A Percepção das Práticas de Acolhimento aos Familiares em Hospital de Pronto-Socorro Sob Perspectiva da Equipe Multidisciplinar
Get PDFIt is understood that all people who come to a health facility must have a recognized need and get an immediate response to their situation, which is still to come in the form of guidance. This article aims to investigate the perceptions of professionals about the care process to the relatives in Emergency Hospital in the metropolitan region of Porto Alegre. It is a qualitative research conducted through interviews with 15 professionals. Data were developed according to Minayo content analysis technique, the categories found on humanization, welcoming, family relationships. The results show that the professionals need to acknowledge the reception as an instrument to restructure and redefine health care to families in Hospital Hospital Emergency.Este artigo busca compreender a percepção dos profissionais referente às práticas de acolhimento em Hospital de Pronto-socorro. Procurou-se discorrer acerca de características sobre humanização, buscando compreender a percepção do cuidado destes profissionais. Entende-se que todas as pessoas que chegam a um serviço de saúde devem ter sua necessidade reconhecida, bem como obter uma resposta imediata à sua situação, ainda que esta venha na forma de orientação. Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo a compreensão de fatores que contribuem para perpetuação de falhas no sistema de acolhimento com relação às percepções dos multiprofissionais de saúde sobre os processos de acolhimento aos familiares em Hospital de Pronto-socorro da região metropolitana de Porto Alegre. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa realizada mediante entrevista com 15 profissionais. Os dados foram desenvolvidos conforme a técnica de análise de conteúdo de Minayo, as categorias encontradas foram humanização, acolhimento, relações familiares. Os resultados apontam que os profissionais precisam reconhecer o acolhimento como um instrumento para reestruturar e redefinir a atenção em saúde aos familiares em Hospital de Pronto-socorro
Desenvolvimento neuropsicológico e interação familiar no início da vida: revisão sistemática
Get PDFThe early of life is a sensitive and unique period in which experiences can result in lasting effects. During the beginning of life, the quality of the environment and experiences around, especially family relationships, are associated with emotional and cognitive development in adulthood. Stressful experiences during early life can modulate the genetic programming of specific brain circuits, the emotional and cognitive aspects of behavioral adaptation may result in stressful experience in adulthood. The objective of this systematic review was to present scientific productions that address neuropsychological development and family interaction in early life and its possible consequences for adult life. We conducted a survey on PubMed, SciELO, and Lilacs, in which articles related to adverse childhood experiences are selected and its possible consequences in adulthood. The results indicated that early emotional support and investment in preventive intervention in the family environment in which the child is inserted can significantly minimize the negative effects of possible traumas in the child’s adult life.O início da vida é um período sensível e único, durante o qual as experiências podem resultar em efeitos duradouros. Durante o início da vida, a qualidade do ambiente e experiências ao redor, em especial, a relação familiar, estão associadas ao desenvolvimento emocional e cognitivo na vida adulta. Experiências estressantes durante o início da vida podem modular a programação genética de circuitos específicos do cérebro, e aspectos emocionais e cognitivos de adaptação comportamental podem resultar em experiências estressantes na vida adulta. O objetivo desta revisão sistemática foi apresentar produções científicas que abordem o desenvolvimento neuropsicológico e a interação familiar no início da vida e suas possíveis consequências para a vida adulta. Realizou-se uma revisão sistemática nas bases de dados PubMed, SciELO e Lilacs, no qual selecionou-se artigos relacionados às experiências adversas na infância e as possíveis consequências na vida adulta. Os resultados indicaram que o apoio emocional precoce e o investimento em intervenção preventiva no ambiente familiar em que a criança está inserida podem minimizar significativamente os efeitos negativos de possíveis traumas em sua vida adulta
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
