    Inductive Graph Unlearning

    No full text
As a way to implement the "right to be forgotten" in machine learning, machine unlearning aims to completely remove the contributions and information of the samples to be deleted from a trained model without affecting the contributions of other samples. Recently, many frameworks for machine unlearning have been proposed, and most of them focus on image and text data. To extend machine unlearning to graph data, GraphEraser has been proposed. However, a critical issue is that GraphEraser is specifically designed for the transductive graph setting, where the graph is static and attributes and edges of test nodes are visible during training. It is unsuitable for the inductive setting, where the graph could be dynamic and the test graph information is invisible in advance. Such inductive capability is essential for production machine learning systems with evolving graphs like social media and transaction networks. To fill this gap, we propose the GUided InDuctivE Graph Unlearning framework (GUIDE). GUIDE consists of three components: guided graph partitioning with fairness and balance, efficient subgraph repair, and similarity-based aggregation. Empirically, we evaluate our method on several inductive benchmarks and evolving transaction graphs. Generally speaking, GUIDE can be efficiently implemented on the inductive graph learning tasks for its low graph partition cost, no matter on computation or structure information. The code is available here: https://github.com/Happy2Git/GUIDE.Di Wang and Cheng-Long Wang were supported by BAS/1/1689-01-01, URF/1/4663-01-01, FCC/1/1976-49-01, GC/3/4816-01-01, and REI/1/4811-10-01 of King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) and KAUSTSDAIA Center of Excellence in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence

This report is based on a program of Te- Fen Cheng\u27s graduate clarinet recital on May 15th, 2019. In the paper, I will talk about lives of five composers, backgrounds of composition, and analysis of their music. The program was opened with Carl Maria von Weber\u27s Theme and Variations for Clarinet and Piano, Op. 33. The second piece in the first half was Johannes Brahms\u27s Sonata in F minor for Clarinet and Piano, Op. 120, No. 1. The second half of the recital was opened with Leslie Bassett\u27s Soliloquies for Clarinet Solo, Claude Debussy\u27s Premi\uc3\ua8re Rhapsodie for Clarinet and Piano, and ended was Michele Mangani\u27s Blues

A Study on the Marketing Strategy Research of Exhibition Display Designing Industry - the Case of HORNG-SHAN Exhibition Design Co.

Abstract Along with the economic development in Taiwan, our exhibition industry gets more and more affirmation internationally. Starts from 2017, we achieved 141 association conferences exhibitions which had been recognized by ICCA (International Congress and Convention Association, international conference association). Meanwhile, we also leaps onto the 7th conference country in Asia. Because of this, the exhibition display design industry in Taiwan grow tremendously. For this industry, we can say that there are a lot of competitors. Except the leader exhibition display designing companies, OLILY( with existing market across Taiwan, American, German and China) and KY-POST( in Taiwan and Shanghai ). There are still tons of enterprises are in the same industry in Taiwan for a long time. Therefore, this research chooses HORNG-SHAN Exhibition and Conference Display Design Company ( short in HORNG-SHAN as below) as a study case to discuss and analyze how does HORNG-SHAN proceed their marketing strategies effectively in this competition intense display design industry. The tools of this research used the SWOT analysis, Porter five forces analysis, 5C Marketing theory, and Kotler\ue2s 5A construction to analyze the present situation, the strategy location, as well as the marketing strategy analysis of HORNG-SHAN. Then, we use the information from the database of our recent implemented Customer Relationship System. Divided the information into (1) Business opportunity originates, (2) Industries, (3) Products, (4) Sales channels, to obtain and analyze the numbers of close deals and fail cases. To know the advantages and disadvantages of HONG-SHAN. Furthermore, we discussed the reasons of fail cases to avoid for the future cases and to make the adjustments for the strategy execution. During the researches, we discovered the business opportunity originates got more existing customers. New customers are from the mounts of keywords advertisement, and the large advantages of the existing customers in department stores, service industries, boutiques, brand companies, exhibitors, and warehouse channels. Through these explicit superiority to enhance the optimization from the products, the technologies, and the services. To provide the services beyond the knowledge of customer\ue2s demand. To create and make the differences within the same industry. To enhance the value of the enterprise as well as the employees.
