No full textThis article, fundamentally, investigates the possible links that may be established between material conditions and scriptural procedures of La filial by Matías Celedón and the concept of «Death of the Author»(1968) by Roland Barthes. It also reviews the bureaucratic and oppressive structure and atmosphere of the office in which the plot takes place, proposing a comparison with two classic works on the subject: Bartleby the Scrivener (1853) and Bouvard and Pécuchet (1880). Finally, it is alludes to references of experimental poetry such as Martín Gubbins, Guillermo Deisler, Elsa Werth y Sergio Chejfec, among others, with the aim of outlining a kind of «Office Writing» that transcends the usual differences between the narrative and poetic genres.Este artículo indaga, fundamentalmente, en los posibles vínculos que puedan establecerse entre las condiciones materiales y procedimientos escriturales de La filial de Matías Celedón y el concepto «muerte del autor» (1968) de Roland Barthes. También revisa la estructura y la atmósfera burocrática y agobiante de la oficina en la que se desarrolla la trama, planteando una comparación con dos obras clásicas sobre el tema: Bartleby el escribiente (1853) y Bouvard y Pécuchet (1880). Finalmente, alude a referentes de la poesía experimental como Martín Gubbins, Guillermo Deisler, Elsa Werth y Sergio Chejfec, entre otros, con el objetivo de perfilar una suerte de «escritura de oficina» que trasciende las diferencias habituales entre los géneros narrativo y poético

No full textIn this essay we examine the acute counterpoint in Concierto para sordos by Matías Montes-Huidobro, because as its title indicates we are dealing with a polyphonic text. By means of a dead protagonist-narrator, the Cuban American author revisits the past in juxpaposition to the present of Cuban history. We analyze how carnavalesque humor, parody and satire intervene in the fictional material in order to give a final touch to the writing process, at times supports by spoken speech and, in other instances, in function of hearing the language.En este ensayo se examina el agudo contrapunteo en Concierto para sordos de Matías Montes-Huidobro, porque como el título indica se trata de un texto polifónico. Por medio de un protagonista-narrador muerto, el autor cubanoamericano revisa el pasado en yuxtaposición al presente de la historia cubana. No full textThe aggregation of subjective knowledge in the judgment of risk when charging the author with the event is not a peaceful topic in doctrine. Since the introduction of the judgment of risk, with the adequacy theory, until the objective imputation theory currently present, the fact of whether to provide to a hypothetical judge with the basic knowledge of a reasonable man, also adding the special knowledge that the author might have is a much debated topic between two main positions. The majority one -subjectivist- supports its aggregation, while the minority position -objectivist- denies it and opts for a sociolegal theory. While both of them may lead to flawed reasoning, a third position, denying knowledge and roles alike, offers a judgment of risk closer to objectiveness, from the point of view of an omniscient observer.Fil: Pedulla, Matías. Buenos Aires, ArgentinaLa agregación de conocimientos subjetivos en el juicio de riesgo al momento de imputar el hecho al autor no es un tema pacífico en la doctrina. Desde la introducción del juicio de riesgo, con la teoría de la adecuación, hasta la actual teoría de la imputación objetiva, el hecho de si corresponde dotar a un juez hipotético de los conocimientos básicos de un hombre razonable, agregando también los conocimientos especiales que tuviere el autor, es un tema muy debatido entre dos principales posturas. La posición mayoritaria -subjetivista- admite su agregación, mientras que la minoritaria -objetivista- la niega y opta por una teoría socio-jurídica. La identidad y otras razones para quemar París: París y el odio de Matías Alinovi
No full textThis paper analyzes the second novel of Argentinean writer, Matías Alinovi, París y el odio (Paris and the hatred), published in 2016. The central axis of study is the problem of identity and the relationship between Paris, the Argentinean being and the idea of Latin America. In its first section, the work briefly exposes the emergence of the idea of Latin America as a French construction in opposition to North American interests. In this same section, it also discusses the referential importance of Paris and the French for Latin America. The article takes three points of reference from the novel to discuss the subject of identity. Firstly, the novel’s character of Bianco, a transcript of the Argentine writer Héctor Bianciotti; secondly, the relationship of the novel with the Paris constructed by Cortázar in his famous novel Rayuela; and finally, the thought of identity from Paris through the figure of Atahualpa Yupanqui. The article includes references to an interview with the author on these issues.Este artículo analiza la segunda novela del escritor argentino, Matías Alinovi, París y el odio, publicada en el año 2016. El trabajo toma como eje central de estudio el problema de la identidad y la relación entre París, lo argentino y lo latinoamericano. En su primera sección, el trabajo expone brevemente el surgimiento de la idea de América Latina como una construcción francesa por oposición a los intereses norteamericanos, así como la importancia de París y lo francés para América Latina. Después, el artículo toma tres puntos de referencia de la novela en cuestión para discutir las temáticas de París y la identidad. En primer lugar, el personaje de Bianco, un trasunto del escritor argentino Héctor Bianciotti; en segundo lugar, la relación de la novela con la París construida por Cortázar en su célebre Rayuela; y, en tercer lugar, la identidad latinoamericana vista desde París a través de la figura de Atahualpa Yupanqui. The unpublished archive of architect Matías Fernández-Fígares: reconstructing Granada in the 1920’s
No full textThe architect Matías Fernández-Fígares carried out his prolific professional career in Granada (Spain) during one of the most fascinating periods in the urban and architectural development of this city, being the author of several iconic buildings in Granada from the 1920s and 1930s. In 2004, part of his personal archive was donated to the School of Architecture of Granada. The documentation contained therein, comprising over one hundred and forty projects executed between 1914 and 1935, began to be digitized and thoroughly analysed many years later, in 2024, thanks to the involvement of several researchers as an initial outcome of this research, the present article focuses on the rental housing projects developed by this architect, a typology of European origin that was introduced in Granada at the end of the 19th century. Thirty-one files corresponding to this typology have been identified, encompassing both renovations and new construction projects. Unpublished plans and drawings of the original proposals of some buildings that are still standing have been discovered, revealing that they were not built as originally conceived.The analysed documentation also provides interesting insights into the material supports, graphic language, and working methods used by Matías Fernández-Fígares. Furthermore, it sheds light on the remarkable evolution of his architectural style in just fifteen years, moving from historicism to regionalism and culminating in rationalism.Finally, the projects contained in this personal archive also offer a gaze into Granada society at the beginning of the 20th century, dominated by a flourishing bourgeois elite that sought large-scale transformations of the city’s historical and architectural heritage.DOI: https://doi.org/10.20365/disegnarecon.34.2025.21</p

Apel a las objeciones formuladas por el autor argentino. En estas, se harán explícitas las características principales de la Ética del Discurso, los problemas relacionados con el diálogo Norte-Sur, las críticas sobre el pensamiento de Marx y la relación conflictiva entre la materialidad y la formalidad en el discurso ético contemporáneo.In this article we will present the arguments that K.-O. Apel made in the dialogue with Enrique Dussel’s Liberation Ethics. We will expose the answers provided by K.-O. Apel to the objections made by the argentine author.
