No full textLa ricerca si propone di esaminare la produzione dei fotolibri d’autore editi in Italia dal dopoguerra agli anni Settanta al fine di redigere una prima catalogazione dei volumi pubblicati nell’arco cronologico di riferimento. Lo scopo è quello di analizzare lo sviluppo della politica fotoeditoriale del paese alla luce del dibattito e delle iniziative che hanno impegnato la critica fotografica nazionale intorno al tema del libro fotografico nel corso dei decenni. Lo studio si inserisce in un più vasto movimento internazionale teso alla rivalutazione del libro fotografico come forma d’espressione autonoma: un movimento che ha visto, dagli inizi del nuovo millennio, un proliferare di pubblicazioni sulla storia del fotolibro nei diversi contesti nazionali dei paesi europei ed extraeuropei esaminati. Il progetto giunge dunque a colmare la lacuna sulla situazione editoriale italiana, proponendo una ricostruzione filologica del fenomeno. La ricerca ha per tanto permesso di riscoprire lavori fotografici posti al margine della storia della fotografia ufficiale e di reinserire alcune immagini fotografiche, conosciute più spesso come fotografie singole, nei contesti progettuali di appartenenza

No full textEvaluation of four acaricides in Oligonychus punicae control in Persea americana Mill cv. Hass in Zaraque, Virú, La Libertad. Author: Br. The present work has developed in the zone of Zaraque, Virú province, department of La Libertad with the objective of evaluating four acaricides in the control Oligonychus punicae in Persea americana Mill cv. Hass. Were conducted four exploratory essay in three and four years old avocados with different dates of applic ation; determining a plot by acaricide tested with their respective dose, showed below: Etoxazole (0.06 L/cil.), Fenpropathrin (0.15 L/cil.), Cyhexatin (0.08 L/cil.) and Bifenazate (0.08 L/ cil.). In the plot marked four trees and five leaves by tree, Using a card of evaluation is recorded the number of nymphs, the number of live adults and eggs for evaluated leaf, before and later to the application. The results show that the four acaricides have good control of Oligonychus punicae in
infestations that exceed the grade three of individuals, but. the etoxazol acaricide which proved to more days of control (63 days), then the fenpropathrin with 30 days, the cyhexatin with 25 days and the bifenazate, 18 days.Evaluación de cuatro acaricidas en el control de Oligonychus punicae en Persea americana Mill cv. Se realizaron cuatro ensayos exploratorios en paltos de 3 y 4 años de edad, con distintas fechas de aplicación; determinando una parcela por acaricida ensayado con su dosis respectiva, mencionado a continuación: Etoxazol (0.06 l/cil.), Fenpropathrin (0.15 l/cil.), Cyhexatin (0.08 l/cil.) y Bifenazate (0.08 l/cil.). En la parcela se marcaron 4 plantas y 5 hojas/planta, mediante una cartilla de evaluación se
registró el número de ninfas vivas, número de adultos vivos y el número de huevos, por hoja evaluada previa a la aplicación y posterior a la aplicación.
Los resultados alcanzados evidencian que los cuatro acaricidas tienen buen control de Oligonychus punicae en infestaciones que superan el grado 3 de individuos, pero el etoxazol es el acaricida que más días de control ha demostrado (63 días), luego el fenpropathrin con 30 días, el cyhexatin, 25 días y el bifenazate, 18 días.Tesi

No full textO texto traz uma breve resenha do livro de Miryam de Souza Minayo, doutora em Direito Internacional e Relações Internacionais pela Universidad Complutense de Madrid. A autora realiza uma análise sobre as respostas apresentadas pela comunidade internacional durante a primeira década de conflito no Darfur, região oeste do Sudão, e a subsequente tragédia humanitária que acompanha a intensificação da violência armada. A resposta da comunidade internacional, ou ainda, a ausência de uma resposta efetiva, é contrastada com os limitados avanços no direito e na prática internacional de uma normatividade, assentada no princípio da responsabilidade de proteger (RdP), que busca regular o uso coletivo da força na proteção de civis em casos de graves violações dos direitos humanos.ABSTRACTThe text briefly reviews the thesis written by Miryam de Souza Minayo, Ph.D. in International Law and International Relations at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. The author analyzes the responses of the international community during the first decade of armed conflict in Darfur, western region of Sudan, and the subsequent humanitarian crisis. La autora propone en su trabajo recorrer la evolución de la idea de crear una Secretaría del Tratado, así como los apoyos y trabas a la propuesta para hacer de Buenos Aires la sede de la misma, y explica los cambios que hicieron que finalmente esta propuesta resultara aceptada por la Reunión de Partes Consultivas en el año 2001.En inglésEven though the Antarctica Treaty has been in force since its ratification in 1961-by all the members, it has been functioning without any permanent institution. The author rememorates the idea of creating a Secretariat for the Treaty, and explains the supports and rejections for the Buenos Aires headquarter of the Secretariat proposal. The author also explains the issues that contributed the mentioned proposal to be accepted at the Advisory Parties Meeting in 2001

The author stresses the fundamental role played by State in shaping the right of property. The new Constitution, entered into force in 2019, recognizes the private property, but the real challenge is how to balance this type of property, which is only in subordinate position, the principles of Socialism and the property of the State
