After a row between Babanicaran and other members of Kaumudi on religious issues, Babanicaran established a printing press of his own at Kalutola and started Candrika as a weekly from 5 March 1822. The antagonism between Kaumudi and Candrika lasted for a long time. Candrika, however, increased its circulation rapidly and turned to a bi-weekly from 1829 and finally into a daily. This news paper continued for a long period and recorded and criticised the most important steps on social reform in Bengal

    Candrika Travel adalah perusahaan agen tur yang bergerak di bidang pariwisata luar negeri khusus destinasi Eropa untuk orang Indonesia yang didirikan pada September 2019 oleh Ibu Cuni Candrika. Dalam laporan praktek kerja magang ini, penulis akan membahas tentang pelaksanaan kegiatan marketing communication untuk meningkatkan brand awareness di Candrika Travel yang dilaksanakan oleh penulis selama 3 bulan. Candrika Travel pada masa pandemi ini berfokus pada pelaksanaan tur virtual dan penyediaan jasa untuk mahasiswa baru. Tur virtual diadakan setiap 2 minggu sekali untuk khalayak umum dengan konsep bayar sukarela, tetapi Candrika Travel juga menyediakan layanan tur virtual secara private dengan tarif yang berbeda sesuai dengan destinasi dan jenis media tur. Selama melakukan kerja magang di Candrika Travel, penulis mendapat kesempatan untuk mengelola marketing Candrika Travel mulai dari media sosial, mengelola event tur virtual, hingga melaksanakan tur virtual dengan pihak eksternal. Dengan adanya event tur virtual, masyarakat menjadi lebih sadar akan merek Candrika Travel (brand awareness). Selain itu, dibantu juga dengan konten yang menarik dengan tema edukasi namun seru, menjalin hubungan dengan traveler dengan meninggalkan comment di akun media sosial, dan menyebarkan poster tur virtual di komunitas-komunitas traveler di Facebook agar dapat lebih mengenal Candrika Travel. Selama kerja magang, penulis mendapatkan banyak ilmu praktek berkenaan dengan marketing dan event management

    The payroll system is a payment transaction for services to employees in a company or organization. Commanditaire Vennootschap (CV) Candrika is a business engaged in the construction sector. On CV. Candrika payroll system is still done manually using Microsoft Excel which is considered less effective because there are often obstacles in calculating employee salaries, overtime pay, and storing employee data, and salary slips. The purpose of this final project is to produce a program to process payroll data in CV. Candrika is web- based and uses the SDLC methodology with a waterfall approach which includes interviews, literature studies, communication, planning, modeling, construction, and deployment. This design was compiled using the PHP programming language, as well as the Code Igniter framework. The trial for this design is using the blackbox method and also the SUS method. With this research, it is expected to produce a payroll system that can assist in making monthly salary reports, especially for CV. Candrika

    This research is done because the issue of women representation is still causing the pros and cons to date. It is realized that women‟s representation is still related with the patriarchal culture in which woman is considered as inferior and so on. This study analyzes the representation of women which depicted in malefemale sexual sketchs in Candrika Soewarno Instagram account. This study is aimed to find out the meaning of woman representation in her sketches. Male gaze theory conducted by Laura Mulvey as the main theory and women in media which conceptualized by Thamrin Amal Tomogola. This research is used semiotic‟s Roland Barthes in analyzing data. The data in this study include several selected sketches from @candrikasoewarno Instagram account. The results show that the female figure in Candrika‟s sketches indicates that she is still related with her patriarchal culture which she is portrayed as objectified and inferior person

Ratna Nikin Hardati, M.Si., Dosen Pembimbing II Ainul Chanafi, S.A.B., M.A. Penelitian tersebut bermaksud guna mengetahui dampak secara parsial dan simultan perkembangan SDM serta penempatan kerjanya karyawan atas performa karyawan. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian explanatory research kepada 60 karyawan PT Indo Smart Property yang menjadi populasi sekaligus sampel penelitian. Cara penghimpunan data memakai metode angket, observasi serta dokumentasi yang dianalisis memakai Analisa regresi linear berganda melalui bantuan program SPSS. Temuan penelitian diraih informasi bahwasanya variable pengembangan SDMm berdampak secara baik serta signifikan atas performa karyawan melalui skor t hitung 3,886 > t tabel 1,671 melalui taraf signifikansinya 0,000 t tabel 1,671 melalui taraf signifikansinya 0,000 f tabel 3,162 dengan taraf signifikansinya 0,000 < 0,05.
