The present research article analyzes by means of a qualitative methodology the serious economic crisis, to speculate to the Spanish one, that was
evident during the reign of Felipe III in the Neapolitan viceroyalty. The
conclusions, aimed at deciphering the viceroyalty events-axis of Spanish
imperial policy as the first financier of the wars of that time, are based
on the analysis of basilar documents such as the Instrucciones that the
sovereign gave to the viceroys, the Viceregal Informes, and some presuppositions that, through the economic policy of the Spanish monarchy,

La creazione della “Real Compagnia di Assicurazioni Marittime” (1751)
Nel 1734, dopo la costituzione del regno indipendente, Carlo ed i suoi ministri ripresero le idee mercantilistiche già espresse in epoca austriaca. Uno dei primi punti fu quello di riorganizzare gli organi di commercio. Nel 1735 fu creata una Giunta di commercio sul tipo di quella austriaca; poi, nel 1739, sciolta la Giunta, fu creato il Supremo Magistrato di Commercio. Il 10 giugno del 1739 si riunì la prima adunanza della Conferenza di Commercio, un nuovo organo da tenersi ogni settimana nella Segreteria di Stato, Guerra e Marina per discutere sugli scambi commerciali, le manifatture e in particolare il ripristino e la costruzione dei porti più importanti. Si cominciò a sistemare prima il porto di Napoli e poi quelli di tutto il Regno. In quegli anni vennero promulgati dei regolamenti per la navigazione dei bastimenti mercantili (1742, 1751, 1757). Inoltre, furono concesse delle franchigie per costruire le imbarcazioni mercantili, specie quelle di grossa portata, armate con cannoni, con permesso della Corte, da usare per la difesa dagli attacchi nemici.
Grosse imbarcazioni furono costruite nei cantieri di Piano e Meta nella penisola sorrentina, a Castellammare e a Procida, dove da secoli c’era un’antica tradizione cantieristica. In seguito al potenziamento della marina mercantile, Carlo di Borbone nel 1751 decise di creare la Regia Compagnia di Assicurazioni marittime obbligando tutti i “padroni di barca” ad assicurare i loro bastimenti e le merci sia per la sicurezza della navigazione sia per evitare le frodi. Dai dati che si possono estrarre dai registri delle assicurazioni marittime conservati presso l’Archivio di Stato di Napoli è possibile tracciare le linee del commercio estero napoletano, incrementato dopo i trattati stipulati nel Mediterraneo con le potenze barbaresche e il Levante ottomano e nel Mare del Nord con la Danimarca e la Svezia.
Le Assicurazioni marittime sono un documento prezioso per analizzare le rotte dei commerci napoletani e dei tipi di imbarcazione usati manca però la possibilità di creare delle tabelle seriali sulla quantità delle merci per le quali viene espresso solo il capitale assicurato

The IVC breeding program: development of new seedless table grapevines for a sustainable viticulture
During 2015-2020, the Italian Variety Club, a consortium of growers interested in more sustainable viticulture, carried out an extensive breeding program in Puglia to produce seedless grapevines resistant to powdery (PM) and downy mildew (DM), the two most damaging grapevine diseases, and well adapted to the southern Italian climate. One hundred-nine table grapevine seedless cultivars were crossed with elite cultivars cultivated in the area or with resistant cultivars. The obtained 118.271 seedlings were subjected to marker-assisted selection for seedlessness with the marker VvAGL11, and for resistance to downy mildew and powdery mildew with 8 specific markers. The program allowed to obtain 7.696 putative seedless hybrid genotypes, corresponding to 49% of the total progeny, that were submitted to agronomic evaluation in the field, which allowed to select 10 promising cultivars which were entered in the National Register of Vine Varieties (RNVV). As for resistance, 672 seedless genotypes were found resistant to PM and DM, and 81 showed pyramidization of resistances. The work discusses the main parameters related to pollination, vernalisation, germination and plant recovery efficiency, the impact of parental combinations and other variables involved in defining the efficiency of such types of selection programmes, helping to promote a more sustainable and environmentally friendly viticulture in Puglia

Potansiyel biyolojik ve tıbbi aktiviteleri olan pirolo[1,2-a]kinoksalin ve iyotpiridin türevlerinin sentezi
TÜBİTAK TBAG01.10.201215bH-İzokinolino[1,2-c]pirolo[1,2-a]kinoksalin (3), 5-alkiliden-1,2-benzo-5,14b-dihidro-4H- [1,4]oksazepino[5,4-c]pirolo[1,2-a]kinoksalin (5) ve 2,3,4-trisübstitüye-5-iyotpiridin (7) bileşikleri organik kimyada önemli bileşikler olup uygun gruplar taşıyan birçok türevinin antiallerjik, antimalaryal (sıtmayı önleyici), antitüberküloz (veremi önleyici), antiülser, antitümör ve antikanser özellikleri vardır. Bu nedenle bu tür bileşikler ilaç tasarımında büyük önem kazanmıştır çünkü daha etkili antitümör maddelerinin bulunması ve geliştirilmesi kanser gibi hastalıkların tedavisinde yeni umutlar olabilir. Organik bileşiklerin biyolojik aktiviteleri hakkında bazı tahminler yapılabilmekle beraber aktivitelerin kesin olarak belirlenmesi ancak bileşiklerin biyolojik aktivite testleri ile mümkündür. Bu da bileşiklerin önce eldesini yani laboratuvarda sentezini gerektirmektedir. Bu projede aşağıda gösterildiği üzere bu bileşiklerin sentezi için yeni ve uygulanabilir metotlar geliştirilmiştir. Önerilen yöntemler test edilip tepkime şartları optimize edilmiştir. Çözücü, konsantrasyon, zaman ve sıcaklığın ürün verimleri üzerine olan etkileri araştırılıp oluşan ürünler spektroskopik yöntemlerle karakterize edilmiştir. Pirolokinoksalin 3 ve 5 bileşiklerinin π-konjuge fonksiyonel grupları içermesi nedeniyle potansiyel organik yarı iletken ve lüminesent malzeme özellikleri olabilir.15bH-Isoquinolino[1,2-c]pyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoxaline (3), 5-alkylidene-1,2-benzo-5,14b-dihydro-4H- [1,4]oxazepino[5,4-c]-pyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoxaline (5) and 2,3,4-trisustituted-5-iodopyridine (7) derivatives have gained importance in organic chemistry since properly substituted many derivatives exhibit antiallergic, antimalarial, anti-tuberculosis, antiulcer, antitumor and anticancer activities. For this reason, such compounds are valuable candidates in drug design since development of new potential antitumor compounds is likely to provide new promising drug substances for curing the cancer type diseases. Although the biological activities of organic compounds can be predicted to some extent, the certain activities can be determined only by their biological activity tests, which would require first the laboratory synthesis of such compounds. In this project as shown below, new and applicable methodologies have been developed for the synthesis of such compounds. Proposed new methodologies have been tested and reaction conditions have been optimized. The effect of solvent, concentration, time and temperature on the product distribution has been investigated and the resulting products have been characterized by spectroscopic methods. Pyrroloquinoxaline compounds 3 and 5 may display organic semiconductor and luminescent material properties since they have π- conjugated functional groups
Total synthesis of Limazepines A, C and D
Darbā raksturoti pirolo[1,4]benzodiazepīni, to bioloģiskā aktivitāte, iedarbība ar DNS, sintēzes metodes gan PBD dilaktāmu, gan PBD imīnu iegūšanai. Galvenā uzmanība pievērsta benzodiazepīna cikla veidošanas stadijas dažādajām pieejām. Apskatīta arī dubultsaites migrācijas reakcija N-alilsistēmās.
Darba praktiskajā daļā sintezēts eksociklisku dubultsaiti saturoša pirolo[1,4]benzodiazepīna dilaktāma dubulstsaites izomēru maisījums, pārbaudīta tā dubultsaites migrācijas reakcija, kā arī veiktas pirmās limazepīna C un limazepīna D totālās sintēzes.The master thesis describes pyrrolo[1,4[benzodiazepines, their biological activity, interaction with DNA, synthesis methods for preparation of both PBD dilactams and PBD imines. The main emphasis is placed on various approaches for benzodiazepine ring formation. The double bond migration reaction in N-allylic systems is also described.
As a practical part, an exocyclic double bond containing pyrrolo[1,4]benzodiazepine dilactam was synthesized as a mixture of double bond isomers. The double bond migration was tested on this substrate and the first total syntheses of Limazepines C and D were accomplished
