    Creating and Managing the Content of Social Networks for the Chai Chai Brand

    The work consists of three parts. The theoretical part discusses the concept of social media, social networks, and sensory marketing theoretically analyzes the possibilities of content creation and management. The analytical part of the work analyzes the data of the Chai Chai brand social networks and the data of the content analysis and interview with the expert. The project part of the work presents specific solutions to the problem of content creation and management, based on the results analyzed in the work. The main problem of the professional BA thesis - The Chai Chai brand made the social media content used during Christmas time, so it noticed a decline in consumer engagement at other times of the year. Therefore, the following problem was identified: what content elements on social media will drive consumer interest in the Chai Chai brand? The aim of the professional BA thesis - to present the social network management model of the brand "Chai Chai" after the theoretical basics and practical testing.Darbą sudaro trys dalys. Teorinėje dalyje aptariama socialinių medijų, socialinių tinklų ir jutiminio marketingo samprata, teoriškai analizuojamos turinio kūrimo ir valdymo galimybės. Analitinėje darbo dalyje analizuojami prekės ženklo „Chai Chai“ socialinių tinklų duomenys ir tyrimo metu atliktos analizės ir interviu su ekspertu duomenys. Projektinėje darbo dalyje pateikiami konkretūs sprendimai turinio kūrimo ir valdymo problemai spręsti, remiantis darbe analizuotais rezultatais. Darbo problema - Prekės ženklas „Chai Chai“ aktyviai naudoja socialinius tinklus didžiųjų metų švenčių metu, todėl pastebimas vartotojų įsitraukimo sumažėjimas kitu metų laiku. Todėl buvo identifikuota tokia problema: kokie turinio elementai socialiniuose tinkluose lemia vartotojų susidomėjimą „Chai Chai“ prekės ženklo atveju?     Companies are continuing to place more emphasis on all types of customer services, including field service. Field service is defined as the processes involved in servicing products in the field after they have been sold. It is a specialized subset of functions under the broad umbrella of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and represents a growing market for software and solution vendors. This paper first presents the general processes that build up a service operation. This is followed by evaluation of current Field Service applications in the marketplace. Based on the analysis, Field Service System (FSS) is proposed. This system consists of five modules namely service call management, user management, sales management, dispatch management- and work order management. FSS provides the following functionalities scheduling of work among the field service workers, management of customers and parts information, reports generation and monitoring as well as measurement of field service activities. In addition, FSS is web-based thus providing access to field service functions from anywhere, anytime. It is developed using ASP.NET. The methodology employed, design and implementation of FSS are discussed. As a conclusion, FSS allows small and medium sized field service organizations to effectively manage their customer servic
