditangki ballast haruslah menghambat terjadinya proses korosi itu sendiri
sehingga proses korosi ditangki ballast dapat di minimalisir sekecil mungkin.
Pemantauan terhadap pelaksanaan dari pencegahan dan penanganan korosi di
tangki ballast sangatlah penting, dengan pemantauan tersebut dapat merencanakan
tindakan-tindakan yang akan di ambil dan menganalisa kesalahan kesalahan dari
pelaksanaan sebelumnya.

Knowledge of corrosion in detail have to own by an officer in case of
planning the process of working or vessel maintenance .Good treatment in
maintenance required by every vessel to ensure vessel operation, time efficiency
and maintain the performance of vessel itself. Corrosion is a case that always
faced by seafarer because the vessels’ material is very risky to corrosion.
Corrosion problem can’t be prevented but it can avoid by adding the protective
coating on metal surface, installing the anode zinc on ship’s hull or ballast tank. In
fact the corrosion process and its disadvantage is not understood so, the result of
the corrosion’s treatment is not maximum. So it needs the equipment’s facilities
and monitoring to get maximum result of the corrosion treatment, then it can
extend the life of vessel in operation and also maintain the performance of vessel
itself.
The purpose of this thesis is to get information on why corrosion can occur
in the MV. KT 05 ballast tank as well as how to prevent corrosion.
In this research ,the writer use the method to obtain source of study materials from
books which connected with the title that the writer take, and observation also
experience during the writer through the sea project on MV. KT 05 for about 12
month. Based on research’s result, it can be concluded that in preventing and
handling corrosion in ballast tank must inhibit the process of corrosion itself, so
the process of corrosion in ballast tank can be minimalize. Monitoring the
implementation of prevention corrosion in ballast tank is very important, with that
monitoring can plan the actions which will taken and analyze the troubles of
previous implementatio
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more

We have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
