This study aims to measure the impact of CRM (Customer Relationship Management CRM)’s strategy on achievement of competitive advantage on BDL Bank located in Hassi Messaoud, city from Ouargla state. Two types (02) of samples were used. The first sample of 15 managers andadministrative employees and the second sample of 150 customers through. To test hypotheses and analyze data, a statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) was used; and the results indicated that CRM dimensions (attract the customer, establish a relationship with customer, achieve customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, customer value, customer knowledge, and confidence) have a strong and positive impact on achievement competitive advantage in BDL Ban

In my case, the village is named Rachana. I spent Easter there in the little village where I was born, where I grew up, and then left to go to college thirty-three years ago. I was fortunate to live in a small village, where everyone had a hand in raising all children. From the sculptor, to the priest, to the stonemasons, the farmers, the doctor, and the author, they all shaped my life and those of my boyhood friends. Participating in Easter mass in the old church, many memories rushed through my head as I watched the old faces that were once young, and the sons and daughters of the boys and girls I grew up with. Lifes twists and turns, which brought me from my village of three hundred to the city of Albuquerque, have scattered my friends around the world. For each one of them, their path bears a trace of olive trees, the smell of earth and wild flowers, and the echoes of the voices of our elders—the sculptor, the priest, the stonemason.\u2

In Napoli milionaria! 1945, di Eduardo De Filippo

    No full text
Abstract This present research aims to linguistically analyze one of the most famous comedies by the Neapolitan playwright Eduardo De Filippo, namely "Napoli milionaria! 1945", showing how the Neapolitan dialect, in which the play is written, encounters a foreign language (English) in one of the scenes of the second act, set during the Allied landing in 1943. Indeed, through these scenes, the author captures the linguistic richness of Naples during that period, highlighting how different languages and voices intertwine, reflecting daily life in a multicultural city. This linguistic choice not only reveals the influence of historical events but also De Filippo's intention to reflect the evolution of language and culture in Naples at that time and their contact with the other

The objective of this in vitro study was to assess the effects of high-carvacrol oregano oil (ORE; 50 g/kg oregano oil, 800-802 g/kg carvacrol), on microbial fermentation and CH4 production. In the experiment (a complete randomized block design), treatments included a negative control (CTL, no additive), a positive control (monensin, MON, 10 mg/L), and ORE (20, 40, 80, 120, 200, 160, and 1000 mg/L). Compared with CTL, MON shifted (pThe presentation of the authors' names and (or) special characters in the title of the pdf file of the accepted manuscript may differ slightly from what is displayed on the item page.

Science (‘ilm) and knowledge (ma‘rifa) were little studied in Ibn ‘Arabī. The aim of this article is to stress the doctrinal and epistemological importance of these two fundamental notions and their hermeneutic and symbolic implications, in a questioning about the concept of ta’wīl.The process of the study ranges from the lexicographic definition of Hermeneutics and the Symbolism of the author without forgetting the contemporary acceptance of Ibn ‘Arabī’s works and the first attempts about the ta’wīl in Muslim tradition. This study aims at determining the doctrinal configurations of the question  around the duality between the apparent (ẓāhir) and the hidden  (bāṭin). The way Ibn ‘Arabī apprehended the ideas of his predecessors is shaped both by the debt and the criticism and an in-depth and greatly enriching elaboration about the concept of ta’wīl

Effect of the temperature on the water transport by capillarity into the concrete porosity

    No full text
This paper presents a new 2D water transport model considering capillary suction to predict the water content evolution in the concrete porosity. The basic formulations of the model are illustrated, and a switching algorithm is introduced to simulated wet-drying effects. Two specific absorption tests are studied to validate this model. The first test conducted under room temperature allows to observe that capillary effects play an important role in the concrete material sorptivity and this phenomenon was well captured by the numerical model. The second test conducted under different temperatures highlight that temperature has significant effect on the capillary suction process and it has been considered in the model as an important input parameter
