Rancangan Konten Desa Wisata Kampoeng Dolanan Eyang R. Tjokrowihardjo pada Media Google Sites untuk Walitelon Utara Temanggung
Design of tourism village content of Kampoeng Dolanan Eyang R. Tjokrowihardjo on google sites media for the north walitelon of Temanggung.
The use of Google Sites can increase Pokdarwis competence and general public visits as digital literacy readers. Specific targets to be achieved are orderly administration for Pokdarwis workshops and at the same time as promotional media with google sites for the general public. The method used is a qualitative descriptive (phenomenon) because the Covid 19 pandemic phenomenon is still a scourge for tourism, especially tourist villages. This study uses data triangulation for data collection from the master trainer from the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia during a visitation assessment of assistants from universities in the tourist village of Walitelon Utara, Temanggung in November 2020, observation of tourism village content on google sites, as well as surveys of potential users. This page and with data analysis techniques, namely editing in addition to the media, the content is also in line with the assistance of the Higher Education. PENGGUNAAN ISTILAH BAHASA INGGRIS DI BAGIAN FRONT OFFICE : STUDI KASUS DI HOTEL CROWNE PLAZA SEMARANG
Hotel terminology has long been used in English language since the first establishment of Convent Garden hotel in 1774 in Westminfer, London.The following hotel named City Hotel was then found in1794 located in New York City.Hotels were growing rapidly in Europe as well as in America during the 19th and 20th century. Meanwhile in Indonesia, the first hotel with an international standard known as Hotel Indonesia was established on 5 August 1962. However, hotels today mainly recruit new qualified employees with hotel management backgrounds. The graduates of Hotel Management department are provided with the good skills in practicing the hotel terminology during the study. The hotel terminology itself is particularly employed the most in job interviews. This article shows the easiest way of learning by heart and putting into practice the hotel terminology by defining each term in alphabetical order. The hotel terms apply the most to the Front Office department leading to other departments such as Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Services, Food & Beverage Products, Accounting, Sales & Marketing and Safety & Risk. The role of academics is urgently needed in strengthening human resources for owners and employees who run businesses and provide information on online sales and take away as well as drive-thru which use cashless payments as an alternative to increasing sales turnover in the midst of the Covid 19 Pandemic situation. The method used is qualitative or descriptive. with a phenomenological approach with data triangulation (method: in-depth interviews and observations at 30 tenant in the three rest areas, between researchers: culinary and tourism management, data sources: documentation and other document references). The results obtained are that the potential for culinary tourism in the Rest Area is a change in the lifestyle of tourists to find regional specialities in a rest area in addition to supporting facilities in the rest area that create a market share rest area, structured financial administration based on a menu management approach, developing delicious, attractive, and hygienic product variants and increasing the mastery of information technology for product marketing that is integrated with non-cash payment
Food and Beverage Product Efforts in Maintaining Food Quality in the Restaurant and Room Service of Hotel Chanti Semarang
The research in this thesis is motivated by the increasing development of the hotel industry in Indonesia. Competition in the hotel industry is increasingly fierce due to the many new hotels that have emerged to date. So hotel management should have a mature strategy to be able to compete with new industries and major competing industries. The problem contained in this thesis is in how to maintain consistency in food quality and overcome it complaint guests about the quality of food at Chanti Hotel. The aim of this final assignment is to maintain food consistency and overcome problems complaint guests about food quality, in this research using a qualitative descriptive method based on the author's experience during On The Job Training and also based on previous research sources. The result of this final assignment is how to maintain consistency in food in a hotel, especially in restaurant and room service, and how to overcome a problem complaint guests about the quality of the food. The conclusion of this thesis is that in maintaining consistency in the quality of our food we must comply with standardized recipes
Development of Specialization Selection on The Job Training for Human Resources in The Hospitality Industry through E-OJTKU
The previous problem in this research was exploring the potential of students in choosing departments in hotels, namely front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage to carry out internships. The need for this selection recommendation is based not only on student desires or the availability of opportunities to learn to work in the existing hotel industry but also based on recommended grades from semesters 1 to 3 which fulfill the requirements for industrial internships. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and document study. Interviews use a semi-structured model so that answers are open-ended and can be developed for in-depth analysis. E-ojtku is an innovation resulting from research based website and android to improve the competency of Hospitality Management students who received recognition for 40 credits for OJT 1 and OJT 2 (1 year in industry / Hotels) for a career in Hotels. The test results using e-ojtku obtained good results with an accuracy of up to 94.44% with a ratio of 80% training data and 20% test data, the ratio of the amount of training data can affect the accuracy of the values in each experiment
