Get PDFThe article is devoted to the consideration of the principle of taking care of yourself as the basis of the principle of taking care of another. Its significance is demonstrated in contrast to the tendency to consider this principle not so relevant in comparison with the thesis of caring for another in the light of new problems of our time. For this, the author turns to the interpretation of the ancient concept of self-care by M. Foucault.The article is of interest to readers interested in twentieth-century French philosophy, archaic cultures, social anthropology.Статья посвящена рассмотрению принципа заботы о себе как основы принципа заботы о другом. No full textРабота посвящена выявлению в критических статьях А. Н. Майкова о выставках в Императорской Академии художеств фрагментов, указывающих на иностранные источники, к которым мог обращаться автор для осмысления состояния современной живописи. Актуальность работы обусловлена необходимостью изучения критического наследия А. Н. Майкова для уточнения научных представлений о развитии русской эстетики и критики 1840-60-х гг. В результате проведенного исследования были выявлены статьи и книги французских авторов, которые могли послужить А. Н. Майкову источником для выработки концептуальных положений, определяющих его представления о современном искусстве в целом и понимание задач, стоящих перед российскими живописцами. The aim of the paper is to reveal fragments in A. N. Maikov's critical articles on Imperial Academy of Arts exhibitions that point out the foreign sources that could be used by the author reflecting on modern art. The significance of the work is caused by the necessity to study Maikov's art critic work in order to understand particularities of the Russian cultural thought formation in 1840-60 yrs. The authors reveal books and articles written by French authors that could possibly give rise of Maikov's conceptual ideas representing his perception of modern art in general and the task that Russian painters faced

Автор предпринимает попытку выяснить, как может быть выражено указанное незнание и непонимание языковых единиц в художественной литературе. Для достижения данной цели анализируются такие произведения, как Uncles М. Этвуд (1991), The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas Дж. Бойна (2006), Room Э. Донохью (2010), The Girl in the Red Coat К. Хамер (2015). Автор приходит к выводу о том, что незнание и непонимание языковых единиц может быть изображено прямо и косвенно. К косвенным способам изображения относятся: вопросы о значении незнакомых слов, самостоятельное выведение значения, цитирование взрослых, буквальное восприятие переносных значений и фразеологизмов, замена незнакомых слов.This article is devoted to the depiction of ignorance and misunderstanding of linguistic units to convey the worldview of child characters or child narrators in works for children and adults, written in English. The author tries to find out how the ignorance and misunderstanding of linguistic units can be expressed in fiction. To achieve this goal, such works as Uncles by M. Atwood (1991), The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas by J. Boyne (2006), Room by E. Donoghue (2010), The Girl in the Red Coat by K. Hamer (2015) are analyzed. The author comes to the conclusion that ignorance and misunderstanding of linguistic units can be depicted directly and indirectly. Indirect methods of depiction include: questions about the meaning of unfamiliar words, independent derivation of meaning, quoting adults, literal perception of figurative meanings and phraseological units, replacement of unfamiliar words

О проекте общеевропейского закона о климате и проблемах нормативного регулирования "зеленого" финансирования в Европейском Союзе
No full textThe article outlines the author's view on a number of regulatory provisions that may be included in the draft European climate law. First of all, we are talking about the concept of “net zero emissions”, the indicators of which were fixed in 2019. in several countries of the European Union, including the UK and France. The author also gives an assessment of the European Green Deal (EGD) - a package of measures proposed by the European Commission on December 11, 2019, and containing a provision on the need to adopt a pan-European climate law. The author believes that the most accurate and substantive bills can be called: “Proposals for the content of the Pan-European Climate Law” submitted by B. Mariani, head of the European Climate Office, which contain adjustments to the current EU climate directives; “The draft Pan-European Climate Law” proposed by N. Mayer-Olendorf on January 14, 2020.В статье дан анализ проекта общеевропейского закона о климате. Прежде всего речь идет о концепции «чистых нулевых выбросов» (net zero emissions), показатели которых были закреплены в 2019 г. в нескольких государствах Европейского Союза, в т.ч. в Великобритании и Франции. Автор также дает оценку Европейской «зеленой» сделке (European Green Deal (EGD)) - Пакету мер, предложенных Европейской Комиссией 11 декабря 2019 г. и содержащих положение о необходимости принятия общеевропейского закона о климате. Автор полагает, что более точными и содержательными законопроектами можно назвать: «Предложения о содержании общеевропейского закона о климате», представленные Б. No full textРассматривается универсальная для культуры рубежа XIX-XX вв. тенденция к духовному и эстетическому синтезу. Использование автором контекстно-герменевтического подхода обнаруживает близость психологических типов поэта Гумилева и художника Гогена, глубинные перекрестки в семантике их жизненных стратегий и эстетических устремлений. Делается вывод о том, что искусства разных видов, но соприродного стиля демонстрируют большую близость в своих поисках, чем искусства одного вида, но разных стилей, если рассматривать стиль как ритм мышления культуры.The article studies the tendency for spiritual and aesthetic union characteristic for late 19th - early 20th century. The contextual and hermeneutical approach to the analysis reveals a similarity of Gumilev's (as a writer) and Gauguin's (as a painter) psychological types, and a profound coincidence in their life strategies semantics and aesthetic aspirations. The author concludes that arts, belonging to kindred styles show a stronger likeness in their creative search than a single art of different styles, as long as style is perceived as a rhythm of a culture's thinking

Summary
This article provides information about paroxysmal disorders of consciousness in a number of somatic diseases considered. Presents clinical cases of paroxysmal disorders of consciousness with decompensated conditions: lung disease, liver and thyroid.
The work will be useful for a wide range of doctors, especially specialists in family medicine.
