Analisis Halal Assurance System (HAS) 23000 pada Produk Tekstil Sebagai Kesiapan Menuju Sertifikasi Halal (Studi Kasus : Dolas Songket)
Seiring perkembangan zaman, sertifikasi halal menjadi wajib untuk industri makanan dan minuman serta tekstil. Menurut Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 31 Tahun 2019 Pasal 1 Ayat 2 mengatur bahwa barang gunaan adalah produk yang termasuk dalam kategori barang yang wajib halal. Barang gunaan bersertifikasi halal akan berlangsung dari 17 Oktober 2021 hingga 17 Oktober 2026. Tenun juga harus disertifikasi halal. Dolas Songket adalah lokasi dilakukannya penelitian untuk menerapkan Halal Assurance System 23000 agar menghasilkan produk tekstil halal. Perlunya Dolas Songket untuk memiliki sertifikasi halal dikarenakan usaha ini di sumbar yang sudah mulai memproduksi dan menjual produk tenun halal modest fashion, tidak hanya fokus ke tenun namun juga sudah terdapat produk ready to wear , Dolas Songket yang berpotensi siap untuk sertifikasi menuju halal, sehingga tenun ini dapat membuka pintu akses ke pasar halal yang lebih luas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode input-proses-ouput sebagai dasar menentukan scoring dan gap analysis pada setiap indikator HAS 23000 untuk menilai sejauh mana kesiapan usaha untuk sertifikasi halal.
Analisis kesiapan Dolas Songket menuju sertifikasi halal pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Halal Assurance System 23000 untuk melakukan penilaian sejauh mana kesiapan Dolas Songket menuju sertifikasi halal. Setelah dilakukan pengumpulan dan pengolahan data, didapat hasil perhitungan persentase kesenjangan penerapan sebelas indikator HAS 23000 yang ada di Dolas Songket secara keseluruhan, interpretasi yang didapatkan oleh tenun yang menggunakan benang sintetis berada di range 41%-60% yaitu aktivitas Sistem Jaminan Halal dilaksanakan tetapi dengan prosedur yang belum jelas dan sistematis, aktivitas dokumentasi yang tidak konsisten dan memiliki kendali harian. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, keterangan status kehalalan tenun yang menggunakan benang sintetis adalah C, karena terdapat temuan yang mempengaruhi status kehalalan produk karena mekanisme Sistem Jaminan Halal baik dari segi dokumen maupun penerapannya belum jelas, walaupun telah memiliki kendali harian. Berdasarkan perhitungan persentase kesenjangan secara keseluruhan, interpretasi yang didapatkan oleh tenun yang menggunakan benang pewarnaan alami berada di range 21%-40% yaitu aktivitas Sistem Jaminan Halal dilaksanakan secara sistematis tetapi adanya prosedur yang tidak didokumentasikan. Aktivitas dokumentasi yang konsisten tetapi tidak memiliki kontrol harian dengan status C, karena dokumentasi mekanisme Sistem Jaminan Halal merupakan salah satu persyaratan yang harus ada pada Sistem Jaminan Halal baik saat melakukan pendaftaran maupun setelahnya, selama sertifikat halal masih berlaku
Building Your Own Urban Tool Kit
The paper describes the development of a set of smart BIM components to facilitate and accelerate the creation of large-scale urban models in the early design phase in a BIM software environment. The components leverage the analytical, parametric and modelling capabilities of the BIM environment to support adaptive parameter-driven building geometry, patterning of different building types, early numerical and graphical design evaluation, various simulation methods and the exploration of design alternatives. The toolset consists of the most common building shapes, but can be extended with additional shapes and their respective area and volumetric calculations when necessary. The rapid large-scale deployment of the components has been achieved by diverting existing tools from their intended use
High Performance Data Traversal: Cache Aware Computing With Space Filling Curve
"What Mathematics is to Physics, Data traversal is to High-performance computing." The world of Computational science has witnessed an exponential expansion of sophisticated numerical algorithms in the last few decades mainly to understand minute details and solve complex physical problems. It has established itself as the third pillar of science after theory and experimentation and has managed to gain immense popularity as a mainstream research work among academicians and scientists working in entirely different fields. The Computational Sciences has brought together Mathematicians and Computer Scientists to work in close collaboration on the variety of interdisciplinary research problems. The principal challenge to achieve high performance for computational researchers in near about every front is data traversal, data placement, and memory access pattern which mostly influences floating point performance and energy efficiency. The Data traversal is the soul of high-performance computing. Indeed it is the backbone; the way data travels to the CPU from main memory mainly influences the performance of particular computational kernel on specific machine architecture. The majority of modern computing devices are designed to deliver high performance if data traversal can utilize maximum bandwidth to main memory (DRAM) and make efficient use of hierarchical memory structure. Thus, a hardware optimal data access pattern should be designed to take advantage of the underlying hardware to scale and achieve performance, and that forms the central theme of this work. The more important point here is, expensive hardware or massive computational infrastructure does not naturally invoke high-performance computing but implementation of hardware auxiliary mathematical ideas, cache efficient data traversal strategies, sensible use of parallel programming paradigms and energy aware management of computational resources on machines ranging from very grass-root level primary NUMA system to entire million core server stack does. In this master's thesis, we will first focus on investigating the impact of data traversal patterns on the performance of several micro-benchmarks on Non-Uniform Memory Access machine, and in the second part, we will implement Morton-order Space Filling Curve to improve cache utilization for two numerical methods and analyze performance impact

Electrochemical synthesis, characterization and capacitive properties of novel thiophene based conjugated polymer
WOS: 000342552100014In this paper, a novel thiophene based monomer, 1-(pyren-1-yl)-2,5-di(thiophen-2-yl)-1H-pyrrole, PThP, was synthesized and characterized by H-1 NMR and C-13 NMR spectroscopic methods. The electrochemical behavior and electropolymerization of this novel monomer were performed on pencil graphite electrode (PGE) by cyclic voltammetry. The effect of solvent, dopant, scan number and scan rate on the electropolymerization and properties of the conjugated polymer films were investigated. The capacitive properties of the poly(PThP) films were tested by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The highest specific capacitance value was calculated for the conjugated polymer modified PGE that was obtained in 0.1 M tetrabutylammonium perchlorate/dichloromethane solution for 30 cycles at 25 mV/s scan rate as 25.45 mF cm(-2). In Search of Other Worlds: The Dalit in De Facto Statelessness in Avinash Dolas’s "The Refugee"
This article is reproduced here with permission from the author and may be found online at http://www.mcrg.ac.in/rw%20files/RW57/RW57.pdf.In this article, I discuss the position of the dalit citizen of India as one of de facto statelessness. To embark on my discussion, I delineate the dalit body as primally marked by the absence of the materiality of intimate touch from the caste-Hindu. This absence of touch allows me to locate the dalit body within social distance, that is, in empty space as the site facilitating the pure existence of humiliation. The humiliation, I allude to stems from the habitation of the dalit body in a perpetual state of alterity, given the absence of the warm touch of the other encasing it. This framework of humiliation stains the body in corporal lowness— a lowness in which the ruins of the consciousness inhabiting the body are trapped. Such a state of entrapment may lead these ruins of consciousness to go to great lengths to do violence to their bondage in social distance, as I demonstrate through my reading of the suicide letter written by dalit doctoral student and activist Rohith Vemula (1988-2016). Seeming to drift as the dalit body does in the perennial liminality of social distance, Marathi dalit writer and activist Avinash Dolas portrays the figure of the dalit as akin to that of a refugee in the Indian nation-state. Through a reading of Dolas’s short story “The Refugee,” I aver the untenability of this portrayal. Indeed, the dalit can, I suggest, perhaps be said to occupy a position which is closer to that of an internally displaced person— a person disowned by Brahminical touch and recognised in her internal displacement as a figure that the United Nations would term an ‘invisible citizen’ of India. This state of invisible citizenship, I argue, situates the dalit in de facto statelessness within an international juridical regime of human rights. Though the dalit’s claim to these human rights will not ensure that her body is liberated from the humiliation of social distance, her voicing of such a claim will set a tussle against caste privilege in motion. This tussle, as I show in broad strokes, bears the possibility of ending with the dalit being able to articulate her human rights as political rights
A comparison of subgaleal active drainage and subdural passive drainage and an analysis of factors affecting chronic subdural hematoma outcomes
To analyze and to compare the factors that influence the recurrence of chronic subdural hematoma (CSDH) among patients treated with subdural non-suction-assisted passive drainage, subgaleal suction-assisted active drainage, and without drainage.We retrospectively evaluated 87 surgical patients with a diagnosis of CSDH treated between 2007 and 2018 using patient records from the neurosurgery archive of our faculty. The patients were divided into three groups: drainfree group (group A), subdural passive drainage group (group B), and subgaleal active drainage group (group C). Recurrence was defined as an increase in hematoma volume on imaging and persistence of the patient?s symptoms.Patients with double-membrane CSDH exhibited higher recurrence rates (p=0.043) and those with low-density CSDH exhibited lower recurrence rates (p=0.015) compared to the other patients. No relationship was found between the number of burr holes made and CSDH recurrence (p=0.177). Group C showed the lowest recurrence rate (13.3%), but the differences between groups were not statistically significant.Hematoma density, membrane type, postoperative Glasgow Outcome Scale scores, and postoperative drainage time were found to be statistically significant predictors of recurrence. Burr-hole craniotomy with subgaleal active drainage is a safe and effective method for preventing CSDH recurrence and carries a reduced risk of parenchymal injury
