Vairāk kā 10 gadus pēc uzņēmuma dibināšanas, siltumnīcu pārdošanas uzņēmums SIA “Weis A” atvēra savu metāla konstrukciju ražotni. Lai novērtētu pēdējā laika izmaiņas uzņēmumā, bakalaura darba mērķis ir veikt SIA “Weis A” saimnieciskās darbības analīzi un identificēt iespējamos tālākās attīstības virzienus. Saimnieciskās darbības analīzes veikšanai autore izmantoja finanšu koeficientu analīzi, PESTLE, SVID un Portera 5 spēku metodes un salīdzinošo novērtēšanu.
