No full text<i>Quadriporca</i> Kuang & Cheng, 1991 <p> <b>Type species.</b> <i>Quadriporca mangiferae</i> Kuang & Cheng <i>in</i> Kuang <i>et al</i>., 1991: 54–55.</p> <p> <b>Diagnosis.</b> Body fusiform; gnathosoma large, abruptly curved and bent down near base; scapular setae (<i>sc</i>) present; femur setae absent form both legs, empodium entire; opisthosoma with 3 furrows.</p> <p> This genus consists of 3 species (Amrine <i>et al</i>. 2003). Cheng 2903</i> (lectotype designated here, NAS00070338; isolectotypes A00033870, CQNM0017387, E00098603, IBSC0001170, K000832761, MICH1109337, NAS00070339, NY00248568, PE00022177, PE00022178, PE00022179, PE00022180, PE00022181, PE00022182, PE00022180, SYS00054972, US 00409518).</p> <p> <b>Note</b>:—In the protologue, Cheng indicated <i>W.C. Cheng 2903</i> as the type, but he did not specify the herbarium where the type is deposited. In searching in various herbaria, 18 duplicates were traced and all of them are syntypes since no holotype was designated under Art. 9.6 (Turland <i>et al</i>. 2018). Most duplicates bear cupules and the identification annotation of W. C. Cheng and are well preserved. NAS00070338 is designated here as the lectotype for the reason Cheng used to work in NAS. In the protologue, Cheng (1935) stated the locality of the type at a place near “Yao-erpa” in West of Pingwu Xian; however, none of the duplicates with a label bearing this locality, and it is also uncertain whether “Pingwuhsien” means the present Pingwu Town. Abstract:
The project style organization is normal state in many businesses. The purpose of mission of project is finish job quality by limit budget. Nowadays, Engineering or building project by cooperation to under take a large scale public engineering to resolve problems of plan, design and work. The combinations of project members are
provisional, maybe they are work for the different departments for the same company or they work for different companies, maybe they are short-tern workers for project, so the employee source of project is complicated. And there are many important works for building projects, including control budget, plan, and resources distribution
properly, so project management is difficult, and project manager\ue2s role is very important.
Manager has to share information, trend participated leadership with team and discuss openly to solve problem to complete project. Manager also needs to encourage team members to work together in the project management. This case refers to several references, project manger behaviors defines the following: concern for people, information provide, job goals, external relations and performance rewords.Therefore, project manager behaviors for project organization of members have certain inflation and also has indirectly effect ion. This is a case of KMRT and studies between project manager behavior and employees of job performance including employees of job satisfied, employees of individual personality and job enrichment, etc. It also studies in some circumstances between project manager behavior and employees of job performance.
