Facultad de Ciencias Económicas; Argentina.En un contexto de interdependencia de la economía mundial y profundización del fenómeno de la globalización, toma gran relevancia el análisis de los procesos y estrategias de internacionalización de las empresas en entornos cada vez más cambiantes y exigentes.
En Argentina, el sector lácteo es considerado uno de los complejos agroalimentarios más importantes y dinámicos con presencia en los mercados internacionales, cuyos estudios y estadísticas son abordados usualmente de manera agregada. No obstante, dado la heterogeneidad del sector (tanto desde el punto de vista de escala, tecnología, productos, etc.), éstos no permiten visibilizar empresas competitivas según los estándares internacionales.
Así, existen diferentes enfoques que intentan explicar el proceso de internacionalización de las empresas, en este sentido, dada la evidencia empírica disponible, se propone aquí un estudio de caso de una pyme láctea argentina, en relación a dicha competitividad: NOAL SA, ubicada en la cuenca lechera del sudeste cordobés.
En vista a ello, en este trabajo se pretende realizar una revisión teórica sobre los procesos de internacionalización e identificar y describir las estrategias a mercados externos implementadas por la empresa NOAL SA.
Por otra parte, se propone también analizar indicadores de competitividad a partir de la productividad y costos, de la industria láctea Argentina frente a la empresa NOAL SA, para contrastar de esta manera la hipótesis de trabajo.Fil: Cabrera, Andrea Romina.
