In other areas of the community they need to counsel stakeholders in community life, but they can not coordinate the methods or have a budget for the community where they work. They set up integration with the committee to share their opinions, methods, practices, solve some problems, and develop relations among others. Also there will communication between researchers and the community to decide how to manage tourism in the best way. This research has a purpose for study the human sociology and management of tourism in the community around Nong Hoi Royal Project. study to find the best approach to develop sustainable tourism with suitable self-dependability in community. All the findings are as follow human potential and the area which affect and support effective local tourism is that Nong Hoi is unique in nature and environment along with the community to control all projects and supporting for eco-tourism. The Nong Hoi Royal Project is an important learning resource because most people in this area do their agriculture. Moreover, the community should encourage cultural tourism, especially the Hmong tradition such as Hmong New Year Festival and embroidered clothing of Hmong design. Historical tourism feature such as Kun Luang Wilanka history etc. The ways and methods for sustainable tourism development depends on the community itselfe. Nong Hoi community can develop suitable tourism and its accordance with the circumstance are many-sided. The community features natural resources, environment, a way of life, culture and traditions. This sustainable tourism development at Nong Hoi community should be gradual and based on the whole community cooperating in all areas of the business tourism for the whole community’s benefit. In order for this operation to work, people shouldn’t be selfish and should work to help each other. There should be neutral pricing that is fair for all and equal conditions for the workers in tourism activities for strengthening and sustaining the community.ชุมชนโครงการหลวงหนองหอย ตำบลแม่แรม อำเภอแม่ริม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เป็น สถานที่นักท่องเที่ยวนิยมมาพักผ่อนจำนวนมากขึ้นในแต่ละปี รายได้จากการท่องเที่ยวเสริมสร้าง ความเป็นอยู่ของตนเอง ครอบครัวและชุมชนได้อีกทางหนึ่ง ชุมชนเองมีความต้องการเข้ามามี ส่วนรว่มในการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวของชุมชน แตย่ังขาดกระบวนการ วิธีการ งบประมาณในการ ดำเนินงาน จึงรวมกลุ่มกันขึ้นเป็นคณะกรรมการเพื่อร่วมคิด ร่วมทำ ร่วมแก้ไขปัญหา และ พัฒนาการท่องเที่ยว ร่วมกับนักวิจัย ท้องถิ่นเพื่อจัดการท่องเที่ยว เพื่อให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงไป ในทิศทางที่ดีขึ้น งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาศักยภาพของคนและพื้นที่ในการจัดการ ท่องเที่ยวในชุมชน เพื่อศึกษาหารูปแบบ แนวทาง และวิธีการที่จะพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน โดยการพึ่งตนเองของชุมชนในท้องถิ่นอย่างเหมาะสม ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ชุมชนหนองหอยมี จุดเด่นด้านธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม ชุมชนมีการตั้งกฎระเบียบการควบคุมดูแลรักษาทรัพยากร ร่วมกัน มีความเหมาะสมที่จะส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงธรรมชาติ จัดตั้งศูนย์พัฒนาโครงการ หลวงหนองหอยเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้สำคัญ พื้นที่ชุมชนส่วนใหญ่มีวิถีชีวิตประกอบอาชีพเกษตรกรรม การท่องเที่ยวจึงเป็นการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร และมีวัฒนธรรมชุมชนที่พัฒนาให้เป็นแหล่ง ท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมด้วย โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งวัฒนธรรมประเพณี พิธีกรรมของชาวม้งบ้าน หนองหอย เช่นเทศกาลปีใหม่ม้ง ผ้าปักลายม้ง สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวเชิงประวัติศาสตร์ ได้แก่ ตำนาน ขุนหลวงวิลังคะ เป็นต้น แนวทางการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืนโดยการพึ่งตนเองของชุมชนในท้องถิ่นเป็นไป อย่างเหมาะสม ชุมชนบ้านหนองหอยสามารถพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวให้เป็นการท่องเที่ยวอย่าง ยั่งยืน สอดคล้องกับสภาพบริบทของชุมชนด้านต่างๆ ได้แก่ ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ สิ่งแวดล้อม วิถี ชีวิต วัฒนธรรม ประเพณี โดยพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวในลักษณะค่อยเป็นค่อยไป ดำเนินธุรกิจการ ท่องเที่ยวชุมชนอย่างมีส่วนร่วมเป็นกลุ่มหรือคณะกรรมการ ดำเนินการในรูปแบบสหกรณ์หรือ วิสาหกิจชุมชน มีเป้าหมายดำเนินการคือไม่เอาเงินเป็นตัวตั้ง ไม่หวังผลประโยชน์ส่วนตน ดำเนิน ธุรกิจแบบช่วยเหลือซึ่งกันและกัน ทำให้กิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวในชุมชนมีความเข้มแข็งและยั่งยืน ตลอดไปสำนักงานคณะกรรมการวิจัยแห่งชาติ และมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎเชียงใหม
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
