원자력 발전소 사고 진단 업무 시 정신적 작업 부하와 정보 흐름률 사이의 관계에 대한 연구
학위논문(석사) - 한국과학기술원 : 원자력및양자공학과, 2005.2, [ viii, 67 p. ]The objective of this study is to investigate experimentally the relationship between an operator’s mental workload and the information flow rate of accident diagnosis tasks and further to propose the information flow rate as an analytic method for measuring the mental workload.
There are two types of mental workload in the advanced MCR of NPPs: the information processing workload, which is the processing that the human operator
must actually perform in order to complete the diagnosis task, and emotional stress workload experienced by the operator. In this study, the focus is on the former. Three kinds of methods are used to measure the operator’s workload: information flow rate, subjective methods, and physiological measures.
Information flows for eight accident diagnosis tasks are modeled qualitatively using a stage model and are quantified using Conant’s model. The eight accident cases are considered here are: Loss Of Coolant Accident (LOCA), Steam Generator Tube Rupture (SGTR), Steam Line Break (SLB), Feedwater Line Break (FLB), Pressurizer (PZR) spray and heater failure, Reactor Coolant Pump (RCP) trip, Main Steam Isolation Valve (MSIV) failure, and PZR spray failure. The information flow rate is obtained for each diagnosis task by imposing time limit restrictions for the tasks.
Subjective methods require the operators to respond to questionnaires to rate their level of mental effort. NASA-TLX and MCH scale are selected as subjective methods. NASA-TLX is a subjective method used in the various fields including the aviation, automobile, and nuclear industries. It has a multi-dimensional rating technique and provides an overall workload score based on a weighted average on six subscales using pair-wise comparison tests. MCH, on the other hand, is one-dimensional and uses a 10- point rating technique. As with NASA-TLX, the higher the score is, the higher the subjective workload is. Regional Multinationals and the Korean Comestics Industry
This paper analyzes the market penetration and expansion strategy of cosmetics and toiletries multinational enterprises (MNEs) in South Korea from the perspective of regional strategy as developed recently by Rugman. We find that MNEs have different market entry and expansion strategies in the home region and in the foreign region. Home region MNEs (Japanese MNEs in this case), in general, utilize their firm-specific advantages (FSAs) better than foreign region MNEs (European and MNEs from the Americas in this case). Due to differences in transaction costs, home region MNEs exploit downstream FSAs while foreign region MNEs develop upstream FSAs. Market similarity also leads to a greater incentive to operate in the home region rather than in foreign regions. 학위논문(석사) - 한국과학기술원 : 기계공학전공, 2005.8, [ viii, 71 p. ]2004년 현재 증기 압축식 냉동 사이클을 이용한 가정용 및 산업용 공조기의 세계 시장 규모는 5000만 대를 넘어 지속적으로 성장하고 있다. 세계시장 규모가 말해주듯이 증기 압축 방식의 공조기는 사용이 편리하고 저렴한 가격으로 인하여 인류에게 가장 보편적인 냉난방 방식으로 인식되어 왔다. 그러나 지속적인 생산기술의 발달과 고효율, 저소음화 등으로 인하여 멀지 않은 장래에 국가나 기업간의 기술 차별점이 존재하지 않는 기술 포화상태에 도달할 것으로 생각된다. 이와 더불어 오존층 파괴와 지구 온난화 문제로 인한 대체 냉매 개발의 필요성 그리고 에너지 절약적이고 환경친화적 제품 개발의 요구 등에 맞추어 국제적인 경쟁력을 가진 기술을 확보하기 위해서는 증기 압축식 냉동 사이클을 대체하거나 복합적인 방식을 이용하여 냉난방 기술 경쟁력을 갖출 수 있는 제품 개발에 대한 연구가 절실히 요구된다. 이러한 상황에서 근래에는 증기 압축식 냉동기를 대체할 만한 새로운 기술들이 소개되고 있다. 흡착식 냉동기, 열전소자, 자기 냉동기 등은 현재 상용화 제품이 나오고 있으며 앞으로도 발전 가능성이 크다고 할 수 있다. 물론 이 밖에도 많은 대체 기술이 알려져 있지만 본 연구에서는 이 중에서 흡착식 냉동기 개발에 초점을 맞추려 한다. 흡착식 냉동기는 열구동 방식d의 압축기를 함으로써 폐열의 에너지 회수 차원에서도 유리하며 소음과 진동이 없어 기계적인 고장이나 윤활의 필요가 없다. 그리고 소요 전력이 매우 작고 물과 같은 환경친화적인 냉매를 사용할 수 있으므로 자연 냉매 이용 차원에서도 매우 적합하다고 할 수 있다. 물론 흡착식 냉동기는 증기 압축식 냉동기에 비해 성적 계수가 낮으므로 지금까지는 주로 대형 시스템에 국한되어 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 흡착식 냉동기는 움직이는 부분이 없는 간단한 구조로 제작이 가능하며 특히 기계식 압축기가 지닌 소형화의 어려움을 극복할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다.한국과학기술원 : 기계공학전공

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed.
