In every socio-economic system, general psychology is formed, with attitudes towards life, property, work, and individual and collective humanism. The teacher is educated and trained to respect in full harmony the teaching knowledge and methodology within the trinomial: philosophy, psychology, and pedagogy. The teacher is concerned about the student. Education and training is the core problem. Increasing its role in improving the psyche of adolescents, the use of new psycho-pedagogical techniques, deep knowledge of slippery slopes, increased competencies, and civic ethics, has given importance to time as an integral element of the existence of active life with students, giving it the necessary shapes in daily activity. Programs based on the psycho-pedagogical method with their specificity, orient teachers, students, and parents to build their strategies extended in time and space. Bringing the phenomena of these relationships closer to the reality of school, family and society, expands the space of positive impact on the school environment, towards the civic environment and traditionalism. In this matter, psychology takes precedence. Modern time has imposed on psychology the change of its object, from the soul to the essential elements of human behavior. Today it can not be separated from the psychology of management, as the object of work of researchers in the social, psychological and pedagogical field. The best educators for students are not those who know more, but those who with their skills know how to control the collective psyche of the class. This is an inseparable report that increases the pedagogical experience in dimensional dimensions. Through the methodology, the teacher imposes himself on the students, without creating reactions or concerns

Pandemics have had a great impact on our inner and outer and has become an unwanted but unavoidable challenge among us. All we have to do is to adopt our lifestyle in contradict with our former lifespan. The famous expression “Life is a rat race” has already got its replacements of rats into bats, but that is not all. Is it the bat or human’s fault It is still a race but this case is a race of patience, persistence in quarantine conditions and post one due to physical and psychological viruses. There are a lot of questions that circles around us making visions for the future neither optimistic nor pessimistic ones. What is happening around the world and around us? What about our survival? Are we ready to face such major changes that we do not even know if they are called changes? However, one thing is for sure that our perceptions are undergoing into fundamental new ways of repairing their style or maybe ours or both. If the world is getting ready for the big leap in a totally unplanned future, so do our social perceptions react. The men have gone to the moon, explored space, has given thoughts about universe, have also ruined nature, polluted air but all these were included in the men’s social perceptions. Now it seems that our fears of the unknown have risen along with the fear of unplanned risen of the new upcoming perceptions

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Psychology is the science of cognition and behavior in its broad concept. As a process of recognizing human behavior, it provides a recommending perspective on education as an essential process in the development of society. You can\u27t approach it with too much confidence in yourself and stubbornly. (Adler. A. 2010: 3). One who deals with the science of psychology must be dominated by the degree of simplicity, a complex, difficult process, but one that delivers particular pleasure (Musai, B. 1999: 5), since the understanding of human nature is in size immense. Its mission is noble and spiritual. Recommendations for institutional commitment to the improvement of scientific study methodology in the education system, towards the acceptance of psycho-pedagogical methods, on elements that stimulate the process of cognition and development, on experimental forms and methods of learning, test results, semi-structured interviews , structured ones in all the forms and possibilities that can be achieved, all of these provide conclusions with a significant social-psychological impact on teachers and students, who are today exposed to the enormous educational machinery of yet undefined forces. This topic is very prevalent in today\u27s academic environments, yet education is a severe degradation not only nationally but also globally in the desire for education. The road necessarily passes through appropriate and profound institutional reforms and up-to-date standards. “The essence of the reform and restructuring of the Albanian school is in our own school. It was created at a time when society denied the previous era. The mechanical adaptation of ready-made models and clichés from world educational experience is not, and cannot be, successful. Their imitation will always have the Albanian coefficient ”. (Dhamo, M. 1997: 6)The best teachers for students are not those who know more, but those who, with their skills, know how to control the collective psyche of children and students in the classroom. Here is the issue in which psychology takes precedence in education. In modern times, the needs put forward seem to have imposed on psychology the change of its object, from the soul (psycho¬), to the essential elements of human behavior. In modern times it has become very difficult for people to appear in societies with personal behaviors and socially \u27disciplined\u27 social shells to the very last instance. (Tushi, G. 2017: 32). Recognition, profound psychological appropriation of tradition, culture and behavioral and spiritual socialization place the necessity of finding a psycho-pedagogical solution in favor of proper education for the society of the country to which it belongs and Wider

“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Finally, we show by means of an example that our findings have a high practical relevance.information science;Pearson correlation;cosine;similarity measure;author cocitation analysis

Logical education is one of the effective factors in the learning process. In general, teaching English requires a commitment but also a proper organization from the teacher and additionally the student. In order for a student to have a successful achievement in learning English as a foreign language, he must be offered a preparation, first by the teacher when he or she must have the necessary information and knowledge from the new theories of teaching means in terms of education but a teacher must also be psychologically prepared. In this paper, we examine pedagogic theory in educational psychology and the role of different learning methods in the process of thinking, memorization, intelligence, motivation, and the role of teachers and students in transferring learning all of this to conclude that each teacher must first know the student from a psychological point of view before teaching him. The study is conducted in seven elementary schools in Kosovo, particularly in 7 elementary schools, where 14 teachers and 140 students aged 10-12 years were the instrument of this study. The study focuses on the role of internal and external psychological factors in the process of learning a foreign language. Knowing the role of these psychological factors stimulates the desire to use language and explains the role of pedagogical theory in educational psychology. The study shows that teachers who use psychological knowledge are more successful than teachers who are focused and oriented only in the teaching textbooks

Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods
