No full text[[abstract]] 筆者相信一件作品可以有多種符號呈現與訊息傳達，有個想法希望將音樂結合視覺藝術來進行創作，因此以「光．音．塑」為題撰寫創作論述。筆者透過紮根理論研究法、內容分析研究法、行動研究等創作研究方法來進行「光．音．塑」之造形藝術創作研究。本創作研究是將燈光、音樂與雕塑造形創作結合，藉由現實世界中的物體雕塑與組合產生新的造形意象，並且加入音樂的節奏與燈光的變化之形式表現。筆者期望自己創作研究的作品能夠發揮藝術的功能。所以，本創作研究的目的：一、筆者藉由作品的造形風格、音樂節奏、燈光變化等形式來呈現，進而探討分析作品的意象內涵與論文的創作論述之歷程，提供自身創作研究的經驗分享。二、在觀念藝術裡，創作理念與形式構思是藝術作品相當重要的部分；而音樂在本質上，是透過聲音來表達情感的一種藝術形式。筆者期望自己創作研究的作品能夠發揮藝術表現的功能。三、筆者將聲光與造形創作結合，透過藝術與人文領域中音樂與視覺藝術形式的融合運用，藉由造形作品中感應式的聲音節奏變化，希望能夠將音樂融入視覺藝術，在互動裝置藝術之中，讓觀者可以親身參與，並與作品產生互動，能夠嘗試玩音樂節奏遊戲；也能夠自己嘗試玩器樂合奏。本創作研究期望能夠發揮藝術實用的功能。四、筆者以具象或非具象形式來傳達造形作品的意象，期望作品外形及聲光效果能夠引起觀者的好奇心，使觀者停下他的腳步，在審美的過程中，引發觀者思考「那是什麼？」本創作研究期望自己創作研究的作品能夠發揮藝術欣賞的功能。也就是說，藉由作品中的造形風格、音樂節奏、燈光變化等形式表現與創作，以及融合互動裝置這樣的藝術之形式，期望能夠達到發揮藝術表現、藝術實用、藝術欣賞的功能，甚至可以是藝術醫療的功能。[[abstract]] The author believes that works have a variety of symbols presented with a message to convey. The nomenclature of the lycophyte species Phlegmariurus mingcheensis Ching (Huperziaceae)
No full textIn 1982, Ren Chang Ching twice described the same lycophyte species under the names Lycopodium mingcheense (published in April; the original "minchegense" spelling being a correctable error) and Phlegmariurus mingcheensis Ching (published in May). Phlegmariurus mingcheensis cannot be taken as a combination based on Lycopodium mingcheense because in the original publication a different holotype was indicated and the name Lycopodium mingcheense was not mentioned. The correct names for this species in Huperzia, Lycopodium, and Phlegmariurus are Huperzia mingcheensis (Ching) Holub (basionym: Phlegmariurus mingcheensis), Lycopodium mingcheense Ching, and Phlegmariurus mingcheensis Ching, respectively. The recent lectotypification of the name Lycopodium mingcheense using P.S. Chiu 2069 (PE) was redundant since this specimen was clearly indicated as the holotype in Ching's original publication. The recent new name Phlegmariurus mingjoui X.C. Zhang is an illegitimate superfluous name

Currently, she is the director of Kwang Hwa Information and Culture Center in Hong Kong, whose term usually lasts three years. PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN JOB INSECURITY TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION: studi pada karyawan PT CHANG JUI FANG Indonesia
No full textLatar belakang penelitian ini adalah tingginya turnover intention karyawan PT Chang Jui Fang Indonesia yang ditandai dengan turnover karyawanyang cenderung tinggi. Permasalahan ini harus segera diatasi karena dapat mengganggu produktivitas dan menimbulkan biaya tambahan dalam perusahaan. Ada sejumlah faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi turnover intention karyawanPT Chang Jui Fang Indonesia,salahsatunya yaitukompensasi dan job insecurity.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kompensasi, job insecurity dan turnover intention karyawan PT Chang Jui Fang Indonesia, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kompensasi dan job insecurity terhadapturnover intention karyawan PT Chang Jui Fang Indonesia.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 861, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang karyawan PT Chang Jui Fang Indonesia. Teknis analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi berganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompensasi, job insecurity dan turnover intentionberada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil perhitungan korelasi menunjukan kompensasi dengan turnover intention memiliki hubungan yang positif dengan klasifikasi tinggi, kemudianjob insecurity dengan turnover intention memiliki hubungan yang positif dengan klasifikasi tinggi.
Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, Job Insecurity, Turnover Intention, The background of this research is the high turnover intention employees of PT Chang Jui Fang Indonesia which is characterized by high employee turnover.This problem must be addressed immediately as it may disrupt productivity and cause additional costs within the company.Many factors that can affect employee turnover intention PT Chang Jui Fang Indonesia, one of which are compensation and job insecurity.
The purpose of this study is to describe compensation, job insecurity and employee turnover intention PT Chang Jui Fang Indonesia,and to know the magnitude of influence between compensation and job insecurity to employee turnover intention PT Chang Jui Fang Indonesia.
This research uses descriptive and verifikatif methods. The population in this study is 861, then the sample was taken as many as 100 employees of PT Chang Jui Fang Indonesia.Technical analysis used is pearson product moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis.
Research results showed that compensation, job insecurity and turnover intention are in high category. The results showed a correlation calculation compensation to turnover intention has a positive relationship with high classification,then job insecurity to turnover intention has a positive relationship with high classification.
