Analysis Of The Use Of Oral Antidiabetic Drugs In Type II Diabetes Mellitus Patients At X Hospital Semarang City
Diabetes mellitus is a long-term condition marked by high blood sugar levels. It stems from metabolic endocrine disorders that may result from reduced insulin secretion, reduced insulin sensitivity, or both. Management of type II DM often includes antidiabetic treatment, which may consist of one medication or a combination. This research aims to describe patient characteristics, outline medication usage, report rates of Glucose Ad Random (GAR) reduction, and assess the efficacy of single versus combination antidiabetic drugs in type 2 DM patients admitted to X Hospital in Semarang City. The study uses an analytical observational approach with retrospective data collection and purposive sampling. Findings showed that 52.13% were women and 42.02% were aged 56-65 years (late elderly group). Also, 70.21% had Type II DM with complications, and 57.45% had hospital stays of 1-4 days. The most used single antidiabetic accounted for 53.19% of cases. Paired Sample T-Test results for both single and combination antidiabetics showed p <0.05, indicating both therapies effectively reduce GAR. Single antidiabetic therapy yielded a 22.46% reduction, while the combination led to a 45.36% decrease. The T-Test results further showed the combination was more effective, with an average GAR reduction of 111.2386 mg/dL. Hospitals are expected to continue using combination oral antidiabetics as per the hospital formulary to maintain blood sugar control. Diabetes Mellitus patients should monitor blood sugar routinely, take medications regularly, and follow a recommended diet, healthy lifestyle, and regular exercise. This helps prevent complications. Future researchers are encouraged to examine the relationship between laboratory data and other factors such as BMI, diet, and stress

Abstract Human development is a complex process, which can be divided into four major domains, namely the physical, intellectual (including cognitive and language), as well as emotional and social (including moral development). In this paper the author will learn about the social and emotional development in early childhood. Social-emotional development of children is the sensitivity to understand other people’s feelings when interacting in everyday life. Social-emotional development is true can not be separated from each other. When discussing the social development of children it must intersect with the emotional development of children.

DESAIN MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DI MADRASAH
Abstract : Madrasah as institution of education is a noble industry. Madrasah has double missions, there are profit mission and social mission. Unfortunately madrasah has been doing education process overcognitifly and ignore moral aspect, that fact is a problem in madrasah. Caused by it a concept of character education must be implementated in madrasah through management desain of character education in madrasah. In this article, author explains how to implementate management desain of character education in madrasah. There are four components that concerned in it.

Problematika Pondok Tahfiz Al-Qur’an
Abstract: Huffazh face various challenges related to conditions prevailing in the society in recent times. Hafidh al-Qur’an role in society is limited enough to be on social-religious space, which is just at the religious rituals, such as mortality events, weddings, and other ceremonies. Plus, the interest of the public to explore the religious sciences also have declined. Also challenges related to scientific odyssey and the skills acquired during the Qur’an hafizh enrolled in PTQ. PTQ education in Indonesia is still limited to science qira’ah and memorization alone, not to the deepening of the Qur’an Ulumul comprehensively. Plus, the appreciation given to the hafidhul Qur’an, from educational institutions outside the PTQ to develop scientific knowledge, is also inadequate. In this paper the author will present a glimpse of the Koran on the development of science and some problems in the PTQ and suggestions and responses to the problems.

Model Pengajaran One Became Tens dan Penulisan Geguritan di SMA
Abstract: This paper describes the teaching model “One Became Tens†and geguritan’s writing in high school. Based on the problems that many high school students who have difficulty writing geguritan. The existence of the Java language subjects of 2004’s curriculum requires students fluent on the Java language, and one implementation is to write geguritan. Number of student who are feels alienated with the Java language (although as a mother language) is a condition of concern. “One Became Tens†teaching model is an innovative learning model conducted by the author in teaching geguritan which aims to improve productivity to create geguritan in high school. This is done because the teacher should realize that writing skills rely on language skills that are active and productive.

AL-QUR’AN SEBAGAI SUMBER TEKSTUAL FILSAFAT ISLAM
This article is intended to argue against those who say that the Islamic philosophy is really nothing more than thetrue ancient Greek philosophy that has been “repacked” by Islam, and to prove that Islamic philosophy, whilebeing as a result of historical process of its adopting of Greek philosophy, is to large extent the own Muslimthinkers’ thoughts by “adapting” that philosophical tradition with Islamic doctrine. As the result, they havesought to compromise between rational and revealed truth. Therefore, it sees that Islamic philosophy is a attemptto interpret the Qur’an in the light of reason. By this way of argumentation, the author wishes to say that thebalanced view of the origin of Islamic philosophy, e.g. between the historical and textual roots or betweeninfluence and originality, must be recognized, so that we will have a holistic understanding of the existence ofthis philosophical tradition in Islam
Konstruksi Wacana Pendidikan dalam Penerbitan Novel Laskar Pelangi
Abstract: To be accepted by society the emergency of literary work requires a decription of critics as a moderator. The existence of educational discourse in the novel Laskar Pelangi as a major significance in the text, making more public attention drawn to wonder how the author reveals the values of education throught literature. Description critic of the discourse of education and then supported by an educational institution makes the publication of this novel spread rapidly. Yet, there is the publishing industry who benefited, namely promotion to attract consumers. This condition is not realized with the efforts undertaken to mobilize communities into the world of discourse that has been conditioned. There are those who playing around, which then provide legitimacy for the determination of both (appraisal) of such literary works under the direction of education to attract public attention.

HOMESCHOOLING FOR TWICE EXCEPTIONALITY IN THE FILM THE MIRACLE WORKER IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF ISLAMIC EDUCATION
Abstract: The Miracle Worker has described about the life story of Hellen Keler. A little girl that hasa special needs because of deaf, dumb and blind, but she is smart.Individuals who are talented but alsoat the same time identified as children who have special needs due to disability children with twice exceptionality. The educational program for children with twice exceptionality there are many. One of those isthrough the homeschooling program. Based on the background that have been described above, the author formulates the problem "How Homeschooling For Twice Exceptionality in The Film The Miracle Worker in The Perspective of Islamic Education?". The purpose of this research is to find out and describe clearly about the method in the Homeschooling which are contained in The film The Miracle Worker based on slamic Educational Perspective. The type of research that the author use is a library research. Because the author\u27s materials are from books, scientific magazines, documents and other material that can be a source of reference in this research.The method of thinking which authors use in this research are inductive and deductive methods. The objects in this research is Homeschooling in Islamic educational perspective which are contained in The film The Miracle Worker. Based on allthe above presentation, it can be concluded by the results of the analysis that in the film The Miracle Worker, learning methods that used in the homeschooling is using approach to the teories of human development; cognitive, behavioraltheory (behavioristic) and social learning theory. In educating Helen, Mrs. Sullivan managed to approach using all three theories. In Islamic education, the human development theories such as cognitive, behavioristic and social learning theories are correlated with Islamic education methods.

Individu yang berbakat tetapi juga pada saat yang sama diidentifikasi sebagai anak-anak yang memiliki kebutuhan khusus karena anak-anak cacat dengan cacat dua kali luar biasa. Program pendidikan untuk anak-anak dengan dua kali luar biasa ada banyak. Salah satunya melalui program homeschooling. Berdasarkan latar belakang yang telah dijelaskan di atas, penulis merumuskan masalah "Bagaimana Homeschooling Untuk Dua Kali Keunikan dalam Film Pekerja Miracle dalam Perspektif Pendidikan Islam?". Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan dengan jelas tentang metode Homeschooling yang terkandung dalam film The Miracle Worker yang didasarkan pada Perspektif Pendidikan slamic. Jenis penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Karena bahan penulis berasal dari buku, majalah ilmiah, dokumen dan bahan lain yang dapat menjadi sumber referensi dalam penelitian ini. Metode berpikir yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah metode induktif dan deduktif. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Homeschooling dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam yang terkandung dalam film The Miracle Worker. Berdasarkan semua presentasi di atas, dapat disimpulkan dari hasil analisis bahwa dalam film The Miracle Worker, metode pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam homeschooling menggunakan pendekatan pada cerita perkembangan manusia; teori kognitif, behavioris (behavioris) dan pembelajaran sosial. Dalam mendidik Helen, Mrs. Sullivan berhasil melakukan pendekatan dengan menggunakan ketiga teori tersebut. Dalam pendidikan Islam, teori perkembangan manusia seperti teori belajar kognitif, behavioris dan sosial berkorelasi dengan metode pendidikan Islam.

STUDI LIVING QUR’AN TERHADAP AMALAN IBU HAMIL DI KECAMATAN BERUNTUNG BARU KABUPATEN BANJAR
Along with the times, study the Koran and Hadith experiencing developments study area, from the study of texts to the socio-cultural studies, which is then referred to as “living Koran” and “living tradition”. In addition, living study the Koran that not only the existence of textual, but a social phenomenon that was born linked to the presence of the Koran in a specific geographic region and specific future anyway. However, the phenomenon appears not always directly proportional to what is supposed to be practiced and in amalkan. Seeing this phenomenon the author tries to do more research about reading (practice) of the Koran in public District of Lucky New Banjar Regency, the authors wanted to uncover the sura and verse what is used as a bidder, healer or medicine that mamampu cure physically and mental reserved for pregnant women. Any problems with the formulation of sura and verse of the Koran that used pregnant women, and then what are the factors that affect pregnant women mengamlkan suras and verses of the Koran in the District of New Lucky Banjar district
Transformasi Menuju Madrasah Bermutu Terpadu
Abstract:The growth of madrasah in Indonesian homeland is the result of pull of the pesantren as native Indonesian educational institutions (conventional) that are already on one side with a western education (modern) on the other. In the colonial period, in accordance with the mission of colonialism, madrasah are so marginalized and made a variety of colonial government policies that marginalize the madrasah. One impact is still visible from the discriminatory policy is madrasah experienced a variety of management weaknesses. Under these circumstances, management weaknesses indicated by the closed nature and is not oriented to the outside so that the madrasah was a slow progression and even static. To overcome this, one of the rescue efforts that can be taken by the stakeholders of education in the madrasah is to change the paradigm of conventional management on the quality of madrasah into an integrated paradigm. This paper describes the transformation towards integrated quality of madrasah. The author conducted an analysis of integrated quality management theory and then demonstrate its application in the field of Islamic education can do madrasah to get a quality education services.
