Dataset: Hi-C implementation of genome structure for in silico models of radiation-induced DNA damage
This dataset accompanies the manuscript: Ingram & Henthorn et al., Hi-C implementation of genome structure for in silico models of radiation-induced DNA damage. Each directory contains a corresponding About.txt file which details the contents of each data file. The code folder contains a copy of the G-NOME python code at the point of publication. For the best version of the code, we recommend using the version hosted at https://gitlab.com/PRECISE-RT/releases/g-nome .
